Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete preparation, in particular to alkali-activated slag concrete containing natural zeolite powder, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass, 54-81 parts of light sand; 30-56 parts of lightweight aggregate; 38-60 parts of slag; 9-14 parts of natural zeolite powder; 5.7-9 parts of magnesium oxide powder; 0.5-2 parts of a water reducing agent; and 18-28 parts of water. S1, adding light sand, light aggregate, slag, magnesium oxide powder and natural zeolite powder into a stirrer, and starting the stirrer to obtain a mixture; s2, adding water and a water reducing agent into the mixture, and continuing to stir for a period of time to obtain the alkali-activated slag concrete containing the natural zeolite powder. The concrete provided by the invention can effectively improve the heat resistance of the traditional concrete, increase the cohesiveness of the concrete, improve the corrosion resistance of the concrete, reduce the time loss of the concrete, simultaneously ensure the good pumpability of the concrete, improve the production efficiency, effectively reduce the self weight of the structure and ensure the safety of the structure.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete preparation, in particular to alkali-activated slag concrete containing natural zeolite powder and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The lightweight aggregate concrete has strict requirements on raw materials, mixing proportion and a stirring process, the stability of the working performance of the lightweight aggregate concrete is difficult to guarantee, and particularly, the lightweight aggregate concrete is easy to generate the phenomena of floating of the lightweight aggregate, serious separation of slurry bones, large time loss and the like under the condition of guaranteeing the volume weight of the concrete. Preferably, the water reducing agent is one of a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent or a naphthalene water reducing agent.
A preparation method of alkali-activated slag concrete containing natural zeolite powder comprises the following steps:
s1, adding the light sand, the light aggregate, the slag, the magnesium oxide powder and the natural zeolite powder into a stirrer, and starting the stirrer to obtain a mixture;
s2, adding water and a water reducing agent into the mixture, and continuing to stir for a period of time to obtain the alkali-activated slag concrete containing the natural zeolite powder.
Preferably, in S1, the natural zeolite powder is subjected to a pretreatment process before being stirred, wherein the pretreatment process includes an acid soaking process and an air drying process.
Preferably, in the acid soaking step, the mass ratio of the acid solution to the natural zeolite powder is 1-1.2:1, the solute in the acid solution is hydrogen chloride, and the mass fraction of the solute in the acid solution is 1% -3%.
Preferably, in the airing process, the airing time is 48-72 h, and the airing temperature is 10-40 ℃.
Preferably, the pretreatment process further comprises a water washing process, and the water washing process is positioned between the acid soaking and drying processes.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the uniformity and the workability of the concrete mixture are improved, the hydration heat is reduced, and the strength of the concrete is improved.
2. Can inhibit the generation of alkali aggregate reaction in the mixture and is suitable for preparing large-volume concrete, sulfuric acid resistant concrete and light aggregate concrete.
3. The concrete has good workability of leaving the machine, avoids the phenomena of segregation, bleeding and the like, and ensures good pumpability.
4. The natural zeolite powder is a good substitute admixture of fly ash and silica fume, the source of the admixture is diversified, and the use of natural raw materials is effectively reduced.

The alkali-activated slag concrete provided in examples 1 to 3 contains natural zeolite powder, which has good water retention property, can increase cohesiveness of the concrete, reduce the loss of the concrete over time, can improve the strength of the concrete, and can ensure good pumpability of the concrete, improve production efficiency, and the natural zeolite powder has low density, can effectively reduce the dead weight of the structure, and ensure the safety of the structure.
The acid soaking process can remove a small amount of carbonate compounds in the natural zeolite powder, and the removal of the carbonate compounds can enlarge the aperture of the natural zeolite powder, thereby being beneficial to increasing the specific surface area of the natural zeolite powder and improving the water retention of the natural zeolite powder; the washing process can remove salt generated in the acid soaking process, and further reduce adverse effects of impurities on concrete; the air-drying process can remove the moisture in the natural zeolite powder, so that the natural zeolite powder can be normally used.

and 18-28 parts of water.
2. The alkali-activated slag concrete containing natural zeolite powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the light sand is waste glass slag, and the particle size of the light sand is 16-20 meshes.
3. The alkali-activated slag concrete containing natural zeolite powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lightweight aggregate is one or more of pumice, scoria and fly ash ceramsite, and the particle size of the lightweight aggregate is 40-60 meshes.
4. The alkali-activated slag concrete containing natural zeolite powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the particle size of the natural zeolite powder is 200-250 mesh.
5. The alkali-activated slag concrete containing natural zeolite powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water reducing agent is one of a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent or a naphthalene water reducing agent.
6. The preparation method of the alkali-activated slag concrete containing the natural zeolite powder as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, adding the light sand, the light aggregate, the slag, the magnesium oxide powder and the natural zeolite powder into a stirrer, and starting the stirrer to obtain a mixture;
s2, adding water and a water reducing agent into the mixture, and continuing to stir for a period of time to obtain the alkali-activated slag concrete containing the natural zeolite powder.
