The manuscript production database and the manuscript release database are operated by a county-level medium-melting center staff to finish the production, auditing and release processes of the manuscript according to the media production process of strategy, acquisition, editing, auditing and release. Each node of the manuscript production process is mapped to a manuscript production database. After the manuscript is released, the manuscript is inserted into a manuscript release database.

The style configuration server is used for setting the specific style of the mobile client in a personalized way, and the content binding configuration server is used for defining the combination rule of the display style of the content of the mobile client and the corresponding display relation of the release content, so that self-service packaging and personalized style configuration of the mobile client are realized. As shown in fig. 4, after the mobile client is started, loading the version numbers of the local style configuration file and the content binding configuration file, and then acquiring the version numbers of the corresponding configuration files stored in the style configuration server and the content binding configuration server according to the unique identifier ID of the mobile client, if acquisition fails due to network abnormality or other reasons, loading the local configuration file; if the acquisition is successful, comparing the local version number with the version number acquired in the style configuration server and the content binding configuration server; if the version numbers are consistent, loading a local configuration file; if the versions are inconsistent, downloading the configuration file of the latest version, and updating the local configuration file and the version number; finally, the mobile client loads information in the local style configuration file to render a display frame of the mobile client; the mobile client loads information in the local content binding configuration file, and the manuscript content is loaded under each level of menu items according to the configured display style type.
