Abstract
The invention provides a method for a robot to take a visitor to find a medicine, which belongs to the technical field of medical service and comprises the following steps: the robot scans scenes in the pharmacy first, constructs a pharmacy map, and marks region division information in the map; checking whether the map is correct or not after the map is successfully built; after the map is built successfully, uploading the map to a cloud for storage, returning the area points contained in the map to a background, and enabling an store to check all the area points in the map through a management background; the method comprises the steps of communicating with an ERP of a store, presetting preliminary association between medicine data and region points by a salesperson through a management background, and adding information of a shelf placing position for each medicine independently; when a customer consults the medicine position of the robot, the robot leads the customer to reach a preset point and informs the customer of the medicine placement position; the robot can replace staff in a pharmacy, complete the work content with strong daily repeatability, replace manual service in the aspects of drug consultation, drug finding with leading, area point leading and the like, and reduce the personnel cost of the pharmacy.
