Abstract
The invention provides a hatch anti-falling device which comprises an anti-falling device arranged in a cabin below a hatch, wherein the anti-falling device comprises two lifting platforms arranged at intervals, and the two lifting platforms are positioned on the front side of a hatch ladder; the top of the cabin is provided with a lifting device for driving the lifting platform to move up and down; anti-falling plates are hinged on the lifting platform, and the two anti-falling plates positioned on the same anti-falling device are matched to catch falling personnel; the lifting platform is provided with a turnover driving device for driving the anti-falling plate to rotate; the anti-falling device also comprises a wide-angle camera arranged in the cabin; the lifting device, the turnover driving device and the wide-angle camera are all electrically connected with the control device; so that when the wide-angle camera shoots that someone falls, the control device automatically controls the lifting platform to fall to the falling personnel below before the falling personnel reach the safe falling height, and the falling-prevention plate is inwards turned to the horizontal position to catch the falling personnel, so that the falling personnel are prevented from being injured.

In another embodiment shown in fig. 2, the lifting device 2 comprises a driving rope 23, a retracting motor 24 for retracting the driving rope 23 and a scissor lifting frame 21; the scissor lifting frame 21 is positioned between the top of the cabin 002 and the lifting platform 3; the retracting motor is fixed at the top of the cabin 002, one end of the driving rope 23 is fixed on the lifting platform 3, and the other end of the driving rope 23 is wound on a retracting wheel of the retracting motor 24; the retraction motor 24 is electrically connected with the control device.
In order to save the energy consumption of the retracting motor 24, a movable pulley matched with the driving rope 23 is rotatably arranged at the top of the cabin 002, and the other end of the driving rope 23 is wound on a retracting wheel of the retracting motor 24 by bypassing the movable pulley.
In order to ensure the stability of the retraction of the driving rope 23, a plurality of guide posts are arranged on the scissor lifting frame 21 from top to bottom along the vertical central line of the scissor lifting frame 21, and guide holes for the driving rope 23 to pass through are arranged on the guide posts so as to limit the movement direction of the driving rope 23.
The driving rope 23 is a high-strength rope such as a steel wire rope, a nylon rope and the like so as to ensure that the rope can bear enough pulling force.
The specific rescue process of the invention is as follows: when the wide-angle camera shoots that a person falls, the wide-angle camera sends the shot first falling height position, the shot second falling height position and the collection interval time between the first falling height position and the second falling height position to the control device for calculation, the control device calculates the falling height distance of the lifting platform 3 and the safety time for the person to fall according to the obtained first falling height position, the obtained second falling height position, the obtained collection interval time between the first falling height position and the second falling height position and the preset safety falling height, and then the downward movement speed of the lifting platform 3 is calculated so as to drive the anti-falling plate 4 on the lifting device to move to the lower part of the falling personnel within the specified time and turn inwards to the horizontal position to catch the falling personnel, and the caught personnel are stably delivered to the cabin floor.

In conclusion, the hatch anti-falling device can timely rescue high-altitude falling personnel, avoid falling injuries and greatly protect the personal safety of the crew.
