The invention discloses a food-grade antibacterial addition type liquid silicone rubber which comprises the following components in parts by weight: the catalyst comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A and the component B are prepared according to the proportion of 1:1, and the component A comprises 70-100 parts of silicone rubber-based adhesive, 20-30 parts of vinyl polydimethylsiloxane, 10-20 parts of platinum catalyst and 8-12 parts of organic aluminum compound; the component B comprises 12-18 parts of an antibacterial agent, 6-15 parts of a reaction inhibitor, 8-20 parts of hydrogen-containing fluorosilicone oil, 40-70 parts of a reinforcing material and 5-8 parts of nano argil. The addition type liquid silicone rubber has good antibacterial effect, strong antibacterial durability, safety and environmental protection, and can delay yellowing of products in the later period by adding the antibacterial agent; the hydrogen-containing fluorosilicone oil is used as a cross-linking agent in the summary of addition type liquid silicone rubber; compared with the method that the platinum catalyst is poisoned to prevent the silicon rubber from being vulcanized, the method ensures the reaction by adding the organic aluminum compound as the catalyst antitoxic agent.

The experimental procedure was as follows: shearing addition type liquid silicone rubber with the size of 50mm x 50mm, washing with sterile water, placing in a culture medium, setting a blank group and a control group, sequentially dripping prepared bacterial liquid into the control group, placing in a constant-temperature incubator at 37 ℃, culturing for 24h, and recording data every 48 h. And after recording, washing the sample, detecting the residual bacteria content in the sample, and determining the antibacterial performance of the sample.
Experimental data show that the product has high antibacterial performance.
