Correspondingly, the connecting rod 5 according to the invention can be made of a material with a certain plasticity, so that the first rod section 6 and the second rod section 7 can be completely inserted into the hollow fixing rod 4 when the rotation is performed.
In the invention, in order to provide enough frictional resistance and prevent the bundling tube 1 from sliding on the surface of the cable, a frosted surface layer structure can be arranged on the inner wall of the bundling tube 1.
