Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a recipe-based food material pushing method according to an embodiment of the present application. The food material pushing method based on the menu can be applied to a refrigerator in a food material pushing system based on the menu, and by comparing the type and weight of the existing food materials in the refrigerator with the type and weight of the food materials in the menu, a user is reminded to purchase the lack of food materials, the food materials can be pushed to the user according to the menu, and the use of the user is facilitated.
Some embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below and the features of the embodiments can be combined with each other without conflict.
As shown in fig. 3, the recipe-based food material pushing method specifically includes: step S201 to step S204.
S201, acquiring the refrigerator food material image acquired by the camera, and performing image recognition on the refrigerator food material image to obtain the refrigerator food material.
The refrigerator food material image refers to a food material image of existing food materials in the refrigerator shot by a camera. The refrigerator acquires food material images of existing food materials in the refrigerator, which are acquired by the camera, and then performs image recognition on the food material images of the refrigerator, so that the food material types of the existing food materials in the refrigerator, namely the refrigerator food materials, are obtained.
In some embodiments, the recipe-based food material pushing method further includes: receiving menu information sent by a user terminal, and starting a camera according to the menu information.
Specifically, a user selects a menu through a user terminal, the menu selected by the user is sent to the refrigerator through the user terminal, and the refrigerator starts a camera according to received menu information so that the camera collects refrigerator food material images in the refrigerator. When the refrigerator receives menu information, the camera is opened, the camera is prevented from being normally opened, and the energy consumption of the camera and the refrigerator is reduced.
In some embodiments, the number of the cameras is multiple, the multiple cameras respectively collect multiple refrigerator food material images, please refer to fig. 4, and image recognition is performed on the refrigerator food material images to obtain the refrigerator food material, which specifically includes the following steps:
and S2011, respectively carrying out image correction on the plurality of refrigerator food material images to obtain a plurality of corrected refrigerator food material images.
Specifically, in order to enable the cameras to comprehensively shoot food material images in the refrigerator, the cameras can be arranged in a plurality of positions in the refrigerator respectively, each camera shoots partial areas in the refrigerator respectively, and then a plurality of images are spliced into a complete image by using an image splicing technology, so that the purpose of full coverage is achieved. For example, when there are multiple layers in the refrigerator, a camera may be disposed at each layer of the refrigerator for capturing an image of the refrigerator food material.
Because different cameras set up the difference in position, consequently the camera shooting angle is also different, and then leads to the different geometric deformation direction in the material image of a plurality of refrigerators that different cameras shot, in order to realize the image concatenation of material image of refrigerator, need carry out geometric correction respectively to material image of each refrigerator earlier, rectify the rectangle image that the camera was shot into trapezoidal image, carry out the image concatenation with other refrigerator material images after the cutting.
In a specific implementation process, the refrigerator food material image can be subjected to image deformation in a projection transformation mode, so that the refrigerator food material image is corrected.
S2012, image splicing is carried out on the corrected refrigerator food material images to obtain spliced refrigerator food material images.
Specifically, when a plurality of corrected refrigerator food material images are subjected to image splicing, matching of the images can be achieved by adopting a coordinate transformation method, and splicing is completed.
In some embodiments, for the overlapping area of the two refrigerator food material images, because the images are shot by different cameras at different times and different positions, and the images of the overlapping area have differences in brightness under the influence of light, a smooth transition method can be adopted to eliminate discontinuity at the connection position of the two refrigerator food material images.
S2013, performing image segmentation on the spliced refrigerator food material images to obtain images of the refrigerator food materials in the refrigerator food material images.
Because the spliced refrigerator food material images comprise various food materials in the refrigerator, the refrigerator food material images can be subjected to image segmentation to extract an individual image of each food material.
In a specific implementation process, the image may be segmented based on the texture features and the color features, specifically, the food materials of different colors are segmented by using the color information of the image, and then the food materials of different textures are segmented by using the texture information.
Firstly, extracting a texture characteristic image and a color characteristic image of an image, then carrying out image characteristic dimension reduction processing on the extracted texture characteristic image and color characteristic image to obtain a characteristic vector set of the image, finally obtaining a clustering center by using a clustering algorithm, and segmenting the image according to the characteristic value of the clustering center.
The color characteristic image is an image obtained by filtering and removing texture information, and the texture characteristic image is an image obtained by performing a Gaussian offset difference filter. In the image feature dimension reduction processing of the image, a PCA algorithm may be used. In clustering, a K-means clustering method may be used.
S2014, respectively carrying out image recognition on the images of the refrigerator food materials in the refrigerator food material images to obtain the refrigerator food materials included in the refrigerator food material images.
Specifically, when image recognition is performed, images may be firstly classified according to the extracted color features, then images of the same color are secondly classified according to texture features of the images, and finally recognition of different types of food materials is completed.
S202, comparing the menu food materials with the refrigerator food materials to obtain the missing food materials and the existing food materials.
The lack of food materials refers to food materials which are not available in the refrigerator and are needed in the menu, and the existing food materials refer to food materials which are available in the refrigerator and are also needed in the menu. Specifically, after receiving the recipe information, the refrigerator analyzes the received recipe information, thereby obtaining recipe food materials and recipe food material weights included in the recipe information. And then comparing the refrigerator food materials obtained through image recognition with the menu food materials, so as to obtain the missing food materials and the existing food materials.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, comparing the recipe food material with the refrigerator food material may specifically include step S2021 and step S2022.
S2021, connecting the menu food materials with the refrigerator food materials at the left side. S2022, screening the recipe food materials according to the refrigerator food materials which are empty values.
The left connection means that all records of the left table (namely, the recipe food material) are displayed, and only records corresponding to the left table content are displayed in the right table (namely, the refrigerator food material). The positions where the right table records are insufficient, i.e. name matching is unsuccessful, are all shown as NULL. In a specific implementation process, the lack of food materials refers to the screened menu food materials, and the existing food materials refer to other food materials except the lack of food materials in the menu food materials.
For example, the recipe food materials are shown in table 1, and the refrigerator food materials are shown in table 2.
TABLE 1

Figure BDA0002360130360000091
the food material with the empty value in the refrigerator food materials in the menu food materials is taken as the lack food material, and the food materials except the lack food material in the menu food materials are taken as the existing food materials. That is, the existing food materials are: eggs, scallion powder and ginger powder, and the lacking food materials are pork, water chestnut, carrot and steamed bread.
S203, acquiring the weight of the existing food material, and calculating the difference value between the weight of the existing food material and the weight of the recipe food material.
Specifically, after the existing food material and the missing food material are obtained, the weight of the existing food material is required to be obtained, so that whether the existing food material meets the recipe requirement or not is judged according to the obtained weight of the existing food material.
In a specific implementation process, a difference between the existing food material weight and the recipe food material weight is calculated, specifically, the difference is obtained by subtracting the recipe food material weight from the existing food material weight.
In some embodiments, a supporting tray may be further disposed in the refrigerator, the supporting tray is provided with a plurality of food material placing positions, each food material placing position is correspondingly provided with an electronic scale, please refer to fig. 6, and the step of obtaining the weight of the existing food material specifically includes steps S2031 to S2033.
S2031, obtaining the image of the existing food material.
Specifically, when the refrigerator food material is subjected to image recognition, the refrigerator food material image is subjected to image segmentation, and an image of each refrigerator food material in the refrigerator food material image is obtained. Then, the image of the existing food material is obtained from the image of each refrigerator food material, so that the placement position of the existing food material in the refrigerator can be determined conveniently.
S2032, performing image recognition on the image of the existing food material to determine a target food material placement position of the existing food material.
Specifically, the number of the supporting trays may be multiple, and the sizes of the food material placing positions on the supporting trays may also be different. In the specific implementation process, in order to determine the target food material placing position corresponding to the existing food material, the electronic scales corresponding to the food material placing position and the food material placing position can be numbered, and the number can be engraved on the supporting tray. For example, if there are three layers in the refrigerator and there is one support tray for each layer, as shown in fig. 7, the number of the support trays for each layer may be A, B, C in order, the number of the food material placing positions on each support tray may be A1 to A9, B1 to B6, and C1 to C7 in order, and the number of the electronic scales corresponding to the food material placing positions may be A1a to A9a, B1B to B6B, and C1C to C7C.
And carrying out image recognition on the obtained image of the existing food material, so as to recognize the number of the food material placing position from the image, and taking the food material placing position corresponding to the recognized number as a target food material placing position.
S2033, obtaining the reading of the electronic scale corresponding to the target food material placing position, and taking the reading of the electronic scale as the weight of the existing food material.
Specifically, after a target food material placing position is determined, an electronic scale reading corresponding to the number of the target food material placing position is obtained according to the number of the target food material placing position, and the electronic scale reading is used as the weight of the existing food material.
For example, when the number of the target food material placing location is C4, the number of the corresponding electronic scale is C4C, and the reading of the electronic scale is taken as the weight of the existing food material placed on the food material placing location with the number of C4.
S204, determining the missing weight of the existing food material according to the difference, and sending the existing food material, the missing weight of the existing food material and the missing food material to a user.
Specifically, if the difference between the weight of the existing food material and the weight of the recipe food material is a negative number, it indicates that the existing food material in the refrigerator is insufficient, and the absolute value of the difference is the missing weight of the existing food material, that is, the weight that the user needs to purchase again. After the missing weight of the existing food material is obtained, the existing food material, the missing weight of the existing food material and the missing food material are sent to the user together, so that the user can purchase the food material according to the needs.
The embodiment of the invention discloses a recipe-based food material pushing method, which includes the steps of setting a camera in a refrigerator to obtain food material images of the refrigerator, carrying out image recognition on the food material images of the refrigerator to obtain refrigerator food materials, then comparing the recipe food materials with the refrigerator food materials to obtain missing food materials and existing food materials, calculating a difference value between the weight of the existing food materials and the weight of the recipe food materials according to the weight of the existing food materials, taking an absolute value of the difference value as the missing weight of the existing food materials if the difference value is a negative number, and sending the existing food materials, the missing weight of the existing food materials and the missing food materials to a user to remind the user of purchasing the existing. The user selects the menu, the refrigerator judges whether food materials in the refrigerator meet the menu requirements or not according to the menu content, if not, the user is reminded to purchase the dishes, the refrigerator can automatically push the food materials needing to be purchased to the user according to the menu, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic flow chart of another recipe-based food material pushing method according to an embodiment of the present application. The food material pushing method based on the menu specifically comprises the following steps: step S301 to step S307.
S301, acquiring the refrigerator food material image acquired by the camera, and performing image recognition on the refrigerator food material to obtain the refrigerator food material.
S302, obtaining the weight of the refrigerator food material corresponding to the refrigerator food material, and establishing a food material list according to the refrigerator food material and the weight of the refrigerator food material.
Specifically, be provided with the support tray in the refrigerator, be provided with a plurality of edible material on the support tray and place the position, every edible material places the position and all corresponds and is provided with an electronic scale.
And according to the obtained reading of the electronic scale corresponding to the supporting tray where the refrigerator food material is located, the reading is the weight of the refrigerator food material corresponding to the refrigerator food material. After the weight of the refrigerator food material is obtained, a refrigerator food material list is established according to the refrigerator food material and the weight of the refrigerator food material.
For example, the list of refrigerator ingredients created is shown in table 4:
serial number Refrigerator food material Weight of refrigerator food
1 Pork 200g
2 Mutton 300g
3 Duck blood 100g
4 Crowndaisy chrysanthemum 70g
5 Baby dish 80g
S303, comparing the menu food materials with the refrigerator food materials to obtain the missing food materials and the existing food materials.
Specifically, when the recipe food material is compared with the refrigerator food material, the comparison may be performed based on the refrigerator food material list, so as to obtain the missing food material and the existing food material. In a specific implementation process, a row of refrigerator food materials in the list of refrigerator food materials can be connected with the recipe food materials on the left.
S304, calculating the difference value between the weight of the existing food materials and the weight of the food materials in the menu.
Specifically, when calculating the difference between the existing food material weight and the recipe food material weight, the calculation may be performed based on the refrigerator food material list. In the specific implementation process, the existing food material weight corresponding to the existing food material is called from the refrigerator food material list, and then the difference value between the existing food material weight and the recipe food material weight is calculated based on the called existing food material weight.
S305, determining the missing weight of the existing food material according to the difference, and sending the existing food material, the missing weight of the existing food material and the missing food material to a user.
Specifically, if the difference between the weight of the existing food material and the weight of the recipe food material is a negative number, it indicates that the existing food material in the refrigerator is insufficient, and the absolute value of the difference is the missing weight of the existing food material, that is, the weight that the user needs to purchase again.
