s5, calculating the remaining effective payment time of each unpaid shopping order, comparing the remaining effective payment time with the set remaining payment time threshold, and screening each unpaid shopping order lower than the remaining payment time threshold;
s6, extracting user contact information corresponding to each unpaid shopping order lower than the residual payment time threshold value, screening unpaid shopping orders which are not ready for purchasing commodities through voice communication, and performing sales order processing;
