Description

Family portrait construction method, system, storage medium and advertisement cross-screen delivery method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of family portrait and feature construction methods, in particular to a family portrait construction method, a family portrait construction system, a storage medium and an advertisement cross-screen delivery method.
Background
The user portrait is also called as a user role, is an effective tool for delineating target users and connecting user appeal and design direction, and is widely applied to various fields. In the actual operation process, the attributes, behaviors and expectations of the user are often combined with the most superficial and life-close words. For example, a user representation may be described as such (different applications require different information, and the following information is given as an example only): [ ID: 123456789 ], name: lie ], [ sex: male, [ year and month of birth: year 198X, month Y, day Z, [ native: province a, [ residence: b city, [ hobbies: reading, etc.
The family portrait is similar to the user portrait, but at present there is no clear definition of the family portrait, and it is distinguished from the user portrait by: the user portrait is used for describing individuals, and the family portrait is used for describing families; the family portrait needs to collect the networked devices belonging to the family and the user portrait constructed by each networked device, and obviously, the construction of the user portrait is simpler than that of the family portrait.
At present, there are several methods for constructing a family portrait in the market, but the method is not comprehensive for constructing the family portrait, such as:
the invention patent application with application publication number CN112311612A discloses a family portrait construction method (system architecture is shown in fig. 1), which comprises the following steps: 1. acquiring a first user log collected by a plurality of service systems, wherein the first user log carries a network equipment identifier, a user identity identifier and position information; 2. identifying a home router identification from network device identifications collected by the plurality of traffic systems based on the location information; 3. generating connection state information according to a second user log corresponding to the home router identification, and screening a plurality of user identification identifications associated with the home router identification according to the connection state information to determine home user identification; 4. and extracting user characteristics from a third user log corresponding to the home user identity identification, and generating a home portrait corresponding to the home router identification according to the user characteristics.
The family portrait construction method focuses on identifying a family router identifier, then screening and determining a family user identity identifier, and then generating a family portrait by extracting user characteristics; however, it is obvious that the family portrait construction method is realized based on specific family router identification, and the problems of missing devices and family members are easy to occur, so that the comprehensiveness is insufficient. The technical scheme is similar, and the invention patent application with the application publication number of CN108769809A also discloses a method for collecting data of home user behavior based on smart tv (the steps of the method are shown in fig. 2).
The invention patent application with application publication No. CN106910136A discloses a method for representing a family (the method and system architecture is shown in fig. 3), which is different from the above two methods, as shown in fig. 3, and determines family members by obtaining behavior information of users, and the patent application specification [0046] defines the behavior information used when determining the composition of family members as follows: and interactive information, stored address book information and short message information are interacted through the social application program. In addition, in paragraph [0074] of the patent application specification, behavior information received by the server, which exemplifies "stored address book information", includes 3 groups of different address book information, and the server determines that terminal identifiers corresponding to each group of address books are respectively a terminal a, a terminal b and a terminal c, so that it can be preliminarily determined that the family is composed of 3 family members; paragraph [0075] of this patent application specification exemplifies "interaction information for interaction through a social application" as follows: "the daughter was good today, i went to the supermarket to buy her diapers", and thus it was determined that the family also included a baby at the child stage; the short message information and the interactive information use the same example.
The family portrait construction method disclosed in the patent application is based on obtaining user private information; under the condition that information of a certain family member cannot be acquired by address book information, interactive information and short message information, the problem of missing family members also exists, namely the method also has the problem of insufficient comprehensiveness.
Other prior arts, such as a method for constructing a family portrait (focusing on attribute labels of the family portrait) disclosed in the invention patent with publication number CN111787371B, a method for constructing a family portrait based on OTT devices (focusing on learning identity labels of unknown family members in batch according to behavior feature data of known identity labels) disclosed in the invention patent application with publication number CN111861550A, and a method for recommending television resources (focusing on television resource recommendation after constructing a family portrait) disclosed in the invention patent application with publication number CN112468853A all have the problem of insufficient comprehensiveness, and are not described one by one.
It can be seen that the prior art is still in need of improvement and development.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above disadvantages of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a method, a system, a storage medium, and a method for cross-screen advertisement delivery, which are used to solve the problem of the prior art that the method for constructing a family portrait is not comprehensive enough.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a family portrait construction method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
judging whether the network equipment is a home router or not, if so, continuously judging whether other home routers exist in the home to which the home router belongs, if so, acquiring the number of fixed networking equipment and the number of mobile networking equipment belonging to the home according to all the home routers, and acquiring or generating a fixed end user portrait of each fixed networking equipment and a mobile end user portrait of each mobile networking equipment;
and generating a family portrait of the family according to all the acquired fixed end user portraits and the mobile end user portraits.
The effect of above-mentioned scheme lies in: the most important point of the family portrait construction method provided by the invention is that: the invention collects all fixed networking equipment information and mobile networking equipment information (including quantity and user characteristics of each equipment) of the whole family by judging whether one family has a plurality of family routers (such as routers), thereby ensuring that the comprehensiveness of family portrait is not insufficient due to missing family members or networking equipment of the family members, and the invention does not need to acquire the most important private information (such as address book, interactive information, short message information and the like) of the user. After a comprehensive and accurate family portrait is constructed, all fixed networking equipment and mobile networking equipment under a family router can be comprehensively obtained, the comprehensive and accurate family portrait is constructed, information (such as advertisements) suitable for the whole family is set according to the family portrait, the information is accurately recommended to the fixed networking equipment and the mobile networking equipment by taking the family as a unit, limitation of large and small screens (large screens such as televisions, computers and household projectors, small screens such as mobile phones and flat panels) is overcome, and the information recommendation effect is improved.
Moreover, by using the method for constructing the family portrait of the invention, the information of whether a target family has a plurality of properties can be obtained, for example, a certain family has two properties, one is in a permanent residence, and the other is used for vacation.
In a further preferred embodiment, if it is determined that the network device is a home router, the step of continuously determining whether there are other home routers in the home to which the home router belongs specifically includes:
setting an initial home router as a first home router, acquiring a home mobile networking device list under the first home router, and acquiring network device lists connected with each home mobile networking device one by one;
and judging whether the network devices in the network device list are the home routers one by one and belong to the same home as the first home router.
The effect of above-mentioned scheme lies in: the list of home mobile networking devices has two meanings: 1. the first home router is connected, namely mobile networking equipment (such as a mobile phone, a tablet, a notebook computer and the like) connected with the first home router is not omitted, so that the comprehensiveness is ensured; 2. the router belongs to a family with the first family router, and the family portrait is not deviated due to the fact that factors which do not belong to the family are mixed. The network equipment list connected with each family mobile networking equipment is acquired one by one, and then the family which belongs to the same family as the first family router is judged, so that the effects can be achieved: 1. in the judgment process, all network equipment connected with the household mobile networking equipment cannot be omitted, so that comprehensiveness is guaranteed; 2. and screening out network equipment which does not belong to the family so as to avoid blending too many portrait factors which do not belong to the family to cause the deviation of family portrait.
In a further preferred scheme, the step of obtaining the home mobile networking device list under the first home router and obtaining the network device list connected to each home mobile networking device one by one specifically includes:
judging whether the number of the fixed networking equipment under the first home router is larger than 1, if not, acquiring a home mobile networking equipment list under the first home router, and acquiring network equipment lists connected with each home mobile networking equipment one by one;
the step of judging whether the network devices in the network device list are the home routers one by one and belonging to the same home as the first home router comprises the following steps: if not, the family is determined to only have the first family router, one fixed networking device and a plurality of mobile networking devices.
The effect of above-mentioned scheme lies in: after the number of the home routers is judged to be not the same as that of the same source home routers, the home portrait generated by only the first home router, one fixed networking device and a plurality of mobile networking devices is used, although the result is the same as that of the home portrait generated by only one home router of a default home in the prior art, the process is different in one case, and the generated home portrait can be guaranteed not to be omitted in the second case. Then, all fixed networking equipment and mobile networking equipment under the home router can be comprehensively obtained, comprehensive and accurate home portrait is constructed, information (such as advertisements) suitable for the whole home is set according to the home portrait, the information is accurately recommended to the fixed networking equipment and the mobile networking equipment by taking the home as a unit, limitation of large and small screens (large screens such as televisions, computers and home projectors, small screens such as mobile phones and flat panels) is overcome, and the information recommendation effect is improved.
In a further preferred embodiment, the step of determining one by one whether the network devices in the network device list are home routers, and the step of belonging to the same home as the first home router further includes: if not, the family is determined to have the first family router, the second family router, the fixed networking equipment and the plurality of mobile networking equipment.
The effect of above-mentioned scheme lies in: after determining that a plurality of home routers exist in a family, fixed networking equipment and mobile networking equipment under all the home routers can be comprehensively obtained, comprehensive and accurate family portrait is constructed, information (such as advertisements) suitable for the whole family is set according to the family portrait, the information is accurately recommended to the fixed networking equipment and the mobile networking equipment by taking the family as a unit, limitation of large and small screens (large screens such as televisions, computers and home projectors, small screens such as mobile phones and flat panels) is overcome, and information recommendation effect is improved. In the case of only one fixed networking device, the fixed networking device can receive information suitable for the whole family, and the situation that the subdivision information is dispersedly recommended to other fixed networking devices is not required to be considered.
In a further preferred embodiment, the step of determining one by one whether the network devices in the network device list are home routers, and the step of belonging to the same home as the first home router further includes: if so, continuously judging whether second fixed networking equipment exists under the second family fixed networking equipment, if so, determining that the family has a first family router, a second family router, a plurality of fixed networking equipment and a plurality of mobile networking equipment (during the period, a fixed networking equipment list under the second family router can be obtained, and determining the corresponding relation between the first family router and the second family router and the first family fixed networking equipment and the second family fixed networking equipment according to the obtained fixed networking equipment list).
Under the condition that the fixed networking equipment is multiple, the main family members can be further determined according to the program playing information and the like of the fixed networking equipment, then the information suitable for the whole family is further subdivided, and then the information is dispersedly recommended to the fixed networking equipment, so that the information recommendation accuracy can be further improved.
In a further preferred scheme, the step of obtaining the home mobile networking device list under the first home router and obtaining the network device list connected to each home mobile networking device one by one specifically includes:
judging whether the number of the fixed networking equipment under the first home router is greater than 1, if so, acquiring a home mobile networking equipment list under the first home router, and acquiring a network equipment list connected with each home mobile networking equipment one by one;
the step of judging whether the network devices in the network device list are the home routers one by one and belonging to the same home as the first home router comprises the following steps: if not, determining that the family has the first family router, a plurality of fixed networking devices and a plurality of mobile networking devices.
The effect of above-mentioned scheme lies in: after the number of the home routers is judged to be not the same as that of the same source home routers, the home portrait generated by only the first home router, the fixed networking devices and the mobile networking devices is used, although the result is the same as that of the home portrait generated by only one home router of a default home in the prior art, the process is different in one case, and the generated home portrait can be guaranteed not to be omitted in the second case. And under the condition that a plurality of fixed networking devices are provided, the main family members can be further determined according to the program playing information and the like of the fixed networking devices, then the information suitable for the whole family is further subdivided, and then the information is dispersedly recommended to the fixed networking devices, so that the information recommendation accuracy can be further improved.
In a further preferred embodiment, the step of determining one by one whether the network devices in the network device list are home routers, and the step of belonging to the same home as the first home router includes: the fixed networking equipment under the first home router is set as first home fixed networking equipment, the network equipment which belongs to the same home as the first home router is set as a second home router, the fixed networking equipment under the second home router is set as second home fixed networking equipment, if the fixed networking equipment is the second home fixed networking equipment, the first home router, the second home router, the fixed networking equipment and the mobile networking equipment are determined to be in the home (a fixed networking equipment list under the second home router can also be obtained in the process, and the corresponding relations between the first home router and the second home router as well as the first home fixed networking equipment and the second home fixed networking equipment are determined according to the obtained fixed networking equipment list).
The effect of above-mentioned scheme lies in: all fixed networking equipment and mobile networking equipment in a family can be determined, and the integrity and accuracy of the family portrait are ensured; meanwhile, according to the corresponding relation between the first home router and the second home router and the first home fixed networking equipment and the second home fixed networking equipment, the popularization accuracy can be guaranteed in the subsequent popularization information process. And under the condition that fixed networking equipment has a plurality of, can further confirm mainly to watch family member according to fixed networking equipment's program broadcast information etc. then further subdivide the information that is fit for whole family, then scatter and recommend to a plurality of fixed networking equipment and can further improve information recommendation accuracy.

It is to be understood that although the terms first, second, third, etc. may be used herein to describe various information, such information should not be limited by these terms. These terms are only used to distinguish one type of information from another. For example, first information may also be referred to as second information, and similarly, second information may also be referred to as first information, without departing from the scope of the present invention. The word "if" as run herein may be interpreted as "at … …" or "at … …" or "in response to a determination", depending on the context.
The noun explains:
a network device: the device refers to a router and a device with a function similar to that of the router, and is not limited specifically;
the home router: refers to a network device for home use;
the first home router: the method is a home router which is firstly locked when a home portrait is constructed, and is not particularly specified to a certain home router;
the second home router: the network device belongs to the same family as the first family router, and is not particularly designated to a certain network device; it is to be noted that the number of second home routers is not limited when referring to the second home router;
fixing the networking equipment: the device refers to a device with a networking function, such as a television, a desktop computer, a home projector, a refrigerator with a display screen and the like, which do not move (but do not move absolutely);
a first fixed networking device: the system comprises a fixed networking device connected with a first home router when a home portrait is constructed (the first fixed networking device can be connected with a second home router after the home portrait constructs collected information or after the home portrait is constructed); the meaning of the second fixed networking device is similar to that of the first fixed networking device, and is not repeated;
a mobile networking device: the device is a device with a networking function, such as a mobile phone, a tablet, a notebook computer and the like, which is convenient to move.
The invention provides a family portrait construction method, which comprises the following steps:
s100, judging whether the network equipment is a home router, if so, continuously judging whether other home routers exist in a home to which the home router belongs, if so, acquiring the number of fixed networking equipment and the number of mobile networking equipment belonging to the home according to all the home routers, and acquiring or generating a fixed end user portrait of each fixed networking equipment and a mobile end user portrait of each mobile networking equipment.
In a preferred embodiment, the S100 specifically includes:
and S110, judging whether the network equipment is a home router or not, if not, finishing, and if so, executing the step S120.
There are many ways to determine whether a network device is a home router, which are exemplary: the method can perform weighting processing according to the connection information of the mobile phones in different time periods, and meanwhile, the number of the connected mobile phone devices, the name, longitude and latitude and POI (Point of interest) are added, namely, any non-geographic meaningful points on a map, such as shops, bars, gas stations, hospitals, stations and the like, and the non-POI information is comprehensively judged by geographic coordinates, such as cities, rivers, mountains and the like.
The latitude and longitude information is obtained exemplarily as follows: the latitude and longitude information (preferably, the latitude and longitude information is accurate to 6 digits after decimal point) is obtained according to the router MAC (set as R1, assuming that at least one fixed networking device is arranged under a given router, when no fixed networking device but only a mobile networking device exists, the significance of family portrait construction is not great, and even if the family portrait is constructed, the family portrait construction method can be used for constructing the family portrait without independent analysis).
The following table shows the accuracy and error of longitude and latitude, and the accuracy of the longitude and latitude of the router is preferably 0.000001, so the positioning accuracy is higher, and the deviation is about 0.11:
equatorial circumference (Rice) Degree (degree)
40076000 360
111322.2222 1
11132.22222 0.1
1113.222222 0.01
111.3222222 0.001
11.32222222 0.0001
1.113222222 0.00001
0.111322222 0.000001
0.011132222 0.0000001
In addition, the longitude and latitude information can be analyzed through the frequency of the IP address of the mobile networking equipment to determine the geographic position of the family (other modes are not listed one by one); similarly, the prior art may also be referred to for determining whether the network device is a home router, and the present invention is not limited in particular.
However, it can be understood that, compared to the IP information of the mobile networking device, the longitude and latitude information is determined more accurately by the home router, for example, the user mobile phone is often connected with the company WiFi and the home WiFi, and the longitude and latitude information is likely to be misjudged accordingly, but the fixed networking device will not. Similarly, the weighting processing is carried out by utilizing the connection information of the mobile phones in different time periods, and meanwhile, the comprehensive judgment mode of the number of the connected mobile phone devices and the name, longitude and latitude, POI and other information of the router is added to determine whether the network device is the home router more accurately.
S120, judging whether the family to which the family router belongs has other family routers.
It should be noted that the other home routers in the present invention refer to network devices other than the first home router and belonging to the same home as the first home router, and the second home router will be described later.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, determining whether a network device and a first home router belong to the same home mainly proceeds from two aspects: 1. whether the degree of overlap between the network device and the mobile networking device connected to the first home router exceeds a certain threshold (e.g., 50%, a non-specific numerical value, for example only); 2. whether the distance between the network device and the first home router is less than a certain threshold (e.g., 10 meters, a non-specific limiting value, just for example); of course, more elements may be added for determination, and the present invention also belongs to the protection scope of the present invention. The two factors can be marked by V1 and V2, and are subjected to joint modeling analysis, so that whether a plurality of network devices belong to one family or not is judged.
It should be noted that, by using the family portrait construction method of the present invention, it is also possible to obtain information on whether a target family has multiple properties, for example, a certain family has two properties, one is standing still and the other is used for vacation, and by using the technical means of the present invention to obtain all the family routers belonging to the same family, it is possible to determine that the family has two properties according to the overlapping degree of the mobile networking devices and the time proximity of multiple mobile networking devices [ for example, a certain family has 4 members, except for the first family router, it is suspected that there is a second family router (the overlapping degree of the mobile networking devices of the family router is extremely high but the distance is far away), when the 4 family members often connect the suspected second family router at the same time, and the suspected second family router basically does not connect the mobile networking devices at the rest of time ].
In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the S120 specifically includes:
s121, a family mobile networking device list under the first family router is obtained, and a network device list connected with each family mobile networking device is obtained one by one.
Specifically, a mobile networking device list under a first home router may be obtained (i.e., which mobile networking devices the first home router has connected to are collected), and then which mobile networking devices belong to the home are determined according to information such as connection frequency and connection duration (non-home mobile networking devices such as guest temporary connection information are screened out); of course, the method for determining the home mobile networking device list is not specifically limited in the present invention, and those skilled in the art can also refer to the prior art to achieve the purpose, and the manner for obtaining the home mobile networking device list is only an example.
And S122, judging whether the network devices in the network device list are the home routers one by one and belong to the same home as the first home router. The manner of determining whether the network device is a home router may refer to the above description, and determining whether the network device and the first home router belong to the same home may be determined by the overlap ratio of the mobile networking devices, the distance between the mobile networking devices, and other factors.
Further, S121 specifically includes:
