and when the signature data meets the preset legality requirement, the certificate storing data is linked to the block.
The embodiment of the invention provides a method and a device for storing certificate data, which are used for storing certificate data on a chain by combining the characteristic that block chain data cannot be deleted and tampered, and providing fidelity and traceability functions for the certificate data by using block characteristic information, so that the defects of poor safety and low authenticity and effectiveness in the traditional certificate storage business are overcome.

Claims (10)

1. A method for verifying stored certificate data, the method comprising:
receiving to-be-verified certificate storing data and to-be-verified certificate storing record information, wherein the to-be-verified certificate storing record information comprises to-be-verified transaction codes, to-be-verified block characteristic information and to-be-verified certificate storing codes;
inquiring related block characteristic information corresponding to the transaction code to be verified according to the association rule;
verifying the characteristic information of the block to be verified according to the related block characteristic information to obtain a first verification result;
inquiring related contract characteristic information corresponding to the deposit certificate code to be verified according to a deposit certificate rule in the block chain;
verifying the contract characteristic information of the data to be verified and stored according to the related contract characteristic information to obtain a second verification result;
and obtaining the verification result of the to-be-verified and stored data according to the first verification result and the second verification result.
2. The method for verifying the certificate-deposit data according to claim 1, wherein the step of establishing the certificate-deposit rule specifically comprises:
uploading certificate storage data to a block chain for storing certificates, wherein the certificate storage data comprises contract characteristic information;
and the block chain generates a block corresponding to the evidence storing data, links the evidence storing data to the block, generates block characteristic information of the block, generates a transaction code corresponding to the block characteristic information, and constructs an evidence storing rule which is related to the contract characteristic information and the transaction code.
3. The method for verifying the certification data according to claim 2, wherein the step of establishing the association rule specifically comprises:
confirming that the certificate storing data is successfully stored according to the block characteristic information, and generating a certificate storing code corresponding to the certificate storing data;
and constructing an association rule of the mutual association between the evidence storing code, the transaction code and the block characteristic information, and generating evidence storing record information according to the evidence storing code, the transaction code and the block characteristic information.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the uploading the forensic data to the block comprises:
acquiring signature data of a user storing the certificate data;
judging the validity of the signature data of the user;
and when the signature data meets the preset legality requirement, the certificate storing data is linked to the block.
5. The method for verifying the stored evidence data according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining the verification result of the stored evidence data to be verified according to the first verification result and the second verification result specifically comprises:
when the first check result and the second check result are both checked to pass, judging that the data to be checked and stored is checked to pass;
and when the first check result or the second check result is not checked, judging that the verification of the to-be-checked and stored data is not passed.
