Abstract

本发明公开了一种混联两档变速箱总成和混合动力汽车,其中变速箱总成包括发动机、发电机、驱动电机、传动机构、离合器和差速器;发动机的输出轴与传动机构中的第一轴同轴连接;驱动电机和所述发电机上同轴设置有齿轮,上述齿轮分别与第一轴上的齿轮啮合传动;传动机构还包括第四轴,第四轴上设置有两个齿轮分别与第一轴上的齿轮啮合。上述的发动机可实现两个速度传动比的动力输出,在中速区和高速区都实现高效输出;档位的切换过程可以利用发电机的调速特性来完成,发动机的两个速比切换过程中,驱动电机与轮端一直相联接,轮端驱动力不中断,换档过程更加平顺;驱动电机可实现三级驱动,可设置较大的速度传动比,并可以兼顾高转速的输出。

本发明属于汽车传动设计技术领域,特别涉及一种混联两档变速箱总成和混合动力汽车。
背景技术
混合动力汽车,一般是指油电混合动力汽车(Hybrid Electric Vehicle,HEV),即采用传统的内燃机(柴油机或汽油机)和电动机作为动力源,也有的发动机经过改造使用其他替代燃料,例如压缩天然气、丙烷和乙醇燃料等。根据混合动力驱动的联结方式,一般把混合动力汽车分为三类:
①串联式混合动力汽车主要由发动机、发电机、驱动电机等三大动力总成用串联方式组成了该类汽车的动力系统。
②并联式混合动力汽车的发动机和驱动电机都是动力总成,两大动力总成的功率可以互相叠加输出,也可以单独输出。
③混联式混合动力汽车综合了串联式和并联式的结构而组成的电动汽车,主要由发动机、电动-发电机和驱动电机三大动力总成组成。
混合动力汽车可以有效降低燃油消耗,混合动力汽车可以结合电机、发动机特性,开发专用的少档位变速箱,固定速比的变速箱因控制简单,广受欢迎,然而目前的发动机固定速比,高效区只能兼顾中速区或者高速区,无法实现更为灵活的动力输出。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明公开了一种混联两档变速箱总成和混合动力汽车,以克服上述问题或者至少部分地解决上述问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明一方面提供了一种混联两档变速箱总成,所述变速箱总成包括发动机、发电机、驱动电机、传动机构、第一离合器、第二离合器和差速器;其中,
所述发动机的输出轴与所述传动机构中的第一轴同轴连接,所述第一轴上设置有第一离合器、第二离合器和多个齿轮;
所述驱动电机的输出轴与所述传动机构中的第二轴同轴连接,所述第二轴上设置有第八齿轮,所述发电机的输出轴与所述传动机构中的第三轴同轴连接,所述第三轴上设置有第九齿轮,所述第八齿轮和所述第九齿轮分别与所述第一轴上的齿轮啮合传动;
所述传动机构还包括第四轴,所述第四轴上设置有第二齿轮和第五齿轮分别与所述第一轴上的其中两个齿轮啮合传动,且所述第四轴上设置有第三齿轮,所述第三齿轮与设置在所述差速器上第四齿轮啮合。
可选的,所述第一轴上固定设置有第十齿轮与所述第九齿轮啮合传动,所述第一轴上还套设有第七齿轮与所述第八齿轮啮合传动。
可选的,所述第一轴上还套设有第一齿轮与第六齿轮,所述第一齿轮与固定在所述第四轴上的所述第二齿轮啮合传动,所述第六齿轮与固定在所述第四轴上的所述第五齿轮啮合传动。
可选的,所述第一离合器用于所述第一齿轮与所述第一轴的连接控制,所述第二离合器用于所述第六齿轮或所述第七齿轮与第一轴的连接控制。
可选的,所述第一齿轮靠近所述发动机设置。
可选的,所述第一轴、第二轴、第三轴和第四轴相互平行。
可选的,所述第六齿轮和第七齿轮通过第一浮动轴与第一轴相联接。

本发明的优点及有益效果是:
上述的发动机可实现发动机两个速度传动比的动力输出,在中速区和高速区都实现高效输出;所述发动机两个速比切换过程中,车辆驱动力不中断;所述驱动电机可实现三级驱动,可设置较大的速度传动比,并兼顾高转速的输出。
并且,上述技术方案可以根据车辆工况,采用不同发动机驱动速度传动比;适应性更强,可以有效平衡中速、高速段发动机高效区直接驱动车辆的比例,减少由于功率分流而导致的传递效率下降;发动机具备两个档位,并且可以根据车辆需求灵活设置速度传动比值;驱动电机通过三级减速至车轮,可以设置大速比,满足电机高转速、高功率密度的趋势,引入大速比可以降低电机规格,降低变速箱重量,降低成本。

结合图1可知,所述发动机的输出轴与所述传动机构中的第一轴1同轴连接,所述第一轴1上设置有第一离合器C1、第二离合器C2和多个齿轮,包括第一齿轮Z1、第六齿轮Z6、第七齿轮Z7和第十齿轮Z10。
所述驱动电机6的输出轴与所述传动机构中的第二轴2同轴连接,所述第二轴2上设置有第八齿轮Z8,当然,该第八齿轮Z8也可以直接设置在所述驱动电机6的输出轴上,并且,该第八齿轮Z8可与设置在第一轴1上的第七齿轮Z7啮合。

通过上述的整体布置,其中的发动机可实现两个速度传动比的动力输出,在中速区和高速区都实现高效输出;所述驱动电机可实现三级驱动,可设置较大的速度传动比,并兼顾高转速的输出。
具体的,所述第一轴1上固定设置有第十齿轮Z10与所述第九齿轮Z9啮合传动,所述第一轴上还套设有第七齿轮Z7与所述第八齿轮Z8啮合传动,其中的第七齿轮Z7可通过离合器实现接合控制。
进一步的,所述第一轴上还套设有第一齿轮Z1与第六齿轮Z6,通过第二浮动轴9套设在所述第一轴1上的所述第一齿轮Z1与固定在所述第四轴4上的所述第二齿轮Z2啮合传动,所述第六齿轮Z6与固定在所述第四轴4上的所述第五齿轮Z5啮合传动。
优选的,继续结合图1和图2,第一离合器C1用于所述第一齿轮Z1的啮合连接控制,第二离合器C2设置在第六齿轮Z6或第七齿轮Z7的一侧,用于所述第六齿轮Z6或第七齿轮Z7的啮合连接控制。
具体的,所述第一齿轮Z1靠近所述发动机设置。
根据图1或图2可知,所述第一轴1、第二轴2、第三轴3和第四轴4相互平行。
并且,所述第六齿轮Z6和第七齿轮Z7通过套设在所述第一轴上的第一浮动轴8固定连接。
结合图1可知,变速箱的位置见图1中的虚线所在位置,所述变速箱上设置有两个输出半轴10,所述两个输出半轴10分别与差速器以及左右车轮连接。
上述的变速箱总成驱动模式包括如下的任一项:纯电机驱动、串联驱动、并联驱动、发动机低档驱动、发动机高档驱动或制动回收。通过离合器C1、C2控制发动机是否参与驱动及驱动的速比,此混联变速箱共涉及七种传递路径:
1、驱动电机输出动力路径:驱动电机→Z8→Z7→Z6→Z5→Z3→Z4;
2、发动机低档输出动力路径(C2吸合、C1分离):发动机→Z7→Z6→Z5→Z3→Z4;
3、发动机高档输出动力路径(C1吸合、C2分离):发动机→Z1→Z2→Z3→Z4;
4、发电机发电动力路径:发动机→Z10→Z9→发电机;
5、发电机输出动力路径1(C1吸合、C2分离):发电机→Z9→Z10→Z1→Z2→Z3→Z4;
6、发电机输出动力路径2(C2吸合、C1分离):发电机→Z9→Z10→Z7→Z6→Z5→Z3→Z4;
7、能量回馈时传递路径:车轮→Z4→Z3→Z5→Z6→Z7→Z8→驱动电机。

综上,上述技术方案可以根据车辆工况,采用不同发动机驱动速度传动比;适应性更强,可以有效平衡中速、高速段发动机高效区直接驱动车辆的比例,减少由于功率分流而导致的传递效率下降;发动机具备两个档位,并且可以根据车辆需求灵活设置速度传动比值;驱动电机通过三级减速至车轮,可以设置大速比,满足电机高转速、高功率密度的趋势,引入大速比可以降低电机规格,降低变速箱重量,降低成本。
本发明另一方面的实施例还公开了一种混合动力汽车,该混合动力汽车采用了上述任一项所述的变速箱总成。

Claims (10)

1.一种混联两档变速箱总成,其特征在于,所述变速箱总成包括发动机、发电机、驱动电机、传动机构、第一离合器、第二离合器和差速器;其中,
所述发动机的输出轴与所述传动机构中的第一轴同轴连接,所述第一轴上设置有第一离合器、第二离合器和多个齿轮;
所述驱动电机的输出轴与所述传动机构中的第二轴同轴连接,所述第二轴上设置有第八齿轮,所述发电机的输出轴与所述传动机构中的第三轴同轴连接,所述第三轴上设置有第九齿轮,所述第八齿轮和所述第九齿轮分别与所述第一轴上的齿轮啮合传动;
所述传动机构还包括第四轴,所述第四轴上设置有第二齿轮和第五齿轮分别与所述第一轴上的其中两个齿轮啮合传动,且所述第四轴上设置有第三齿轮,所述第三齿轮与设置在所述差速器上第四齿轮啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的变速箱总成,其特征在于,所述第一轴上固定设置有第十齿轮与所述第九齿轮啮合传动,所述第一轴上还套设有第七齿轮与所述第八齿轮啮合传动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的变速箱总成,其特征在于,所述第一轴上还套设有第一齿轮与第六齿轮,所述第一齿轮与固定在所述第四轴上的所述第二齿轮啮合传动,所述第六齿轮与固定在所述第四轴上的所述第五齿轮啮合传动。
4.根据权利要求3所述的变速箱总成,其特征在于,所述第一离合器用于所述第一齿轮与所述第一轴的连接控制,所述第二离合器用于所述第六齿轮或所述第七齿轮与第一轴的连接控制。
5.根据权利要求3所述的变速箱总成,其特征在于,所述第一齿轮靠近所述发动机设置。
6.根据权利要求3所述的变速箱总成,其特征在于,所述第一轴、第二轴、第三轴和第四轴相互平行。
7.根据权利要求3所述的变速箱总成,其特征在于,所述第六齿轮和第七齿轮通过第一浮动轴与第一轴相联接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的变速箱总成,其特征在于,所述变速箱总成驱动模式包括如下的任一项:纯电机驱动、串联驱动、并联驱动、发动机低档驱动、发动机高档驱动或制动回收。
9.根据权利要求7所述的变速箱总成,其特征在于,所述变速箱上设置有两个输出半轴,所述两个输出半轴分别与左右车轮连接。
10.一种混合动力汽车,其特征在于,所述混合动力汽车采用了权利要求1-9任一项所述的变速箱总成。
