Description

Control method of air conditioner
Technical Field

fig. 1 is a flowchart of a control method of an air conditioner.
Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below, the embodiments described with reference to the drawings being illustrative, and the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below.
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "central," "longitudinal," "lateral," "length," "width," "thickness," "upper," "lower," "front," "rear," "left," "right," "vertical," "horizontal," "top," "bottom," "inner," "outer," "clockwise," "counterclockwise," "axial," "radial," "circumferential," and the like are used in the orientations and positional relationships indicated in the drawings for convenience in describing the invention and to simplify the description, and are not intended to indicate or imply that the referenced device or element must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and are not to be considered limiting of the invention.
In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more.
A control method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the control method of the air conditioner includes:
detecting whether the air conditioner is in a heating operation mode;
if yes, acquiring the current outdoor temperature TOutdoorsAnd determines the current outdoor temperature TOutdoorsWhether the temperature is in a preset outdoor high-temperature area or a preset outdoor low-temperature area;
if the current outdoor temperature TOutdoorsIn a preset outdoor high-temperature area according to the current outdoor temperature TOutdoorsCalculating the maximum allowable operation frequency F of the compressor;
if the current outdoor temperature TOutdoorsIn a preset outdoor low-temperature area, the current indoor temperature T is obtainedIndoor useThe preset outdoor low-temperature area comprises a plurality of preset outdoor sub-low-temperature areas, the maximum allowable operation frequency F of the compressor is controlled to be reduced along with the increase of the preset outdoor sub-low-temperature areas, and the maximum allowable operation frequency F of the compressor is controlled to be controlled along with the current indoor temperature T in each preset outdoor sub-low temperature areaIndoor useIs increased and decreased.
The control method of the air conditioner can be applied to the inverter air conditioner.
According to the control method of the air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the invention, the current outdoor temperature T is judged firstlyOutdoorsTemperature interval, current outdoor temperature TOutdoorsWhen the outdoor temperature is in the preset outdoor high-temperature area, the current outdoor temperature T isOutdoorsAnd therefore the maximum allowable operating frequency F of the compressor is lower, and the indoor ambient temperature does not need to be added to further limit the maximum allowable operating frequency F of the compressor. And the current outdoor temperature TOutdoorsWhen the outdoor temperature is in the preset outdoor low-temperature area, the current outdoor temperature TOutdoorsLow, in order to meet the heating requirement of the user, the air conditioner needs to heat quickly, so the maximum allowable operation frequency F of the compressor needs to be set high in order to raise the indoor environment temperature quickly, and at this time, the front indoor temperature T needs to be consideredIndoor useTo adjust the maximum allowable operating frequency F again, thereby reducing the fluctuation space of the actual operating frequency of the air conditioner, so that the fluctuation range of the actual operating frequency of the air conditioner is small,it is beneficial to energy saving, noise reduction and large current prevention.
And, by dividing the preset outdoor low temperature zone into a plurality of preset outdoor sub low temperature zones, the maximum allowable operating frequency F of the compressor is controlled to decrease with the increase of the preset outdoor sub low temperature zone, and the maximum allowable operating frequency F of the compressor is controlled to decrease with the current indoor temperature T in each preset outdoor sub low temperature zoneIndoor useIs increased and decreased. Therefore, the maximum allowable operation frequency F of the compressor is more accurately controlled, and the energy efficiency ratio of the air conditioner is improved, and the service life of the air conditioner is prolonged.
In this way, the control method of the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the invention can not only adjust the maximum allowable operation frequency of the compressor by combining the current indoor environment temperature and the current outdoor environment temperature, but also improve the energy efficiency ratio of the air conditioner and prolong the service life of the air conditioner.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the predetermined outdoor high temperature area includes a predetermined relatively low temperature area and a predetermined relatively high temperature area if the current outdoor temperature T isOutdoorsIn a preset relatively low temperature region, the maximum allowable operation frequency F of the compressor is controlled along with the current outdoor temperature TOutdoorsIs increased and decreased so that the maximum allowed operating frequency F can be varied with the current outdoor temperature TOutdoorsIs varied, the accuracy of the control of the maximum allowed operating frequency F is improved.
If the current outdoor temperature TOutdoorsAnd in the preset relative high temperature area, controlling the maximum allowable operation frequency F of the compressor to keep the preset minimum frequency. That is, the maximum allowable operating frequency F of the compressor and the temperature in the preset relatively high temperature region are in a linear relationship, and the linear correlation coefficient is zero.
Wherein the temperature within the range of the preset relatively low temperature region is lower than the temperature within the range of the preset relatively high temperature region.
Current outdoor temperature TOutdoorsIn the preset relatively high temperature region, the heating demand of the user is lower, which may cause the air conditioner to operate for a very short time, which may cause the indoor ambient temperature to reach the temperature set by the user, thereby causing the compressor to operate at the minimum frequency and be emptyWhen the regulator is started to reach the set temperature when the indoor environment temperature reaches, the phenomenon that the actual operation frequency fluctuation range of the compressor is too large to generate large current and high noise can be avoided, the reliability of the compressor and the controller is improved, and the energy efficiency ratio is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the preset relatively low temperature zone includes a plurality of first preset sub high temperature zones, each of the first preset sub high temperature zones corresponds to a frequency control rule, and in each of the first preset sub high temperature zones, the maximum allowable operating frequency F of the compressor is controlled to follow the current outdoor temperature TOutdoorsDecreases and is linear.
Wherein, in the preset relatively low temperature zone, the maximum allowable operation frequency F of the compressor is also reduced along with the increase of the first preset sub high temperature zone.
Due to the maximum allowable operating frequency F and the current outdoor temperature TOutdoorsIn a linear relationship, the current outdoor temperature TOutdoorsThe change is a continuous process, so the maximum allowable operation frequency F is also continuously changed instead of being discontinuously changed, thus the change of the maximum allowable operation frequency F is more stable, the fluctuation probability is low, the performance of the compressor is favorably optimized, and the service life of the compressor is prolonged.
Specifically, each first preset sub-high temperature zone includes a minimum high temperature threshold T1 and a maximum high temperature threshold T2, the maximum allowable operating frequency F of the compressor corresponding to the minimum high temperature threshold T1 is a maximum frequency threshold F1, and the maximum allowable operating frequency F of the compressor corresponding to the maximum high temperature threshold T2 is a minimum frequency threshold F2. Wherein, the frequency control rule is as follows:
Figure BDA0003042289530000061
for example, the plurality of first predetermined sub-high temperature zones are consecutive temperature intervals, that is, the minimum high temperature threshold T1 of each first predetermined sub-high temperature zone is smaller than and adjacent to the maximum high temperature threshold T2 of the first predetermined sub-high temperature zone, and the maximum high temperature threshold T2 of each first predetermined sub-high temperature zone is larger than and adjacent to the minimum high temperature threshold T1 of the first predetermined sub-high temperature zone.
Therefore, the maximum allowable operating frequency F of the compressors corresponding to the adjacent first preset sub-high temperature zones at the critical points is the same, so that the maximum allowable operating frequency F of the compressors corresponding to the plurality of first preset sub-high temperature zones is continuously changed instead of discontinuously changed, the maximum allowable operating frequency F is prevented from jumping fluctuation, the load change of the compressors is more stable, noise is not easy to occur, the reliability of the compressors and the controller is higher, and the energy conservation is facilitated.
The preset minimum frequency is a minimum frequency threshold F2 of a first preset sub-high temperature zone adjacent to the preset relatively high temperature zone. Therefore, the maximum allowable operating frequency F of the compressor corresponding to the preset relative low-temperature area and the preset relative high-temperature area at the critical point is the same, so that the maximum allowable operating frequency F of the compressor corresponding to the preset relative low-temperature area and the preset relative high-temperature area is continuously changed instead of discontinuously changed, the phenomenon that the maximum allowable operating frequency F fluctuates in a jumping mode is further avoided, the load change of the compressor is more stable, noise is not easy to generate, the reliability of the compressor and the controller is higher, and energy conservation is facilitated.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, a plurality of indoor temperature sections are provided in each of the preset outdoor low temperature regions, and in each of the indoor temperature sections, the maximum allowable operating frequency F of the compressor is controlled to decrease with an increase in the indoor temperature section in each of the preset outdoor low temperature regions and to match the current indoor temperature T in each of the indoor temperature sectionsIndoor useIn a linear relationship.
Due to the maximum allowable operating frequency F and the current outdoor temperature TOutdoorsIn a linear relationship, the current indoor temperature TIndoor useThe change is a continuous process, so that the maximum allowable operation frequency F is continuously changed in each indoor temperature interval instead of being discontinuously changed, so that the change of the maximum allowable operation frequency F is more stable, the fluctuation probability is low, the performance of the compressor is favorably optimized, and the service life of the compressor is prolonged.
And moreover, a plurality of temperature spaces are continuously divided in each preset outdoor low-temperature area, so that the precision control of the compressor is favorably improved, the energy efficiency ratio of the compressor is improved, and the normal efficiency and energy conservation of the compressor are favorably realized.
Further, for the preset outdoor low temperature zone, wherein in a part of the indoor temperature interval, the maximum allowable operation frequency F of the compressor and the current indoor temperature TIndoor useThe correlation coefficient of (2) is 0, and the maximum allowable operating frequency F is a fixed value in the part of indoor temperature interval; in another part of indoor temperature interval, the maximum allowable operation frequency F of the compressor and the current indoor temperature TIndoor useIs less than 0, the maximum allowable operating frequency F is a variable value in the part of the indoor temperature interval and is dependent on the current indoor temperature TIndoor useIncreasing and decreasing.
For example, the temperatures in the one part of indoor temperature intervals may be all lower than the temperatures in the other part of indoor temperature intervals; alternatively, the one part of the indoor temperature sections are located on both sides of the other part of the indoor temperature sections, that is, some temperatures in the one part of the indoor temperature sections are lower than those in the other part of the indoor temperature sections, and other temperatures in the one part of the indoor temperature sections are higher than those in the other part of the indoor temperature sections.
Therefore, the maximum allowable operation frequency F of the compressor does not change along with the indoor environment temperature in certain temperature intervals, the heating requirement of a user is met, the load of the compressor is reduced, the control of the compressor is simplified, and the operation efficiency of a control system is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the preset outdoor sub low-temperature region includes a first preset outdoor sub low-temperature region, a second preset outdoor sub low-temperature region, a third preset outdoor sub low-temperature region, and a fourth preset outdoor sub low-temperature region, which are sequentially increased; the first preset outdoor sub-low temperature region, the second preset outdoor sub-low temperature region, the third preset outdoor sub-low temperature region, the fourth preset outdoor sub-low temperature region and the preset outdoor high temperature region are sequentially divided by a first low-temperature threshold, a second low-temperature threshold, a third low-temperature threshold and a fourth low-temperature threshold.
Specifically, the temperature in the first preset outdoor sub-low temperature zone is less than a first low-temperature threshold, the temperature in the second preset outdoor sub-low temperature zone is not less than the first low-temperature threshold and is less than a second low-temperature threshold, the temperature in the third preset outdoor sub-low temperature zone is not less than the second low-temperature threshold and is less than a third low-temperature threshold, and the temperature in the fourth preset outdoor sub-low temperature zone is not less than the third low-temperature threshold and is less than a fourth low-temperature threshold. The fourth low temperature threshold is the same as the minimum high temperature threshold T1 of the first preset sub-high temperature zone closest to the fourth preset outdoor sub-low temperature zone.
Wherein the first low temperature threshold is associated with the first low temperature sub-frequency f1, the second low temperature threshold is associated with the second low temperature sub-frequency f2, the third low temperature threshold is associated with the third low temperature sub-frequency f3, and the fourth low temperature threshold is associated with the fourth low temperature sub-frequency f 4. It can be understood that: f1 > f2 > f3 > f 4.
Each preset outdoor sub-low temperature interval comprises a first preset indoor temperature interval, a second preset indoor temperature interval, a third preset indoor temperature interval and a fourth preset indoor temperature interval which are sequentially increased, and the first preset indoor temperature interval, the second preset indoor temperature interval, the third preset indoor temperature interval and the fourth preset indoor temperature interval are sequentially demarcated by a first preset temperature T11, a second preset temperature T12 and a third preset temperature T13.
Specifically, the first preset indoor temperature interval is (— infinity, T11), the second preset indoor temperature interval is [ T11, T12 ], the third preset indoor temperature interval is [ T12, T13 ], and the fourth preset indoor temperature interval is [ T14, + ∞ ").
Therefore, the decomposition of the preset outdoor sub-low temperature region is more detailed, and each preset outdoor sub-low temperature region comprises the same number of preset indoor temperature regions, so that the control rule is convenient to determine.
For example, the first preset temperature T11 is 0 ℃, the second preset temperature T12 is 5 ℃, and the third preset temperature T13 is 10 ℃. Therefore, the human body has different feelings and reactions in different temperature intervals, and the setting of the first preset temperature T11, the second preset temperature T12 and the third preset temperature T13 is the same as or similar to the dividing point among the different temperature intervals, so that the setting reasonableness is improved.
In the first preset outdoor sub-low temperature zone, if soFront room temperature TIndoor useIf the temperature is in the first preset indoor temperature interval, controlling the maximum allowable operation frequency F of the compressor to be a first low-temperature sub-frequency F1; if the current indoor temperature TIndoor useIf the temperature is in the second preset indoor temperature interval, controlling the maximum allowable operation frequency F of the compressor to be the first low-temperature sub-frequency F1; if the current indoor temperature TIndoor useIn a third preset indoor temperature interval, controlling the maximum allowable operation frequency F of the compressor to be
Figure BDA0003042289530000081
If the current indoor temperature TIndoor useIn the fourth preset indoor temperature interval, controlling the maximum allowable operation frequency F of the compressor to be
Figure BDA0003042289530000082

Other configurations and operations of the control method of the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
The air conditioner to which the control method of the air conditioner in the present application is applied performs a refrigeration cycle of the air conditioner by using a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator. The refrigeration cycle includes a series of processes involving compression, condensation, expansion, and evaporation, and supplies refrigerant to the air that has been conditioned and heat-exchanged.
The compressor compresses a refrigerant gas in a high-temperature and high-pressure state and discharges the compressed refrigerant gas. The discharged refrigerant gas flows into the condenser. The condenser condenses the compressed refrigerant into a liquid phase, and heat is released to the surrounding environment through the condensation process.
The expansion valve expands the liquid-phase refrigerant in a high-temperature and high-pressure state condensed in the condenser into a low-pressure liquid-phase refrigerant. The evaporator evaporates the refrigerant expanded in the expansion valve and returns the refrigerant gas in a low-temperature and low-pressure state to the compressor. The evaporator can achieve a cooling effect by heat-exchanging with a material to be cooled using latent heat of evaporation of a refrigerant. The air conditioner can adjust the temperature of the indoor space throughout the cycle.
The outdoor unit of the air conditioner refers to a portion of a refrigeration cycle including a compressor and an outdoor heat exchanger, the indoor unit of the air conditioner includes an indoor heat exchanger, and an expansion valve may be provided in the indoor unit or the outdoor unit.
The indoor heat exchanger and the outdoor heat exchanger serve as a condenser or an evaporator. When the indoor heat exchanger is used as a condenser, the air conditioner is used as a heater in a heating mode, and when the indoor heat exchanger is used as an evaporator, the air conditioner is used as a cooler in a cooling mode.
