It should be understood that the signal transmission between the sending coil module 104 and the receiving coil module 201 is a relatively small distance, and for some relatively large water tanks, in some embodiments, the frequency transmitting device is movably disposed in the water tank, further, the sending coil module 104 is movably disposed in the water tank, specifically, the frequency transmitting device further includes a monitoring module and a moving module, the monitoring module is configured to detect a distance value between the sending coil module 104 and the receiving coil module 201 and determine whether the distance value between the sending coil module 104 and the receiving coil module 201 is greater than a preset distance value, the moving module is configured to control the sending coil module 104 to move, and when the monitoring module detects that the distance value between the sending coil module 104 and the receiving coil module 201 is greater than the preset distance value, the moving module controls the sending coil module 104 to move, so that the distance value between the transmitting coil module 104 and the receiving coil module 201 is less than the preset distance value.
