The execution main body of the display screen control method of the electric working machine can be a controller on the electric working machine, or a control device independent of the working machine, or a server in communication connection with the working machine, or a remote control center.
And 110, controlling a display screen message screen under the condition that the input of the user to the display screen of the electric operation machine is not received within the first target time length.
It can be understood that the use time of the display screen by the user is not much due to the particularity of the operation of the electric working machine, and therefore, the display screen can be controlled to be turned off when the use is not needed.
On one hand, the electricity saving can be supplied to other equipment for use, so that the electric energy is more reasonably distributed and utilized
On the other hand, the power supply time of the storage battery can be prolonged, the number of times of charging the storage battery by the generator is further reduced, and the service life of the storage battery is prolonged.
Setting the first target duration may balance the user's usage requirements with the endurance requirements of the electric work machine.
It should be noted that the first target duration may be a system preset value;
or, the user sets the first target duration according to the actual requirement;
or, the calculation is carried out by adopting a certain algorithm for the equipment based on the current working condition and/or the use habit of the user.
Contributes to prolonging the service time of the electric working machine when the first target period of time becomes short; it is helpful to reduce the frequency of the user touching the screen again when the first target duration becomes longer. In one embodiment, the first target duration is calculated by using a certain algorithm based on the current working condition and/or the use habit of the user.
When a user drives the excavator to concentrate on leveling operation, the user does not need to check the display screen, and the display screen is not sensed to touch actions within twenty seconds and is turned;
when a user drives the excavator to concentrate on trenching operation, the information on the display screen needs to be checked at intervals, and the display screen is turned off when no touch action is sensed within one hour;
of course, the first target time period is not limited to the above embodiment, and may be other time periods.
Step 120, receiving an alarm signal.
It should be noted that the alarm signal may be associated with an internal system of the electric work machine, or may be configured to receive an alarm signal from another device in the external environment.
It will be appreciated that the warning signal may be transmitted from within the system of the electric work machine by transmission of an electrical signal, or may be transmitted from the environment external to the electric work machine by wireless transmission.
In some embodiments, when an abnormality occurs at a location of the electric work machine, the sensor detects the abnormality and sends an abnormality signal through the CAN bus, which may be used as an alarm signal.
And step 130, responding to the alarm signal, and controlling the display screen in the screen-off state to light.
It should be noted that, after receiving the alarm signal, the display screen is bright to display the alarm signal; the current state of the electric operation machine can be comprehensively displayed to a user, so that the user can conveniently inquire or input the alarm signal on the display screen.
In some embodiments, the display screen may be illuminated after receiving an alarm signal from an internal system of the electric work machine, which may assist the user in controlling the internal system of the electric work machine to return to normal.
In some embodiments, the display screen may be illuminated after receiving an alarm signal from the external environment of the electric work machine, which may assist the user in obtaining the external alarm signal in a timely manner.
Based on the alarm signal, the condition that the user needs to use the display screen of the electric operation machine is screened out, and the phenomenon that the display screen affects the work of the electric operation machine is avoided.
In one embodiment, the user drives the crane to focus on the hook position, and the display screen is not touched within the first target duration and is turned off.
When the display screen is in a screen-off state, the sensor sends out a motor action pause alarm signal through the CAN bus, and the display screen is lightened to prompt fault information of a user and assist the user in carrying out subsequent operation.
According to the display screen control method of the electric operation machine, the display screen of the electric operation machine is controlled to automatically turn off or light according to different working states of the electric operation machine, and energy conservation under the condition of ensuring safe operation is achieved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the case of step 110 includes: a pilot switch of the electric work machine is closed and no user input to a display screen of the electric work machine is received within a first target time period.
It will be appreciated that the electrical work machine is held stationary when the pilot switch is open and the input signal to some of the operating members is disabled, thereby avoiding inadvertent contact with the electrical work machine during non-operating conditions.
On the one hand, when the pilot switch is closed, it indicates that the electric working machine is in a working state, and the user needs to concentrate on the working condition.
The subsequent display screen control steps are carried out by taking the display screen as a precondition, so that the operation safety of the electric operation machine is guaranteed, and the use condition of the operation machine is matched.
On the other hand, when the pilot switch is turned off, it indicates that the electric working machine is in a non-operating state, and the user does not need to perform work.
At this time, the subsequent display screen control step is not carried out, so that the user can conveniently carry out entertainment activities by means of the display screen of the electric operation machine in the non-working state.
Of course, the display screen can also be set to be in a dormant state when the pilot switch is turned off, so as to prevent misoperation caused by mistaken touch.
It should be noted that the names of the pilot switches may differ among different electric working machines, such as a safety lock, a hydraulic lock, a pilot control switch lever, a micro switch, a pilot handle, and the like.
In one embodiment, after the pilot switch of the excavator is closed, namely the excavator is in a use state, the display screen is not touched within a first target duration and is turned off.
And if the display screen receives the touch action within the first target time length, continuously keeping the working state.
In the above embodiment, the subsequent display screen control step is performed when the pilot switch is turned on, thereby ensuring the safety of the electric working machine in the operating state.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, after step 130, the display screen control method of the electric working machine further includes steps 140 and 150.
Step 140, receiving the failure removing information, wherein the failure removing information is generated after the failure corresponding to the alarm signal is removed.
It will be appreciated that after a certain time has elapsed, the fault may be relieved.
The failure release information may be detected by an internal system of the electric working machine, or may be transmitted by a signal from an external environment of the electric working machine.
And 150, responding to the fault removal information, and controlling a display screen message screen under the condition that the input of the user to the display screen of the electric operation machine is not received within the first target time length.
It will be appreciated that after the fault is resolved, the electric work machine returns to normal operation and the user needs to focus on the work task of the work machine.
Likewise, the control display may be displayed when the user does not need to use it.
In the above embodiment, by receiving the failure release information, the display screen of the electric working machine is switched from the failure warning state to the normal operating state, and the service life of the electric working machine is prolonged without affecting the failure warning.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, after step 130, the display screen control method for an electric work machine further includes steps 160 and 170.
A first input from the user is received, step 160, and the first input is used to cancel the alarm signal.
It will be appreciated that during actual operation of the electric work machine, part of the warning signal may be ignored by the user.
It should be noted that a cancel button may be provided on the display of the electric working machine for interaction to receive the first input of the user, or may be provided through another controller for interaction to receive the first input of the user.
The first input may be converted into an electrical signal by means of a display screen or a key.
In one embodiment, the user drives the electric working machine to the working site, and receives a route error alarm signal transmitted from the outside.
After the user checks, the user clicks a cancel button on the display screen to cancel the alarm signal, and drives the electric operation machine to change the driving direction. Step 170, in response to the first input, controlling the display screen message screen if the user input to the display screen of the electric working machine is not received again within the first target time period.
It will be appreciated that the first input by the user indicates that the corresponding alarm signal is negligible.
After receiving the first input of the user, the electric operation machine is restored to the normal working state again, and the user selects to ignore the alarm signal and continuously attend to the current operation task.
At this time, the display screen message screen is controlled under the condition that the input of the user to the display screen of the electric working machine is not received again within the first target time length, which is beneficial to saving electric energy.
In one embodiment, when the display screen is in a screen-off state, the cab lamp has a fault, a cab lamp fault alarm signal is transmitted to the display screen through the CAN bus, and the display screen is lightened to display a fault source for a user.
After the user checks the fault source, the user temporarily ignores the alarm signal, transmits information for continuing normal work to the display screen through the first input, and continues to concentrate on the current operation. In the above embodiment, the ignoring attitude of the warning signal corresponding to the first input by the user is acquired by the first input, and the service life of the electric working machine is prolonged when the warning signal is ensured to be ignored.
In some embodiments of the present invention, step 130 comprises: and responding to the alarm signal, controlling the display screen in the screen-off state to light, and outputting alarm information.
It will be appreciated that the display screen is illuminated to help fully present the current condition of the electric work machine to the user for the user to query or enter an alert on the display screen.
The output alarm information can enhance the prompt effect of the alarm signal.
The alert information may include at least one of a text prompt, a light prompt, an image prompt, and an audio prompt.
In some embodiments, the display screen is illuminated while the source of the alarm signal is displayed.
In one embodiment, when the display screen is in the screen-off state, the sensor detects that the engine speed is too low, and the display screen is lightened.
The center of the display screen displays the text prompt of the over-low rotating speed of the engine and the buzzer alarms.
In the above embodiment, outputting the alarm information helps attract the user to pay attention to the alarm signal, and gives an alarm prompt to the user.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the display screen control method of the electric working machine further includes the step 180 of: and under the condition that the electric operation machine is turned off, controlling the display screen to be turned off after a second target time length.
It will be appreciated that with the electric work machine off, the user need not perform an operational task and the display is generally idle.
The second target time period may be the same as or different from the first target time period.
In the above embodiment, unnecessary power consumption of the display screen when the electric working machine is turned off is avoided.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, after the display screen of the excavator is powered on, the user starts the excavator.
After the excavator is started, if the alarm signal is received, the display screen delays, and a user can be assisted to inquire faults.
When fault release information is received, for example, fault release information generated by the excavator controller;
alternatively, the first input by the user may be,
and if the display screen does not receive the input of the user within the first target duration, displaying the screen message screen.
After the excavator is started, if the alarm signal is not received, the user closes the pilot switch to carry out operation.
And if the display screen does not receive the input of the user within the first target duration, displaying the screen message screen.
And in the operation process of the user, when the alarm signal is received, the display screen is lightened, and the excavator is whistled to alarm.
At this time, the screen delay of the display screen can assist the user to inquire the fault.
When fault release information is received, for example, fault release information generated by the excavator controller;
alternatively, the first input by the user may be,
and if the display screen does not receive the input of the user within the first target duration, displaying a screen message screen.
When the operation is finished, the excavator is powered off, the user leaves, no touch action is performed within the second target time length, and the screen is displayed.
