Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The following exemplary described embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of devices consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure as recited in the claims below.
At present, along with the use of the wireless charging technology on the electronic equipment, the charging power that can be supported by wireless charging is higher and higher, the charging speed is faster and faster, and the charging duration of the electronic equipment is very convenient.
In practical application, a receiving module is arranged in the electronic equipment, and a receiving coil of the receiving module is arranged on a rear shell of the electronic equipment. Like this, when electronic equipment had the demand of charging, the user can laminate the backshell on wireless charging device to for this electronic equipment wireless charging. When the user laminates the display screen to wireless charging equipment, because the distance between receiving coil and the transmitting coil grow, make receiving coil's receiving efficiency step-down to reduce charging efficiency and extension charging time, reduce user and use experience.
In order to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an electronic device with 2 receiving modules, and the 2 receiving modules are subsequently referred to as a first receiving module and a second receiving module respectively for distinction. For convenience of description, taking an electronic device provided with a display screen as an example, a side of the electronic device away from the display screen is a first side, and a side where the display screen is located is a second side, then the receiving coil (RX1) in the first receiving module is arranged on the first side, and the receiving coil (RX2) in the second receiving module is arranged on the second side. Taking an electronic device provided with a ring-shaped display screen as an example, if one side surface of the electronic device where the secondary display screen is arranged is a first side surface and one side surface where the main display screen is located is a second side surface, the receiving coil (RX1) in the first receiving module is arranged on the first side surface, and the receiving coil (RX2) in the second receiving module is arranged on the second side surface.
It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present disclosure, the first side face may have the following meanings: when the receiver coil RX1 is installed, it refers to the side close to the electronic device body (i.e. close to the display), such as the side not visible in the rear case; when it is a side of the electronic device, it refers to the side away from the body of the electronic device (away from the display), such as the side visible from the back cover. The meaning of the second side is similar to the meaning of the first side. In various embodiments, the meaning thereof may be distinguished according to a specific scenario.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment, and referring to fig. 1, fig. 1(a) shows an effect of a receiving coil RX1 disposed on a first side of the electronic device, fig. 1(b) shows an effect of a receiving coil RX2 disposed on a side of a display screen of the electronic device close to a body of the electronic device (for ease of understanding, it will be described later with RX2 disposed on a second side of the electronic device), and fig. 1(c) shows an effect of a receiving coil RX1 and a receiving coil RX2 stacked. In practical applications, the mounting positions of the receiving coil RX1 and the receiving coil RX2 on the first side and the second side, respectively, are not particularly limited. In consideration of the habit of the user and the charging efficiency, in an example, the centers of the receiving coil RX1 and the receiving coil RX2 are aligned, that is, when the rear housing is viewed from the display screen of the electronic device, the central projection of the receiving coil RX1 and the central projection of the receiving coil RX2 coincide.
FIG. 2 is a circuit schematic diagram of an electronic device shown in accordance with an example embodiment. Referring to fig. 2, the electronic device includes a processor, a first receiving module and a second receiving module; the processor is respectively connected with the first receiving module and the second receiving module and can respectively control the switches of the first receiving module and the second receiving module, so that the first receiving module is selected to charge the battery, the second receiving module charges the battery or the two receiving modules simultaneously charge the battery. Like this, receiving coil sets up respectively when electronic equipment's both sides in first receiving module and second receiving module, and no matter which side is pressed close to wireless charging equipment and all can choose a receiving module to carry out wireless charging to the battery for use, can improve charge efficiency, shortens charge time, promotes the user and uses experience.
With continued reference to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the electronic device further includes a spatial attitude sensor. In one example, the spatial attitude sensor may be one or more of a gravity sensor, an acceleration sensor, or a gyroscope, which may be selected according to a specific scenario. The spatial attitude sensor acquires spatial attitude data of the electronic equipment and sends the spatial attitude data to the processor. The processor may obtain the posture of the electronic device according to the spatial posture data, where the posture may include that the first side of the electronic device is proximate to the wireless charging device, or that the second side of the electronic device is proximate to the wireless charging device, or that other postures (such as inclination and the like) are provided in addition to that the first side of the electronic device is proximate to the wireless charging device and that the second side of the electronic device is proximate to the wireless charging device, and the technician may set the postures according to a specific scene, which is not limited herein. Therefore, the processor can select the first receiving module and/or the second receiving module to charge the battery of the electronic equipment according to the posture of the electronic equipment, so that high-efficiency charging is achieved, and charging time is shortened as far as possible.
It should be noted that, the proximity means that the distance between the electronic device and the wireless charging device is less than or equal to a preset distance threshold (e.g. 2cm, which is adjustable). In an example, when the distance between the electronic device and the wireless charging device is zero, the electronic device is attached to the wireless charging device at this time, and the current charging efficiency is the highest.
In another example, the spatial attitude sensor may also be a distance sensor. When the volume of the wireless charging device is large, the distance sensor can be arranged at the top end of the electronic device; when the volume of the wireless charging device is small, the distance sensor may be disposed near one of the receiving coils RX.
Use distance sensor to set up at a display screen side (being electronic equipment's second side) as an example, when electronic equipment's first side is pressed close to wireless charging equipment on, distance sensor can not detect the distance value (can adopt invalid sign to show) or the distance value infinity that detects (surpass its detection range default as infinity), the treater is greater than the distance threshold value according to this distance value, can confirm that distance sensor keeps away from wireless charging equipment, can confirm that electronic equipment's gesture is pressed close to wireless charging equipment for electronic equipment's first side, can instruct the first receiving module of first side to charge this moment.
When the second side of the electronic equipment is close to the wireless charging equipment, the distance sensor can detect that the distance value is smaller than the distance threshold value, and the processor can determine that the distance sensor is close to the wireless charging equipment according to the fact that the distance value is smaller than the distance threshold value, namely the posture of the electronic equipment is determined as that the second side of the electronic equipment is close to the wireless charging equipment, and the second receiving module of the second side can be indicated to charge.
It should be noted that, the working principle of the first receiving module and the second receiving module can refer to the related art, and is not described herein again.
Based on the above electronic device, the present disclosure provides a wireless charging method, and fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a wireless charging method according to an exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 3, a wireless charging method includes steps 31 and 32, wherein:
in step 31, after handshaking communication with the wireless charging device, a charging type supported by the wireless charging device is acquired.
In this embodiment, the wireless charging device may send a pulse detection signal according to an internally set wireless charging protocol, for example, the Qi protocol or the A4WP protocol, according to a set period (in a broadcast manner), where the pulse detection signal is used to detect whether the electronic device to be charged is placed in the wireless charging device. Taking the wireless charging protocol as the Qi protocol as an example, the pulse probing Signal may be a Power Signal (Power Signal) of the probing Phase (Ping Phase).
In this embodiment, after the electronic device is placed on the wireless charging device, the first receiving module and/or the second receiving module in the electronic device may receive the pulse detection signal. In response to receiving the pulse detection signal, the first receiving module and/or the second receiving module may send a pulse response signal to the wireless charging device. After the wireless charging device receives the impulse response signal, it can be determined that the electronic device is placed above the wireless charging device, and therefore the handshaking process is completed.
After handshaking communication, the electronic device may determine, according to a used wireless charging protocol or communication data in the handshaking process, a charging type supported by the wireless charging device, where the charging type may include at least one of: resonant charging type and coupled charging type. The resonant charging type refers to that the wireless charging equipment can radiate energy by transmitting electromagnetic waves with preset resonant frequency, and the resonant frequency of the first receiving module and the resonant frequency of the second receiving module are matched with the first receiving module and the second receiving module; the coupled charging type is that the wireless charging device can emit electromagnetic waves with different frequencies to radiate energy, and at the moment, the receiving coil is located in a radiation range.
For the wireless charging device, after the handshake process is completed, the wireless charging device may control the transmitting coil to radiate energy, so as to perform a subsequent wireless charging process, and specific contents may refer to a related wireless charging protocol, which is not described herein again.
In step 32, the first receiving module and/or the second receiving module are/is selected to charge a battery of the electronic device based on the charging type.
In this embodiment, after obtaining a charging type that can be supported by the wireless charging device, where the charging type includes at least one of a resonant charging type and a coupled charging type, the processor may select at least one from the first receiving module and the second receiving module to charge the battery, including:
in an example, when the charging type is a resonant charging type, the first receiving module and the second receiving module may be selected by the processor to charge the battery of the electronic device at the same time because the requirement of the resonant charging mode for the distance is lower than the requirement of the coupled charging mode for the distance, the shielding, and the like. The working principle of the resonant wireless charging can refer to the related art, and is not described herein again.
In another example, when the charging type is a coupling charging type, the processor may select the first receiving module or the second receiving module to charge the battery of the electronic device separately, and select a charging module closer to the wireless charging device to charge the battery of the electronic device.
In this example, the processor selects the receiving module according to the posture of the electronic device. Referring to fig. 4:
in step 41, the processor may acquire spatial attitude data collected by a spatial attitude sensor in the electronic device.
In step 42, the processor may obtain a pose of the electronic device from the spatial pose data. The posture can be that the first side of the electronic device is close to the wireless charging device, or the posture can be that the second side of the electronic device is close to the wireless charging device.
Taking the example of the spatial attitude data including the gravity data, the processor may obtain the attitude of the electronic device, and in step 51, referring to fig. 5, the processor may obtain the gravity data in the spatial attitude data and the gravity component of the gravity data on the Z axis. The Z axis is perpendicular to the display screen of the electronic device, and the positive direction of the Z axis is directed from the first side to the second side of the electronic device, with the effect as shown in fig. 1 (c). In step 52, when the gravity component exceeds a preset component threshold and points to the negative direction of the Z axis, determining that the first side of the electronic device is close to the wireless charging device; or when the gravity component exceeds a preset component threshold and points to the positive direction of the Z axis, determining that the second side face of the electronic device is close to the wireless charging device.
Referring to fig. 6, the spatial attitude sensor may obtain the gravity G and the tilt angle of the electronic device, and at this time, may obtain a gravity component G1 of the gravity G on the Z axis, and the calculation method may refer to the related art, which is not limited herein. The processor may then compare the magnitude of the gravity component G1 to the gravity threshold Gn. When the gravity component G1 is greater than the gravity threshold Gn and points in a negative direction of the Z-axis, the processor may determine the pose as the first side being proximate to the wireless charging device; when the gravity component G1 is greater than the gravity threshold Gn and points in a positive direction of the Z-axis, the processor may determine that the second side is proximate to the wireless charging device; when the gravity component G1 is less than the gravity threshold Gn, the processor may determine the gesture to be another gesture.
Taking the example of the spatial attitude data including the distance data, the processor may obtain the attitude of the electronic device, see fig. 7, and in step 71, the processor may obtain the distance data detected by the distance sensor in the electronic device. In step 72, when the distance data is smaller than the preset distance threshold, the processor may determine that the second side of the electronic device is close to the wireless charging device, and the effect is as shown in fig. 8 (a); or, when the distance data exceeds the preset distance threshold, determining that the first side of the electronic device is close to the wireless charging device in the posture, and the effect is as shown in fig. 8 (b).
Continuing to refer to fig. 4, in step 43, when the first side of the electronic device is close to the wireless charging device, the processor may select the first receiving module to charge the battery of the electronic device; when the second side face of the electronic device is close to the wireless charging device in the posture, the processor can select the second receiving module to charge the battery of the electronic device. In this example, through choosing for use the receiving module group that is close to wireless charging equipment to charge to the battery, make in the wireless charging equipment transmitting coil less with receiving coil's distance, be favorable to promoting charge efficiency, shorten the charge time.
In another example, when the posture is a posture in which the first side of the electronic device is close to the wireless charging device and the second side of the electronic device is close to the outside of the wireless charging device, the processor may turn off the first receiving module and the second receiving module to stop charging the battery. In practical application, the processor can also generate a reminding message to be presented to the user so as to remind the user that the current placement position is improper and suggest to replace the electronic equipment.
In another example, when the processor further obtains the gesture that the first side of the electronic device is proximate to the wireless charging device and the second side of the electronic device is proximate to the outside of the wireless charging device, the processor may perform the following processing, referring to fig. 9, in step 91, the processor may turn on the first receiving module and the second receiving module. In step 92, the processor may obtain the receiving power of the first receiving module and the second receiving module, respectively. Considering that the receiving function of the receiving coil is usually larger when the receiving coil is closer to the transmitting coil, in step 93, the processor may select the receiving module with larger receiving power to charge the battery of the electronic device, and turn off the receiving module with smaller receiving power.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, after handshaking communication with the wireless charging device, a charging type supported by the wireless charging device may be acquired; then, the first receiving module and/or the second receiving module are/is selected to charge the battery of the electronic equipment based on the charging type. Like this, in this embodiment, receiving coil sets up respectively when electronic equipment's both sides in first receiving module and second receiving module, and no matter which side is pressed close to wireless charging equipment and all can choose a receiving module to carry out wireless charging to the battery for use, can improve charge efficiency, shortens charge time, promotes user and uses experience.
The above wireless charging method is described below with reference to a scenario, and referring to fig. 10, an electronic device is placed on a wireless charging device to prepare for charging, and the electronic device is in handshake communication with the wireless charging device. The charging type which can be supported by the wireless charging device can be obtained according to the handshake communication protocol type, for example, when the wireless charging protocol is A4WP, the wireless charging device can support resonant charging; when the wireless charging protocol is Qi, the wireless charging apparatus may support coupled charging.
If the resonant charging type is adopted, the first receiving module and the second receiving module are started simultaneously, and the two receiving modules charge the battery of the electronic equipment simultaneously.
