the human body temperature is detected through the detection device, the detected human body temperature information is sent to the air-conditioning control system, the air-conditioning control system controls the air-conditioning temperature to be lower than the human body temperature, the difference value between the air-conditioning control system and the human body temperature is kept as a second difference value, and the second difference value is larger than the first difference value.

The air conditioning control method according to claim 7, wherein the air conditioning control system is in signal connection with a fitness device, the fitness device sends a motion signal to the air conditioning control system when being started, and the air conditioning control system receives the motion signal and starts the motion temperature adjusting mode.
