Abstract
The invention discloses an enterprise asset data management system, which comprises a firewall module, a central control module, a login module, an access module, a database module, a data processing module, a data output module and a user terminal, wherein the central control module is used for controlling the login of an enterprise asset; when the system is used, the requirement that a user uploads and downloads enterprise asset data through the access module can be met, and the database module can store the enterprise asset data in a classified manner; the data processing module reads and processes the enterprise asset data uploaded by the user through the access module, and the data output module can generate a financial statement according to the asset data processed by the data processing module, and backups, uploads and publishes the financial statement; the method and the system can be used for rapidly and accurately classifying and integrating the uploaded asset data, and can also be used for automatically generating a report form for publishing, so that the workload of asset data maintenance and management is greatly saved.

Technical Field

Background
Assets refer to economic resources owned or controlled by an enterprise that can be measured in currency, including various properties, liabilities, and other rights. There are many different classifications of assets for an enterprise based on different criteria. Assets can be classified as liquidity assets and non-liquidity assets, for example, according to liquidity. For enterprises, the composition types of assets are various, the corresponding data are messy and tedious, a financial department is required to be specially established or a financial company is entrusted to manage the data, the workload for the asset data arrangement is large, and the corresponding working efficiency is not high; in the process of managing the asset data, it is difficult to classify the data quickly and accurately and publish necessary reports and asset conditions in real time, which is not beneficial to the operation of enterprises.
