Description

Method for automatically locking reclosure to expand terminal adaptation range according to operation condition
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of power distribution networks, and particularly relates to a method for automatically locking a reclosing switch to expand the application range of a terminal according to an operation condition.
Background
With the rapid development of economic society and the improvement of living demands of people, the requirement on the power supply reliability is higher and higher. The main index of the power supply reliability is the average power failure time of a user, which not only requires the reduction of the planned power failure time, but also reduces the influence range after the power failure and ensures the normal power supply of a non-failure area to the maximum extent. At present, the urban distribution network in China basically realizes a multi-section grid structure with proper connection, and carries out distribution network automation transformation, and when the power failure occurs during maintenance or fault, the load can be supplied again through a connection switch; the non-fault line at the rear end of the fault point is supplied with power by other connecting lines, so that the supply and distribution balance of lines at different power points is broken, and when successive faults occur, the overload problem of part of non-fault lines is easily caused according to the existing logic function of the voltage time type feeder line terminal, and the power failure range is expanded. How to automatically act through a line switch is a problem of research from now on, and how to rapidly and accurately reduce the power failure range and the power failure times. Particularly, when a line repeatedly trips due to soft faults or line overload for multiple times, for example, in a multi-power-supply network, when successive faults occur, the line switching load of a part of lines to which power supply points belong is temporarily increased due to line reverse supply, when the line margin is exceeded, the transformer substation outgoing switch is easily tripped in an overload mode, and after line reclosing is successful, the in-station switch trips again along with the gradual recovery of the load to a high level; repeated tripping of the line not only increases the complaint risk of the high-quality service of the power supply station, but also reduces the power consumption perception of customers.
Therefore, how to prevent the overload condition of the non-fault line after the line is failed in succession and better ensure the reliable power supply of the line is a problem that needs to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.

Detailed Description

The invention relates to a method for automatically locking a reclosing expansion terminal adaptation range according to an operation condition, which can ensure the current-carrying margin of a non-fault line, avoid repeated tripping of the line for many times and realize automatic locking of a reclosing function according to the real-time position state change of a line switch, the voltage loss time and the voltage loss frequency. The voltage time type terminal is expanded to adapt to the application range of a multi-power distribution network through the locking of a reclosing function under the switching-off states of a line interconnection switch and a section switch, a novel terminal protection function configuration is formed, automatic recombination of lines can be rapidly completed through terminal logic under a complex grid structure, the requirement of margin after each standby line is supplied after successive faults is met, the lines are prevented from being overloaded, repeated tripping caused by faults can be limited through the voltage-losing switching-off times of the line switch, and the influence of the faults is prevented from further expanding.
Referring to the attached drawing 1, the invention provides a method for automatically locking a reclosing to expand the terminal adaptation range according to the operation condition, the locking of the reclosing function is realized according to whether a line switch is in an abnormal operation mode, the voltage loss time or the voltage loss switching-off frequency within a setting time limit, and four reclosing locking fixed value options are newly added:
firstly, locking reclosing in a predefined operation mode;
secondly, opening a loop and locking the reclosing;
thirdly, locking reclosing when the voltage loss time is overtime;
closing the reclosing according to the voltage loss tripping times in a time period;
and realizing automatic locking of the reclosing function according to the state change of the operating condition of each switch. In fig. 1, the automatic pressing plate is turned on or off in a voltage time type function.
According to the invention, the reclosing function of the line switch is locked by selecting different fixed values according to different switch installation positions and functions, so that the overload condition of a network recombination backup supply line caused by load reverse supply is reduced; and the corresponding switch reclosing function can be locked through the voltage loss and switching off times of the line switch in a time period, and the problem of soft faults which are difficult to deal with by a voltage time principle is effectively solved.
The method for locking the reclosure in the predefined operation mode comprises the following steps: be applied to DTU or 1 accuse 2FTU, to arbitrary one be in the switch of contact position, through the definite value setting, set up one or more operation mode that are different from normal operation mode as unusual operation mode, under unusual operation mode, shutting DL reclosing function when the circuit fault recombines.
The method for locking and reclosing at the open-loop position comprises the following steps: when a manual reversing mode or a permanent fault occurs and a section switch is at a brake separating position, the line operation mode is changed and is in an abnormal operation mode, if the single side of the switch loses voltage, a reclosing locking state is achieved, and overload of a standby supply line caused by the fact that the switch is overlapped is prevented. The conditions required to be met by the locking reclosing at the open-loop position are realized: (1) the switch is positioned separately, and the operation condition is changed into that the single side has pressure; (2) the 'open loop position locking reclosing' constant value is input; (3) the switch is not in a closing and locking state; (4) the terminal "voltage-time type" control function is put into operation.
The method for locking and reclosing in the condition of voltage loss time overtime comprises the following steps: when a certain line switch is subjected to voltage loss and switching off, the power failure time is larger than the time of switching tripping and then reclosing in a station in a normal operation mode, and a power supply point gradually transmits power to one side of the switch, the abnormal state is indicated, a network checks, if the switch is allowed to have voltage reclosing, the overload of a standby power supply can be caused, and the voltage loss time overtime locking reclosing is applied to the switch, so that the locking reclosing function is realized.
The method for locking and reclosing by the times of voltage loss tripping comprises the following steps: and (4) putting a corresponding fixed value option, and locking the reclosing function of a certain line switch after the voltage loss switching-off frequency of the switch reaches N times in a period of time.
The reclosing function locking condition is mainly judged according to whether the line switch is in an abnormal operation mode or the voltage loss time and the voltage loss and brake separation times in a setting period. The fixed value options (i) and (ii) are selected according to whether the switch is in an abnormal operation mode or not; the method comprises the following steps that firstly, the method is suitable for a DTU and a 1-control-2 FTU, and the reclosing function is locked when a pressure reclosing process is implemented on a DL when the actual position of an adjacent switch of the DL is in an abnormal operation mode or not is predefined; the option II is applicable to DTU and FTU, and means that a DL1 switch is in a closed position in a normal operation mode, after a line operation mode is changed, DL1 is changed into an open loop position, the network is known to be in an abnormal operation mode, the network is checked, and if the switch is allowed to have press reclosing under the condition that successive faults occur, and overload of a standby power supply (or a certain line section) is possibly caused, a fixed value option II can be put into the switch to lock the function of DL1 reclosing, so that overload is avoided when the successive faults occur.
And the option III is suitable for a DTU and an FTU, and the reclosing is locked when the voltage-loss time is overtime, namely, the information that the time of the distribution network switch which is normally subjected to voltage loss and senses that the voltage-loss time is longer than the time of tripping and then reclosing of the switch in the station in a normal operation mode and the time of gradually transmitting power to one side of the switch from a power point is utilized to judge whether an abnormal state occurs or not. In this abnormal state, the network is checked, if the switch is allowed to have a voltage reclosing, which may cause the overload of the standby power supply, the option (c) can be applied to the switch, so as to realize the function of locking reclosing.
And an option IV is suitable for the DTU and the FTU, and reclosing is locked according to the number of times of voltage loss tripping operation of the option IV, repeated voltage loss switching-off of a certain circuit switch within a set time period (namely T time), N times when the number of times reaches a set value are taken as fault representation, when the condition occurs, the condition shows that a soft fault occurs in a system or a transfer load exceeds the set value of a transfer power supply, and the reclosing function of the switch is required to be locked.
According to the invention, through the change of the switch position and the voltage states at two ends under different operation conditions, the input of different reclosing locking functions is selected, after the line has successive faults, the overload of a switching line can be prevented, and the reliable power supply of a non-fault line is ensured to the maximum extent, so that the selectivity of the protection of the distribution network terminal and the rapidity of networking are realized; meanwhile, reclosing function locking is realized through the voltage-loss switching-off times of the circuit switch in a time period, and repeated tripping of the circuit caused by soft faults or circuit overload and the like is effectively limited. The method comprises the following steps of pre-defining an operation mode locking reclosing, an open-loop position locking reclosing, a voltage loss time overtime locking reclosing and locking reclosing according to voltage loss tripping times in a time period, wherein the conditions can be used independently or in combination, the locking of the reclosing function can be realized according to whether a line switch is in an abnormal operation mode or the voltage loss time or the voltage loss switching-off times in the time period, network recombination after a subsequent fault under a complex grid structure is optimized, the reliable operation of a non-fault line is guaranteed to the maximum extent, the occurrence of line overload is avoided, and the power supply reliability is improved; and can effectively solve the problem of soft faults which are difficult to deal with by the voltage time principle.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
1. shutting reclosing lock according to whether the switch is in abnormal operation mode
1.1, locking reclosure according to predefined abnormal operation mode
For a DTU (ring main unit) or an FTU (1-control 2), one DTU (FTU) device can control a plurality of switches simultaneously and collect remote signaling quantity of related switches; according to the predefined operation mode, the switch is controlled by the same DTU (digital time Unit) or FTU (fiber to the Universal time Unit), when a DTU (fiber to the Universal time Unit) (FTU) or a FTU (fiber to the Universal time Unit) is in the switching-off position for communication, whether the current grid structure is in the normal operation mode can be judged according to the position states of other adjacent switches, and whether the reclosing function is automatically locked is judged according to the important basis. In the multi-network frame structure, when the lines are in a normal operation mode, all the lines of different power supply points are kept with enough back-supply capacity through reasonable arrangement of the interconnection switches. For any switch DL in the connection position and the non-closing locking state, according to the actual load distribution of the line, other connection (section) switches in the ring main unit are stabilized in a certain opening and closing state so as to ensure the mutual supply among different lines, one or more connection (section) switch positions related to the DL at the moment are defined as normal operation modes, and one or more operation modes different from the normal operation modes can be set as abnormal operation modes through a fixed value; in the abnormal operation mode, the reclosing function of the DL is locked.
The method realizes the conditions that the locking reclosure of the predefined abnormal operation mode needs to meet: (1) the switch is positioned in a position, and the operation working condition is that one side has pressure; (2) the method comprises the steps that a 'locking reclosing is carried out in a predefined abnormal operation mode' with a fixed value, and adjacent switches can mutually obtain position signals; (3) the adjacent switches are in an abnormal operation mode; (4) the switch is not in a reclosing locking state; (5) the terminal "voltage-time type" control function is put into operation.
1.2 open-loop position-locked reclosing
Because of the mode reverse supply, the switch originally at the switching-on position is changed into the communication switch at the switching-off position, namely, the communication switch is already in an abnormal operation mode; when successive faults occur, if the single side of the switch loses voltage, the switch enters a reclosing locking state, and the overload of a standby power supply line caused by the reclosing of the switch is prevented.
As shown in fig. 2, DLA, DLB, and DLC are substation outgoing line switches, in a normal operation mode, a1-a5, B1-B5, C1-C5, and D4 are at closing positions, and are line section switches, D1-D3, and D5 are at opening positions, and are line interconnection switches, current carrying capacities of three lines to which DLA, DLB, and DLC belong are the same, and a maximum load rate is 50%, assuming that loads of each line section are equally distributed, and setting values are as shown in table 1 below; the network switch comprises a D3 switch, a D4 switch, a D5 switch, a D1 switch, a D2 switch, a B1 switch and a B2 switch, wherein the D3 switch, the D4 switch, the D5 switch, the D1 switch, the D2 switch, the B1 switch and the B2 switch are respectively controlled by the same DT. Defining an X time domain as delay time of the press switch-on, and a Y time domain as time of detecting loss of voltage or fault current after the press switch-on; each terminal has a fixed value option of a reclosing lock function, and the fixed value setting is as shown in the following table 1. In order to simplify the process statement below, the outgoing line switch of the transformer substation is only configured with overcurrent and reclosing functions, the reclosing time is set to be 1s, and the terminal of each application occasion has voltage-time type control and closing quick-break functions. Table 1 is a circuit switch setting table.
Figure BDA0002999326610000091
TABLE 1
When DLB fault maintenance is carried out, the multi-connection line enters an abnormal operation mode, the position state of each switch is as shown in figure 3, B3 is converted into a connection switch, and the line carried by the DLB switch is converted into power by DLA and DLC so as to ensure reliable power supply of users.
It can be seen from fig. 3 that loads on the DLA and the DLC reach 75%, which belong to heavy-duty lines, and when successive faults occur, according to the conventional voltage time type terminal logic, after each terminal of the line is completed, the line to which the DLA or the DLC belongs must be overloaded, which causes the backup supply line to be in a pathological operation, and the DLA or the DLC is easily tripped, which causes the extension of the power outage range.
Because D3, D4, D5 belong to same DTU control, three switches share the telecommunications volume, can block reclosing according to the mutual position state of switch. For D3, when D4 and D5 are at the closing position at the same time, they can be defined as (D4 equals 1, D5 equals 1), where "1" indicates the closing position, and "0" indicates the opening position, and the line is in the abnormal operation mode. The "closing reclosure according to the predefined operating mode (DTU and 1 control 2FTU) is selected" fixed value input, the abnormal operating mode of D3 is set to (D3-0, D4-1, D5-1), (D3-0, D4-0, D5-0), the abnormal operating mode of D4 is set to (D3-1, D4-0, D5-1), the abnormal operating mode of D5 is set to (D3-1, D4-1, D5-0), (D3-0, D4-0, D5-0). Similarly, D1, D2, B1 and B2 are the same DTU control, and if the abnormal operation mode of D1 is set to (D1-0, D2-1), (D1-0, D2-0, and B1-0), and the abnormal operation mode of D2 is set to (D1-1, D2-0), (D1-0, D2-0, and B1-0). As in fig. 3, when DLA fails, the switching process is as follows:
step (1): A1-A5, B1-B2 and D2 lose voltage and are switched off, and B3, D1 and D3 are switched on again and are locked.
It can be seen from the above operation process that B3 is in the open-loop position, and the fixed value is selected to "open-loop position locking reclosing", so that B3 has pressure closing and does not operate after DLA fault; for D1 and D3, D1 (D1-0, D2-0, B1-0), D3 (D3-0, D4-1, D5-1) respectively satisfy the condition of "predefined abnormal operation mode locking reclosing", and the switch is in an abnormal operation mode, so that the reclosing function is locked. Through the setting of reclosing locking logic and a fixed value, B3, D1 and D3 enter a closing locking state before reclosing does not act, the circuit to which the DLC belongs is effectively prevented from being overloaded, and the power supply reliability of the circuit to which the DLC belongs is improved.
Also, as in fig. 3, when the DLC fails, the switching process is as follows:
step (1): C1-C5, B4-B5 and D4-D5 lose voltage and are switched off, and B3, D1 and D3 are switched on again and are locked.
The reclosing function of B3 is locked: and the constant value is selected to be 'open loop position locking reclosing', the B3 is in the opening position, and after the DLC fails, one side of the B3 has voltage. Reclosing lock of D1 and D3: d1(D1 is 0, D2 is 1), D3(D3 is 0, D4 is 0, and D5 is 0) respectively satisfy the condition of "predefined abnormal operation mode closing reclosure". The reliable operation of the DLA line is ensured by effectively locking the reclosing functions of B3, D1 and D3.
2. Reclosing according to voltage loss time overtime locking function
A multi-power supply network, when instantaneous fault occurs, from the time of no-voltage opening to the time of power supply from the power supply point to one side of the switch in normal operation mode, the time of power failure can be known exactly, and the assumed time is T1. Similarly, in case of a permanent fault, the time required for supplying power to the switch from a standby power supply source instead of a normal power supply source sequentially reclosing the switch through the line section switch is longer than T1Long, assuming that the time is T2I.e. has T2>T1(ii) a When there are multiple backup power supplies, T2And selecting the minimum value. Setting the pressure loss time to T1-T2Meanwhile, the locking reclosing function of the line switch can be realized through the long voltage loss time of the two sides of the switch.
The condition that the voltage-loss time overtime locking reclosing needs to be met is realized: (1) the switch is originally in the closed position and then is subjected to voltage-loss switching-off; (2) 'Voltage loss time overtime locking reclosing (suitable for DTU and FTU)' constant value input, and the voltage loss time is set at T1-T2To (c) to (d); (3) the terminal "voltage-time type" control function is put into operation.
As shown in fig. 4, DLA, DLB, DLC and DLD are substation outlet switches, and in a normal operation mode, DL1, DL3, DL4 and DL6 are at closing positions, and are line section switches, DL2, DL5, DL7 and DL8 are at opening positions, and are line interconnection switches, each line switch has no locking state, a line is sectioned into L1-L8 segments by a switch, the current carrying capacities of four lines to which DLA, DLB, DLC and DLD belong are the same, and the line capacity margin is 50%; the setting values of the line switches are shown in table 2 below. And setting the transformer substation outgoing switch to be only configured with overcurrent and reclosing functions, and setting the reclosing time to be 1 s. Table 2 shows the line switch setting values.

TABLE 2
2.1 operating conditions of line switch in DLA Fault
When DLA fails, the line L2 belonging to DLA is supplied by DLB line, and L1 is supplied by DLC, as shown in FIG. 5. The switching process is as follows:
step (1): when DL1 loses voltage and is switched off, DL2 and DL7 start reclosing timing;
step (2): after 4s, the reclosing function is locked by DL1 due to voltage loss time overtime;
and (3): after 6s, DL2 and DL7 reclosed successfully, and DL1 did not operate.
2.2, DLB action in FIG. 5 when consecutive faults occur
When DLB has sequential failure, the switching process is as follows:
step (1): DL2 and DL3 lose voltage and are switched off, DL1 is switched on again due to open loop locking, and DL8 starts reclosing timing;
step (2): after 4s, the reclosing functions of DL2 and DL3 are locked due to voltage loss time overtime;
and (3): after 6s, the DL8 is successfully reclosed, and the DL3 is closed and locked and does not act.
The operation state of the switch after completion of the operation is shown in fig. 6. The DLC supply lines comprise L1, L5 and L6, and the DLD supply lines comprise L4, L7 and L8; it can be seen from the above operation process that overload of the lines to which the DLC and DLD belong is effectively avoided by locking the reclosing functions of DL1 and DL 3.
The reclosing function of DL1 is locked: before DLB successive faults, DL1 is in the brake-off position and has two ends with pressure, and a fixed value of 'open loop state locking reclosing'; when the DLB has a fault, the DL2 and the DL3 lose voltage and are switched off, the DL1 is changed from double-side voltage to single-side voltage, the locking reclosing condition of an open-loop position is met, and the locking DL1 reclosing function is realized.
The reclosing function of DL3 is locked: before DLB successive faults, DL3 is in the on position, and constant value' no-voltage time overtime locking reclosing, T04s "; when DLB has a fault, DL3 loses voltage and is switched off, and the time for transmitting electricity from DLB in a normal mode power supply point is 1s (T) for DL31) (ii) a In the abnormal operation mode, it takes 7s (T) to transmit power from the nearest power supply point DLD to DL32) Then there is T1<T0<T2And after 4s, the condition that the voltage loss time of the two sides of the switch is overtime, the reclosing is locked, and the function of DL3 reclosing is locked is met.
2.3, operation of line switch in case of successive DLC failures in FIG. 6
When the DLC has sequential faults, the switching action process is as follows:
step (1): DL4 and DL7 lose voltage and are switched off, and DL5 starts reclosing timing;
step (2): after 4s, the reclosure is locked by DL4 and DL7 due to the overtime of the voltage loss time of the two sides of the switch;
and (3): after 6s, DL5 reclosed successfully, and DL4 did not operate.
The operation state of the switch after completion of the operation is shown in fig. 7. And by locking the reclosing function of the DL4, the load carried by the DLD is stopped at a line L6, the continuation of the reclosing of the line switch is stopped, the load of the DLD is controlled within the current-carrying capacity of the load, and the power quality is ensured.
According to the action process of the switch after the DLA, the DLB and the DLC have the successive faults, different reclosing lock constant value inputs are set according to different positions of the switch, and overload caused by the fact that a normal operation line supplies loads after the successive faults can be limited by using reclosing lock; by locking the reclosing functions of DL1 and DL3 in FIG. 6 and DL4 in FIG. 7, a power supply limit of a normal operation line is set, and the risk of line overload is avoided.
3. Locking reclosing according to the number of voltage loss times in a time period
The reclosing function of a certain line switch is locked after the voltage loss and switching off times of the switch reach N times within a set time period (namely T time); reasonably setting an N value by combining the logical cooperation of a feeder terminal and a transformer substation switch, and when the transformer substation switch needs 2 reclosings to complete permanent fault isolation, N is greater than 2; different from other three kinds of constant value setting, the problem of overload of a sequential fault backup power supply line is solved by locking and reclosing according to the times of voltage loss and switching off, and the problem of soft fault which is difficult to deal with by a voltage time principle can be effectively solved.
The condition that the reclosure needs to be locked according to the voltage loss times is realized: (1) the constant value input of 'locking reclosing according to the voltage-loss tripping times'; (2) the switch is switched off after losing voltage for N times within a time period and is positioned at the switch-off position; (3) the terminal "voltage-time type" control function is put into operation.
3.1 application to transshipment of overload
As can be seen from fig. 5, when the line is in the abnormal operation mode, the line supplied by the DLB is L2-L4, and the original tie switches DL2, DL5, DL7 and DL8 increase the fixed value to put into "closing reclosing according to the number of times of voltage-loss tripping, T is 3min, and N is 2"; assuming that the DLB is heavily overloaded after being supplied with load and reaches a trip value, the switching action process is as follows:
step (1): DLB trips, DL2 and DL3 lose voltage and open a brake, and DL8 starts reclosing timing;
step (2): after 1s, the DLB is successfully reclosed, DL3 starts reclosing timing, and DL8 stops the reclosing process;
and (3): after 2s, the DL3 is successfully reclosed, and DL2 starts reclosing timing;
and (4): after 8s, the DL2 is successfully reclosed, and the load of the line supplied by the DLB is gradually increased;
after the DLB reclosing is successful, the line load reaches the trip value again after 2min, and the switching action process is as follows:
step (1): DLB tripping, DL2, DL3 losing voltage and separating brake, DL8 starting reclosing timing, DL2 losing voltage and separating brake within 3min, and closing reclosing function;
step (2): after 1s, the DLB reclosing is successful, DL3 starts reclosing timing, and DL8 reclosing stops the reclosing process;
and (3): after 2s, DL3 reclosed successfully, and DL2 was in a closed and locked state and did not operate.
According to the action process, after the DLB is subjected to voltage loss and brake opening of the whole line due to 2 times of abnormal tripping, the DL2 is switched to a closing and locking state due to constant value input; the instantaneity of the fault is that after the DLB is tripped and overlapped, the load current is temporarily in a normal load interval because the load has a gradual recovery process, so that the fault current cannot be continuously maintained, and the fault is equivalent to an instantaneous fault; and after 2min, the load current reaches the DLB overcurrent action value, the fault current reappears, and the intermittence of the fault is shown. Due to the locking of the DL2 reclosing function, repeated tripping of a line to which the DLB belongs caused by load transfer is prevented, and the original normal operation mode is recovered.
3.2, repeated multiple tripping applied to line
In fig. 5, DL2 and DL3 add a fixed value to "lock reclosing according to the number of times of voltage-loss tripping, T is 3min, and N is 2"; suppose that line L3 intermittently experiences a short circuit fault, causing repeated DLB tripping, at 2min intervals; after the line has a fault, the description of the first trip content of the DLB in the step (1) to the step (4) in the switching action process is consistent with that in the step 3.1. After 2min, the DLB is subjected to overcurrent tripping again, and the action process of the switch is as follows:
step (1): DLB trips, DL2 and DL3 lose voltage and open brake, DL8 starts reclosing timing, DL2 and DL3 lose voltage and open brake for 2 times within 3min, and the reclosing function is locked;
step (2): after 1s, DLB reclosing succeeds, DL3 does not act, and DL8 stops the reclosing process.
According to the action process, the DL2 and DL3 reclosing functions are locked, so that the fault line L3 is isolated, repeated tripping of the DLB is avoided, and the equipment fault is prevented from being continuously expanded.
