Abstract
The invention provides a worker wearing detection system which comprises a control host, a camera, a testimony verification terminal, a display device and an access door controller, wherein the control host, the camera, the testimony verification terminal, the display device and the access door controller are arranged on an access channel, the control host is respectively in communication connection with the camera, the testimony verification terminal, the display device and the access door controller, and the control host is used for comparing the current dress of a worker with the standard dress, judging whether the current dress of the worker is standard or not and sending the judgment result to the access door controller so as to control the opening and closing of an access door. The worker wearing detection system can automatically judge whether worker wearing is standard or not.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of artificial intelligence, in particular to a worker wearing detection system.
Background
For some special posts, such as firemen and lifeguards, there are clear wearing specifications during the post, and the cap and clothes need to be worn according to the specifications. However, in the daily day, some employees may ignore these specifications and not dress them as required by the specifications, resulting in poor management.
Therefore, it is necessary to invent a computer detection system for rapidly detecting dressing specifications of workers, so that the workers can consciously wear the computer detection system with the specifications during post inspection, and the computer detection system can efficiently detect the dressing specifications of the workers.

the display equipment is used for simultaneously displaying the current dressing image of the employee and the standard dressing image of the employee and prompting the employee to dress according to the standard dressing;
the access door controller is used for controlling the opening and closing of the access door;
and the control host is used for comparing the current dress of the employee with the standard dress, judging whether the current dress of the employee is standard or not, and sending a judgment result to the access door controller so as to control the opening and closing of the access door.
In the embodiment of the invention, the control host is internally provided with a Windows operating system, an internet information service component, a database component and a machine vision identification component.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, a worker wearing detection system is provided, which includes a control host 1, a camera 2, a human authentication terminal 3, a display device 4, and an access door controller 5, which are disposed in an access passage. The following description will be made separately.
The control host 1 is in communication connection with the camera 2, the testimony verification terminal 3, the display device 4 and the access door controller 5 respectively. The control host 1 is configured to compare the current dress of the employee with the standard dress, determine whether the current dress of the employee is standard, and send a determination result to the access door controller 5 to control opening and closing of the access door.
In this embodiment, the control host 1 is a PC computer or an industrial personal computer. The control host is internally provided with a Windows operating system, an internet information service component, a database component and a machine vision identification component. The internet information service component is used for providing internet services. The database component is used for storing the records and the photos of the employees. The machine vision component is used for identifying the current dressing of the employee and comparing the current dressing of the employee with the standard dressing.
And the camera 2 is used for photographing the current dressing of the employee. In this embodiment, the camera is a Haikangwei high-definition network camera.
And the personal identification verification terminal 3 is used for identifying the identity of the employee. In the embodiment of the invention, the witness verification terminal adopts a Haikangwei witness verification terminal.
And the display equipment 4 is used for simultaneously displaying the current dressing image of the worker and the standard dressing image of the worker and prompting the worker to dress according to the standard dressing. In this embodiment, the display device 4 is a large-screen high-definition television. The display interface is divided into two halves when the television is operated, the current dressing of the worker is displayed on the left side, the standard dressing of the worker is displayed on the right side, and the worker is prompted to dress according to the standard dressing. And when the application program is idle, the television plays pictures of safety regulations and the like.
And the access door controller 5 is used for controlling the opening and closing of the access door. When the control host 1 judges the dressing specification of the employee, opening the access door to allow the employee to pass through; when the control host 1 judges that the dressing of the employees is not standard, the access door controller 5 closes the access door and does not allow the employees to pass through. In this embodiment, the channel door controller 5 is a Modbus relay IO module controller.
Referring to fig. 2, when a worker enters a working area through an entrance/exit passage, the human face verification terminal 3 verifies the identity of the worker by checking a human face starting recognition system, and if the worker identity verification fails, an alarm is given. If the employee identity is successfully verified, the employee is prompted to enter a designated position, the camera 2 shoots the image, the control host 1 compares the saved employee standard dressing image with the image shot on the spot, and the display device 4 displays the employee standard dressing image and the image shot on the spot while comparing. The control host 1 checks whether the wearing of the worker is dressed as required (a safety helmet, a worker's clothes and a life jacket), and if the worker is not dressed as required, the system can remind the worker or control an access control system to not open a door. And storing data into a database after the comparison is finished, wherein the data comprises the name of the employee, the recording time and the dressing photo. The manager can inquire the comparison record through the background program, correspondingly generate required reports such as daily reports, monthly reports and the like, and can count the water-patrol attendance condition of each person of each team in each team.
Referring to fig. 3, when the control host 1 detects the dressing specification, the dressing specification is processed through the captured image. Firstly, a face recognition technology is adopted to position the face position in an image, and partial images of the head, the upper body, the legs and the like of the shot image are cut according to the face position and the human body proportion; and (3) identifying the safety helmet by adopting a trained classifier, and quickly detecting whether the safety helmet is worn or not according to the local image of the cut head safety helmet. The color identification method is adopted to identify the work clothes, the life jackets or the night reflective clothes. After the detection is completed, the access door controller 5 is controlled to open the access door according to the detection result. When the control host 1 judges the dressing specification of the employee, opening the access door to allow the employee to pass through; when the control host 1 judges that the dressing of the employees is not standard, the access door controller 5 closes the access door and does not allow the employees to pass through.
In summary, by using the system for detecting the dressing of the employee, the current dressing of the employee is compared with the standard dressing by using the computer vision technology, whether the current dressing of the employee is standard or not is judged, and the judgment result is sent to the access door controller to control the opening and closing of the access door, so that the purposes of promoting the standard dressing of the employee, enhancing the operation safety and improving the integral image of the company can be achieved; meanwhile, by inspecting the dressing records of the employees, managers can count the attendance condition of each person in each team, and the employees can be promoted to voluntarily follow the duties and daily tasks specified by the company posts.

the access door controller is used for controlling the opening and closing of the access door;
and the control host is used for comparing the current dress of the employee with the standard dress, judging whether the current dress of the employee is standard or not, and sending a judgment result to the access door controller so as to control the opening and closing of the access door.
2. The employee wear detection system of claim 1, wherein the control host has installed therein a Windows operating system, an internet messaging service component, a database component, and a machine vision identification component.

4. The employee wear detection system of claim 1, wherein the witness verification terminal is a Haokawav witness verification terminal.
5. The employee wear detection system of claim 1, wherein the camera is a Haokwev high definition web camera.
6. The employee wear detection system of claim 4, wherein the channel door controller is a Modbus relay IO module controller.
7. The employee wear detection system of claim 1, wherein the control host comparing the current dressing of the employee to the standard dressing comprises:
