According to statistics, the power consumption of the pump accounts for 18% of the total power generation, so that the research and design level of the centrifugal pump is improved, and the centrifugal pump has important influence on national economic development, energy conservation and environmental protection.
The centrifugal pump has the characteristics of large flow, high lift and the like, and has extremely important positions in projects such as flood control and drainage, industrial and agricultural water supply, cross-drainage basin water transfer and the like, but the dependence on seasonal and environmental water quantity in the project fields is large, so that the running working condition of the mixed flow pump always needs to be changed, and the performance adjusting means is extremely important.
Among a plurality of pump structural design parameters, the blade outlet placement angle is a key structural parameter which affects performance parameters such as efficiency and cavitation allowance, and has a large influence on the flow inside the pump. At present, the blade setting angle is usually designed by determining a liquid flow angle according to an impeller outlet and selecting an attack angle according to experience so as to calculate the impeller blade outlet setting angle. The design method is a single-working-condition design method based on experience, has a large number of experience factors and does not use scientific theories and mathematical models as supports, so that the determination of the blade outlet installation angle has certain contingency, and the designed impeller cannot be guaranteed to have better hydraulic performance. Therefore, the impeller which can adapt to different flow working conditions and adjust the blade outlet setting angle is designed, the defects of experience of designers can be overcome, the working efficiency of the pump under different flow working conditions is improved, and the impeller has certain practical significance.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the centrifugal pump impeller capable of adjusting the outlet angle of the blades, and the purpose of achieving the best working efficiency under different working conditions can be achieved by adjusting the angles of the blades through a gear structure.

A centrifugal pump impeller capable of adjusting an outlet angle of a blade comprises the blade, a back cover plate and a back cover plate outer ring, wherein the back cover plate outer ring and a back cover plate outer ring are positioned and installed through an annular guide rail; one end of each blade is arranged on the rear cover plate, and the other end of each blade is arranged on the outer ring of the rear cover plate; the rear cover plate is internally provided with a rotatable gear which is meshed with the outer ring of the rear cover plate, and the outer ring of the rear cover plate rotates along the outer ring of the rear cover plate by rotating the gear, so that the blades are deformed and the outlet angles of the blades are changed.
Further, the tail part of the blade is connected with the outer ring of the rear cover plate; the front part of the blade is connected with the rear cover plate, and a gap is formed between the middle part of the blade and the rear cover plate; the blades are made of elastic materials, and the tail parts of the blades are driven to rotate through the outer ring rotation of the rear cover plate, so that the blades are deformed.
Further, the gear is fixed on the rear cover plate through a screw, and when the blade outlet angle needs to be adjusted, the screw is loosened to enable the gear to rotate.

The working process is as follows: as shown in fig. 6, when the screw 5 is loosened, the gear 4 can be freely adjusted to rotate the rear cover plate outer ring 3 by a certain angle, since the tail of the blade 1 is connected with the rear cover plate outer ring 3; the front part of the blade 1 is connected with the rear cover plate 2, and a gap is formed between the middle part of the blade 1 and the rear cover plate 2; the tail parts of the blades 1 and the outer ring 3 of the rear cover plate are stressed together to rotate for a certain angle, and the blades 1 are made of elastic materials and can deform to a certain degree, so that the shape change of the blade outlet installation angle is met.
In order to form a continuous curved surface in the deformation process of the blade 1, namely, prevent inflection points from appearing on the curved surface, salient points are arranged near the tail part of the blade 1 and used for limiting the deformation direction of the blade 1 and ensuring that the change of the installation angle of the outlet of the blade meets the design requirement.
