Background
The operating lamp is a lamp with special functions, the essence of the operating lamp which is different from that of a common lamp is that the operating lamp is required to meet special requirements of an operation, the operating lamp can provide guarantee for illumination brightness of an operating room, surgeons in the operating room must be capable of accurately distinguishing outlines, colors and movement, so that light intensity close to sunlight quality is required, the illumination intensity is 10 ten thousand illumination at least, the operating lamp can provide brightness of 15 ten thousand illumination at most for a single lamp, stepless adjustment can be carried out on the brightness of the operating lamp, if faults occur in the operation process, a standby bulb can be automatically switched for 0.3 second, and therefore the operating lamp can provide safe operation illumination.
Current operating lamp can only be fixed on the ceiling in the operating room, and when patient was more and the operating room was not enough, need to operate in the carriage that shifts the lighter patient of the state of an illness to rescue vehicle this moment, and does not have special operating lamp in the rescue carriage, though there is the bellying on the railway carriage or compartment wall of carriage both sides, but the interior top in carriage does not have the mounting hole that corresponds the operating lamp to lead to unable top of installing rescue vehicle with the operating lamp in the operating room.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a lamp for an operating room to solve the above problems, which can be fixed on the wall of the rescue vehicle by fitting with the protrusions on the sidewall of the vehicle, so that the rescue vehicle can have a light environment required for an operation.

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, an included angle between the connecting rod 14 and a plane where the top of the annular push plate 13 is located is always an obtuse angle; when the annular push plate 13 moves upwards under the action of the push ring 15, the connecting rod 14 can push the sleeve plate 307 to move downwards, so that the rotating plate 308 can be more tightly attached to the wall of the carriage.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 5, one side of the rotating plate 308 away from the first sliding rod 306 is inclined from top to bottom toward the direction of the first sliding rod 306, and the side of the rotating plate 308 is fixedly connected with a plurality of anti-slip strips; when the rotating plate 308 rotates, the rotating plate 308 can be better attached to the wall of the carriage, and the antislip strip can increase the friction between the rotating plate 308 and the wall of the carriage.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the projection length of the support rod 301 and the first sliding rod 306 in the horizontal direction is greater than that of the first fixing rod; when the two first sliding rods 306 contact with the walls at both sides of the carriage, the first fixing rod is not blocked by the walls of the carriage when rotating with the suspension rod 1 as the shaft.
The working principle is as follows: because the existing operating lamp 10 can only be fixed on the ceiling in the operating room, when a plurality of patients are in use and the operating room is not enough, the patients with light illness need to be transferred into the compartment of the rescue vehicle for operation, the rescue compartment does not have a special operating lamp 10, and meanwhile, the inner top of the compartment does not have a mounting hole corresponding to the operating lamp 10, so that the operating lamp 10 in the operating room cannot be mounted in the rescue vehicle; the concrete measures and the using process are as follows: by arranging the supporting device 3, when the operating lamp 10 needs to be fixed in the compartment of the rescue vehicle, the first sliding rod 306 is adjusted to a proper length, the fastening screw 311 is screwed into the corresponding positioning hole 19, so that the first sliding rod 306 is locked, the mounting plate 5 is accommodated in the accommodating box 2, the top of the accommodating box 2 is attached to the top of the compartment, the bottoms of the two rotating plates 308 are positioned at the tops of the protrusions at the two sides of the compartment, the rotating plates 308 are attached to the side walls of the compartment, and the accommodating box 2 is slowly lowered while the rotating plates 308 are attached to the side walls of the compartment, in the process, the pressing plate 302 starts to gradually compress the first telescopic rod 304 and the first spring 305 due to the blocking of the supporting plate 303, so that the supporting rod 301 deflects downwards by taking the hinged point of the first sliding rod 306 and the rotating plates 308 as an axis, and the force of the supporting rod 301 in the horizontal direction gradually increases as the supporting rod 301 continuously deflects downwards, thereby the rotating plate 308 is tightly attached to the wall of the carriage under the action of the force, and the stability of the embodiment of the invention is further ensured;
in the process that the supporting rod 301 deflects downwards, the second telescopic rod 309 deflects downwards along with the supporting rod 301, so that the second telescopic rod 309 and the second spring 310 start to contract under the blockage of the rotating plate 308, and the second spring 310 needs to recover to the original state, so that pressure is generated on the rotating plate 308, and the pressure is increased along with the continuous downward deflection of the second telescopic rod 309, so that the rotating plate 308 is further attached to the inner wall of the compartment under the pressure, and the stability of the embodiment of the invention is improved; when the second telescopic rod 309 stops moving, the operation lamp 10 is suspended in the carriage under the action of the two supporting devices 3, so as to provide an illumination environment for the carriage during operation;
due to the arrangement of the first spring 305 and the second spring 310, in the process of an operation, when the carriage shakes due to walking, the first spring 305 and the second spring 310 can also convert the shaking generated by the carriage into elastic potential energy of the carriage, so that the stability of the operating lamp 10 during illumination is ensured.
