the water after sand filtration treatment enters a clean water tank 20 for storage, can be lifted by a reuse water pump as required and then enters a step cleaning treatment process for recycling or is discharged into a municipal sewage pipe network, a backwashing pump is arranged between the clean water tank 20 and the quartz sand filter 18 for periodic backwashing of the quartz sand filter 18 to ensure the filtering effect of the filter, backwashing drainage is discharged into a trench, scum of a dissolved air flotation device is discharged into a sludge tank, the sludge tank is connected with a dehydrator, clear liquid generated by the dehydrator is discharged into the trench, mud cakes are transported outside for unified treatment, the complex degree of staircase cleaning is simplified to a certain degree, the manual consumption is greatly reduced by an automatic program, the cleaning process is changed into a pipeline operation mode, an imaging unit and a comparison program are arranged on the pollution degree to automatically judge the pollution level and select the cleaning intensity, and the waste of a large amount of water resources is avoided, the input of human resources and water resources is saved, the water quality of the oily sewage generated by the step cleaning meets the standard of discharging into a sewage pipe network through the air flotation, sand filtration, desliming and other treatment processes, and the clean water treated in the device can flow back to the step cleaning device through the recycling pump for reuse, thereby achieving the purpose of saving water resources.
