The application provides an air conditioner and a control method thereof, comprising an air conditioner body and a voice system; the voice system is connected with the air conditioner body; the voice system is used for providing at least two voice sources; and the speech system is switchable between at least two speech sources. According to the air conditioner and the control method thereof, the sound source can be intelligently switched.
