Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of data management, in particular to an image visualization warehousing data interaction system, which comprises: the system comprises a webpage display platform, a storage environment monitoring system, an infrared radiation acquisition system, a geographic information system, an emergency guarantee command system and a grain decision support system, wherein the emergency guarantee command system can quickly generate command suggestion data and action schemes; the market quotation analysis system is used for forming a fluctuation curve through the collection of market quotation data; and the market quotation analysis system provides prediction information and a decision scheme according to the fluctuation characteristics. The scheme is applied to warehouse data management and allocation of warehouse resources, and a display platform capable of making judgment quickly for a user is formed through visual image simulation.

At present, warehouse data management enters a coordination point where modern data management needs to be perfected at multiple levels, and particularly, how to effectively integrate, use and manage information resources so as to promote department cooperation and quantitative decision making are work tasks which are mainly considered in the field of relatively rapid information development and all departments at present; although data integration can be realized through modern communication technology and data processing mode, aiming at the existing data channel with complicated disturbance, information safety is an important guarantee for data transmission, especially for units capable of uniformly scheduling public resources, and scheduling response timeliness, data safety and readability are all problems which need to be solved urgently in warehouse data interaction; particularly, in readability, a data structure which can be conveniently identified and analyzed is provided, and is an important content for well managing warehouse data efficiently, so that a warehouse book interaction system which is convenient for identifying and analyzing data is urgently needed to be established.

And the data independence between the two networks is further optimized through a network safety gate valve between the internal network and the external network.
The storage environment monitoring system is used for establishing physical safety measures for site environment, the most important overall and local temperature and humidity in storage and the picture condition of a storage site, and can effectively monitor the safety of the storage environment and avoid disasters.
And a visual layout state is formed in the whole space by combining a geographic information system, so that a user can be comprehensively shown the spatial information.
The system is specially used for providing an auxiliary system on data for a unit managing the warehousing system, wherein the emergency guarantee command system can actively lock or start preset actions on the data according to a set threshold value.
The establishment of the grain decision support system comprises an environment allocation scene module, a data processing module and a data processing module, wherein the environment allocation scene module is used for simulating various demand scenes to form simulation data; the market quotation analysis system is used for forming a fluctuation curve through the collection of market quotation data; and the market quotation analysis system provides prediction information and a decision scheme according to the fluctuation characteristics.
Compared with the prior art, the system realizes that both intranet users and extranet users can be satisfied completely by perfecting the layout and the setting of the system. Further, the webpage display platform is provided with a window integration interface, the window integration interface comprises an active push type module, a default display module and a replacement display module, the active push type authority is public, and data which are updated in real time are pushed; the default display module displays the content for the user to define, and the replacement display module is a title display library for calling the background data.
Further, the webpage display platform also comprises a shared service system, the shared service system is accessed to an external network access end, the shared service system comprises an enterprise service bus and a process integration service, the enterprise service bus uses SOAP and WSDL to define service specifications, and external end services and internal networks can be distinguished and classified and managed in service applications of various service scenes which are embedded in the enterprise service bus.
The sharing service system adopts a distributed acquisition mode to trace back information data sources, a metadata acquisition platform is adopted to identify and integrate data aiming at nodes which are easy to be changed in series, and for events with more links, the metadata acquisition platform adopts distributed collection, each node is temporarily stored in a server of a data generation place, when data integration is needed, data are extracted from each server through a metadata management tool, and the metadata management tool is used for realizing conversion, cleaning and filtering of the data.
The Geographic Information System in the present System is developed based on the GIS, which is collectively called a Geographic Information System (GIS) and is sometimes called a "Geographic Information System". It is a specific and very important spatial information system. The system is a technical system for collecting, storing, managing, operating, analyzing, displaying and describing relevant geographic distribution data in the whole or partial earth surface (including the atmosphere) space under the support of a computer hardware and software system.
Video equipment is arranged at the vehicle entrance and exit, the transport vehicle and the custom intersection of the storage place; and adding the position information into a video data interface for acquiring information of warehousing resource distribution.
In order to increase readability and reasonable calling of memory resources, information needing to be displayed in the window integration interface is packaged in a webpage element mode, a packaging library is formed and placed in a server of a webpage display platform to operate, content needing to be displayed is called from the packaging library according to a user-defined mode, an independent display interface is formed, and data in webpage elements which are not called do not exchange data with the current display interface.
The webpage display platform is provided with a data uploading interface, and information reporting is carried out on the uploaded data in a WebService mode; and uploading is performed through a unified standard, so that unified management of data is facilitated.
In order to facilitate a user to call specific data, a webpage display platform in the system is provided with a retrieval system, the retrieval system provides two running environments of a local PC server and a virtual machine, wherein the retrieval of the virtual machine sets an upper limit of retrieval frequency, and the retrieval running on the virtual machine is ensured to be smooth. The retrieval steps of the retrieval system are as follows:
firstly, importing the retrieval information needed to be provided into a specified database according to format requirements in information columns, wherein the keywords of the information columns comprise: column id, url, title, content, column attribution information and time;
secondly, initializing a background; maintaining the synonym table, adding related synonyms, and after adding the synonyms, not adding the synonyms again, wherein the added synonyms take effect after being re-indexed;
thirdly, starting a maintenance column table at a background to realize data capture;
and fourthly, after each retrieval, only leaving a retrieval trace in the background, restarting the information column, and clearing the captured data. The retrieval system can not only ensure the user requirements with less retrieval amount, but also meet the requirements of precision retrieval, and saves resources to the maximum extent through different operation modes.

The following is further detailed by way of specific embodiments:

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the image visualization warehousing data interaction system comprises a webpage display platform 1, wherein the webpage display platform comprises an internal network and an external network which are independently networked, and the independent networking and the external public network are isolated by a network safety gate valve 2; the webpage display platform 1 is used for displaying warehousing environment information, business information and warehousing allocation information which are needed in a warehousing system;
the warehousing environment monitoring system 3 comprises a temperature sensor 31 and a humidity sensor 32 for measuring the real-time temperature of a warehousing area, a video acquisition system 33 for observing warehousing site pictures, and an infrared radiation acquisition system 34 for warehousing stacking areas.
The geographic information system 4 integrates the position of the storage place and the position of the transportation place into the geographic information system 4 through a positioning module by the application of the geographic information system; displaying the corresponding position information in an image form on a webpage display platform;
the emergency guarantee command system 5 starts the emergency allocation system through a threshold value set by the emergency trigger unit when the threshold value is exceeded, and quickly generates command suggestion data and action schemes through the emergency allocation system, so as to realize an emergency linkage management center, intensively schedule emergency resources and support command and action of emergency response;

According to the scheme, an internal network and an external network are established aiming at different channels of two data; the intranet is used for managing data management in the system, such as the use of an administrative department and a decision department, and the intranet adopts a visual picture to directly present the change of data, so that command data can be formed for the decision department and the emergency condition needing to be started can be automatically monitored; the outer network mainly enables a service server to be accessed, generally faces the public, and separately displays result data and real-time data in a network display platform at the service server in an authority application mode, so that the data is disclosed, decision data is kept secret, and data is prevented from being tampered and stolen due to uncontrollable factors of the outer network. And the data independence between the two networks is further optimized through the network safety gate valve 2 between the internal network and the external network.
The storage environment monitoring system 3 is a physical safety measure established for the site environment, the most important overall and local temperature and humidity in storage and the picture condition of the storage site, and by adopting the monitoring system, the safety of the storage environment can be effectively monitored, and disasters are avoided.
And a visual layout state is formed in the whole space by combining the geographic information system 4, so that the user can be comprehensively shown the spatial information.
The system is specially used for providing an auxiliary system on data for a unit managing the warehousing system, wherein the emergency guarantee command system can actively lock or start preset actions on the data according to a set threshold value.

The webpage display platform 1 is provided with a window integration interface, the window integration interface comprises an active push type module 103, a default display module 102 and a replacement display module 101, the active push type authority is public, and data which is updated in real time is pushed; the default display module displays the content for the user to define, and the replacement display module is a title display library for calling the background data.
The webpage display platform 1 further comprises a shared service system, the shared service system is accessed to an external network access end and comprises an enterprise service bus 7 and a process integration service, the enterprise service bus 7 defines a service specification by using SOAP and WSDL, and in service applications of various service scenes are embedded in the enterprise service bus 7, the service application end 8 and the internal network can be distinguished and classified and managed.
The sharing service system adopts a distributed acquisition mode to trace back information data sources, a metadata acquisition platform is adopted to identify and integrate data aiming at nodes which are easy to be changed in series, events with more links are collected, the metadata acquisition platform adopts distributed collection, each node is temporarily stored in a server of a data generation place, namely a local server 91, when data integration is needed, data are extracted from each local server 91 through a metadata management tool 9, and the metadata management tool 9 is used for realizing conversion, cleaning and filtering of the data.
The Geographic Information System 4 in the present System is developed based on the GIS, which are collectively called Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and are sometimes also called "Geographic Information systems". It is a specific and very important spatial information system. The system is a technical system for collecting, storing, managing, operating, analyzing, displaying and describing relevant geographic distribution data in the whole or partial earth surface (including the atmosphere) space under the support of a computer hardware and software system.
Video equipment is arranged at the vehicle entrance and exit, the transport vehicle and the custom intersection of the storage place; and adding the position information into a video data interface for acquiring information of warehousing resource distribution.

As shown in fig. 4, in order to facilitate the user to call specific data, the web page display platform in the system is provided with a retrieval system, and the retrieval system provides two operating environments, namely a local PC server and a virtual machine, wherein the retrieval of the virtual machine sets an upper limit of the retrieval frequency, so that the retrieval on the virtual machine is ensured to be smooth. The retrieval steps of the retrieval system are as follows:
step S1, the search information needed to be provided is imported into the appointed database according to the format requirement in the information column, the keyword of the information column includes: column id, url, title, content, column attribution information and time;
a second step S2, initializing the background; maintaining the synonym table, adding related synonyms, and after adding the synonyms, not adding the synonyms again, wherein the added synonyms take effect after being re-indexed;
step S3, starting a maintenance column table at a background to realize data capture;
and step S4, after each retrieval, the background only leaves a retrieval trace, restarts the information column and clears the captured data.
The retrieval system can not only ensure the user requirements with less retrieval amount, but also meet the requirements of precision retrieval, and saves resources to the maximum extent through different operation modes.

the storage environment monitoring system comprises a temperature and humidity sensing system for measuring real-time temperature and humidity of a storage area, a video acquisition system for observing storage site pictures and an infrared radiation acquisition system for a storage stacking area;
the geographic information system integrates the position of the storage place and the position of the transportation place into the geographic information system through a positioning module by the application of the geographic information system; displaying the corresponding position information in an image form on a webpage display platform;
the emergency guarantee command system starts the emergency allocation system through a threshold value set by the emergency trigger unit when the threshold value is exceeded, and quickly generates command suggestion data and action schemes through the emergency allocation system, so as to realize an emergency linkage management center, intensively schedule emergency resources and support command and action of emergency response;

And a video data interface is added in the geographic information of the warehouse, and is used for acquiring the information of warehouse resource distribution.
