In order to enable the main body 22 and the lower bottle body 26 to move together relative to the cover body 25 and the cover 251 so that the cover 251 can abut against the baffle 24 or be separated from the baffle 24, as shown in fig. 3, 4 to 14, as an exemplary embodiment, the mounting bracket 3 may further include an outer bracket 31, an outer bracket mount 32, and a fragrance bottle mount 33, the outer bracket 31 is located above the outer bracket mount 32 and is mounted on the outer bracket mount 32, the fragrance bottle mount 33 is located below the outer bracket mount 32 with a gap from the outer bracket mount 32, the fragrance bottle mount 33 can move relative to the outer bracket mount 32, the fragrance bottle 2 is mounted on the fragrance bottle mount 33, the driving mechanism 5 is connected to the fragrance bottle mount 33, the outer bracket 31 includes a top plate 311 and a bottom plate 312 which are oppositely arranged in the up-down direction, and a connecting plate 313 which is connected between the top plate 311 and the bottom plate 312, the cover 25 is located below the top plate 311 and abuts against the top plate 311.
The vehicle fragrance device also has an extended state, as shown in fig. 4, in which the outer bracket mounting base 32 abuts against the housing 1 and has a gap with the fragrance bottle mounting base 33, the outer bracket 31 and the fragrance bottle 2 both extend outward from the housing 1, and the cover 251 abuts against the baffle plate 24 and covers the through hole 241 (as shown in fig. 6) to separate the upper chamber 211 from the lower chamber 261; as shown in fig. 5, in the fragrance-expanded state, the fragrance bottle mounting seat 33 abuts against the outer holder mounting seat 32 (as shown in fig. 14), the main body 22 and the lower bottle body 26 are moved relative to the cover 25 and the cover 251 to separate the cover 251 from the baffle 24 (as shown in fig. 7), the upper chamber 211 communicates with the lower chamber 261, and in the accommodated state (as shown in fig. 3), the mounting holder 3 returns to the state shown in fig. 12, the outer holder mounting seat 32 abuts against the housing 1, a gap is formed between the outer holder mounting seat 32 and the fragrance bottle mounting seat 33, and the top plate 311 covers the opening (as shown in fig. 1).
The specific process of switching the vehicle fragrance device from the storage state to the fragrance expansion state is as follows:
when the vehicle fragrance device is in the storage state, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the mounting bracket 3 and the fragrance bottle 2 are both accommodated inside the housing 1, and the fragrance bottle 2 is in the state shown in fig. 6, that is, the cover 251 of the fragrance bottle 2 is attached to the baffle plate 24 and shields the through hole 241 on the baffle plate 24, so as to block the flow and diffusion of the fragrance between the upper chamber 211 and the lower chamber 261, and the mounting bracket 3 is in the state shown in fig. 12, so that a gap is provided between the outer bracket mounting seat 32 and the fragrance bottle mounting seat 33.
When the vehicle fragrance device is switched from the storage state to the extending state, the driving mechanism 5 drives the mounting bracket 3 to move integrally to the outside of the housing 1, and the mounting bracket 3 drives the fragrance bottle 2 mounted on the fragrance bottle mounting seat 33 to move integrally, in the process, the fragrance bottle 2 is always in the state as shown in fig. 6, namely, the sealing cover 251 of the fragrance bottle 2 is attached to the baffle plate 24 and shields the through hole 241 on the baffle plate 24. While the mounting bracket 3 is always in the state as shown in fig. 12, i.e. there is a gap between the outer bracket mounting seat 32 and the fragrance bottle mounting seat 33. When the outer bracket mounting seat 32 abuts against the shell 1 and has a gap with the fragrance bottle mounting seat 33, the vehicle fragrance device has an extended state as shown in fig. 4, at this time, the cover 251 of the fragrance bottle 2 still abuts against the baffle plate 24 and shields the through hole 241 on the baffle plate 24, the flow and diffusion of the fragrance between the upper chamber 211 and the lower chamber 261 are blocked, and the cover 25 is located below the top plate 311 and abuts against the top plate 311.
When the vehicle fragrance device is switched from the extended state to the fragrance expanded state, since the driving mechanism 5 is connected to the fragrance bottle mounting base 33, when the mounting bracket 3 is in the state shown in fig. 12, the fragrance bottle mounting base 33 is located below the outer bracket mounting base 32 with a gap from the outer bracket mounting base 32, and the fragrance bottle mounting base 33 can move relative to the outer bracket mounting base 32. Because the outer bracket mounting seat 32 is abutted against the shell 1 and cannot move continuously to the outside of the shell 1, the driving mechanism 5 can continuously drive the fragrance bottle mounting seat 33 to move upwards, since the outer bracket 31 is mounted on the outer bracket mounting seat 32, the outer bracket 31 cannot move upward any more, the cover 25 is located under the top plate 311 of the outer frame 31 and abuts against the top plate 311, the cover 25 cannot move continuously even under the restriction of the top plate 311, the cover 251 connected to the cover 25 cannot move continuously to the outside of the housing 1, and the main body 22 is arranged on the fragrance bottle mounting seat 33, the main body 22 can move upwards along with the fragrance bottle 33 mounting seat, the lower body 26 connected to the main body 22 can also be moved upward, so that the main body 22 and the lower body 26 are moved upward with respect to the cover 25 and the cap 251, thereby disengaging the cover 251 from the shutter 24 of the body 22 and communicating the upper chamber 211 with the lower chamber 261. Until the fragrance bottle mounting seat 33 abuts against the outer support mounting seat 32, the driving mechanism 5 stops driving, the vehicle fragrance device is switched to the fragrance expansion state shown in fig. 5, a gap exists between the sealing cover 251 and the baffle plate 24, the fragrance in the lower chamber 261 can pass through the gap between the sealing cover 251 and the baffle plate 24, and the air outlet of the air supply pipe 41 blows air to the fragrance expansion port 23, so that the fragrance can be expanded to the outside.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6 to 10, the fragrance spreading opening 23 may include a first fragrance spreading opening 231 and a second fragrance spreading opening 232, as shown in fig. 10, the cover 25 is formed with a cylindrical portion 253 which is fitted with the main body 22, the first fragrance diffusing opening 231 is formed on the cylindrical portion 253, as shown in fig. 9, the second fragrance diffusing opening 232 is formed on the main body 22, in the extended state, the fragrance bottle 2 is in the state shown in fig. 6, the first fragrance diffusing opening 231 and the second fragrance diffusing opening 232 are vertically staggered from each other, the main body 22 covers the first fragrance diffusing opening 231, the cylindrical portion 253 covers the second fragrance diffusing opening 232, that is, the cylindrical portion 253 and the main body 22 can function together to block the inside of the fragrance bottle 2 and the outside of the fragrance bottle 2, thereby further preventing the fragrance inside the fragrance bottle 2 from being spilt through the first fragrance spreading port 231 and the second fragrance spreading port 232, and preventing the fragrance inside the fragrance bottle 2 from being spread to the outside. In the fragrance expansion state, the fragrance bottle 2 is in a state as shown in fig. 7, and the first fragrance expansion opening 231 is coaxial with the second fragrance expansion opening 232, so that the exterior and interior of the fragrance bottle 2 can communicate through the first fragrance expansion opening 231 and the second fragrance expansion opening 232. When the vehicle fragrance device is switched from the extended state to the fragrance spreading state, the driving mechanism 5 continues to drive the fragrance bottle mounting seat 33 to move up, the cover 25 is positioned below the top plate 311 and abuts against the top plate 311, the cylindrical portion 253 and the first fragrance spreading port 231 formed in the cylindrical portion 253 cannot continue to move towards the outside of the housing 1, and the second fragrance spreading port 232 formed in the main body 22 continues to move up, so that the first fragrance spreading port 231 and the second fragrance spreading port 232 are coaxial, and the fragrance in the fragrance bottle 2 can be spread to the outside through the first fragrance spreading port 231 and the second fragrance spreading port 232.
In order to enable the fragrance to flow back into the lower cavity 261 of the fragrance bottle 2 during the vehicle running due to the gap between the baffle 24 and the cover 251 in the fragrance expanded state, the upper surface of the baffle 24 may alternatively be formed as a concave surface 242 that is concave downward, the lower surface of the baffle 24 may be formed as a first convex surface 243 that is convex upward, and the upper surface of the cover 251 may be formed as a second convex surface 252 that is convex upward, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, in order to enable the fragrance that is shaken out to flow back into the lower cavity 261 of the fragrance bottle 2. As shown in fig. 7, the fragrance is contained in the lower chamber 261, the lower surface of the baffle 24 is formed as a first convex surface 243 protruding upward, the fragrance shakes in the lower chamber 261 during the travel of the vehicle, and the lower surface of the baffle 24 can act as a stopper against the shaken atmosphere, thereby preventing the fragrance from flowing out of the through-hole 241 of the baffle 24. In the through hole 241 of the baffle plate 24, the fragrance can flow to the upper surface of the baffle plate 24 under the action of gravity, the concave surface 242 which is concave downwards is formed on the upper surface of the baffle plate 24, the fragrance can be collected, the fragrance can drop to the upper surface of the sealing cover 251 from the through hole 241 of the baffle plate 24, the second convex surface 252 which is convex upwards is formed on the upper surface of the sealing cover 251, the fragrance can drop to the lower cavity 261 after dropping to the second convex surface 252, and therefore automatic recycling of the fragrance is achieved, and waste is avoided.
To further prevent the leakage of the fragrance, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the main body 22 may be alternatively detachably coupled with the lower body 26, and a sealing ring 8 is disposed between the main body 22 and the lower body 26, the sealing ring 8 being used to fill a gap at the junction between the main body 22 and the lower body 26, thereby preventing the fragrance from leaking between the main body 22 and the lower body 26. The main body 22 and the lower body 26 may be connected by a screw thread, or the main body 22 and the lower body 26 may be connected by a snap connection, which is not limited in this disclosure.
In order to ensure that the fragrance bottle mounting seat 33 and the outer support mounting seat 32 can move synchronously and prevent the fragrance bottle mounting seat 33 and the outer support mounting seat 32 from moving relatively in the process of switching the vehicle fragrance device from the storage state to the extension state, optionally, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the vehicle fragrance device may further include a first spring 6, the first spring 6 is connected between the fragrance bottle mounting seat 33 and the outer support mounting seat 32 and applies an elastic force to the fragrance bottle mounting seat 33 and the outer support mounting seat 32 to separate the fragrance bottle mounting seat from each other, and when the driving mechanism 5 pushes the fragrance bottle mounting seat 33 to move upwards, the first spring 6 can transmit the pushing force of the driving mechanism 5 to the outer support mounting seat 32, so that the outer support mounting seat 32 and the fragrance bottle mounting seat 33 move upwards together and a gap is always kept between the outer support mounting seat 32 and the fragrance bottle mounting seat 33. When the outer support mounting seat 32 abuts against the shell 1 and stops moving, the driving mechanism 5 can continue to drive the fragrance bottle mounting seat 33 to move upwards, and the first spring 6 can be compressed, so that the fragrance bottle mounting seat 33 can abut against the outer support mounting seat 32. When the vehicle fragrance device is changed from the fragrance-expanded state to the storage state, the first spring 6 can apply a driving force to move the fragrance bottle mounting seat 33 downward, and assist the driving mechanism 5 to enable the fragrance bottle mounting seat 33 to return to the storage state.
In order to ensure that the first spring 6 can always compress or extend in the direction of movement of the fragrance bottle mount 33, a guide cavity can optionally be formed in the fragrance bottle mount 33, in which the first spring 6 is accommodated.
Since the main body 22 is connected to the lower bottle 26 and can move relative to the cover 25, in order to ensure that the cover 25 can always abut against the top plate 311 in the storage state and the extended state, and the cover 251 can abut against the baffle 24 and shield the through hole 241 on the baffle 24, optionally, as shown in fig. 6, 7, 9 and 10, the vehicle fragrance apparatus may further include a second spring 7, wherein the second spring 7 is connected between the cover 25 and the baffle 24, and applies an elastic force to the cover 25 and the baffle 24 to separate them from each other, so that on one hand, the cover 25 can be pre-tightened on the top plate 311 to ensure that the cover 25 cannot move when switching from the extended state to the fragrance expanded state, and on the other hand, the baffle 24 always abuts against the cover 251 to shield the through hole 241 on the baffle 24.
In order to ensure that the second spring 7 can deform along the moving direction of the baffle plate 24, optionally, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, one end of the second spring 7 abuts against the lower end surface of the cover 25, and the other end abuts against the upper end surface of the baffle plate 24, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, a baffle plate sleeve 245 extending toward the cover 25 may be further formed on the baffle plate 24 close to the upper end surface of the cover 25, the second spring 7 can be accommodated inside the baffle plate sleeve 245, a connecting rod 254 may be formed on the cover 25, the connecting rod 254 and the baffle plate sleeve 245 are coaxially arranged and the connecting rod 254 is located inside the baffle plate sleeve 245, the connecting rod 254 passes through the installation through hole 244 on the baffle plate 24 and extends to below the baffle plate 24, a cover 251 is connected to the end surface of the connecting rod 254 located below the baffle plate 24, and the second spring 7 is sleeved on the outer circumference of. The second spring 7 can be compressed or extended in the moving direction of the flapper 24 by the guide of the flapper sleeve 245 and the connecting rod 254.
In order to be able to replace the fragrance bottle 2 during use, the fragrance bottle 2 may be detachably mounted on the fragrance bottle mounting seat 33, for example, the fragrance bottle 2 may be detachably mounted on the fragrance bottle mounting seat 33 by a snap structure, or the fragrance bottle 2 may be detachably mounted on the fragrance bottle mounting seat 33 by a magnetic structure.
For the embodiment that the fragrance bottle 2 is detachably mounted on the fragrance bottle mounting seat 33 through a magnetic attraction structure, as shown in fig. 13, the fragrance bottle mounting seat 33 may include a magnet 331 and a magnet cover 332, the magnet 331 is accommodated inside the magnet cover 232, the magnet cover 232 is fixedly connected to the fragrance bottle mounting seat 33, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the iron sheet 27 may be connected to the bottom of the fragrance bottle 2, and the fragrance bottle 2 is detachably mounted on the fragrance bottle mounting seat 33 through the magnetic attraction between the iron sheet 27 and the magnet 331.
In order to facilitate the installation of the air supply pipe 41, as shown in fig. 13, optionally, an air supply pipe fixing hole 321 is formed on the outer bracket mounting base 32, an air supply pipe mounting passage 322 is formed in the outer bracket 31, and the air supply pipe 41 is fixed to the air supply pipe fixing hole 321 and is inserted into the air supply pipe mounting passage 322, so that the air supply pipe 41 can always move along with the air supply pipe fixing hole 321 and the air supply pipe mounting passage 322 in the moving process of the outer bracket mounting base 32.
The driving mechanism 5 is used for driving the mounting bracket 3 to move, so that the vehicle fragrance device has a fragrance spreading state and a storage state, and the driving mechanism 5 capable of achieving the above functions has various structures, as an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the vehicle fragrance device may further include a guide 11 disposed in the housing 1, the guide 11 extends in an up-down direction, the mounting bracket 3 is movably connected to the guide 11, the mounting bracket 3 includes a motor 51 and a first link 52 and a second link 53 through the driving mechanism 5, one end of the first link 52 is connected to an output shaft of the motor 51, the other end of the first link 52 is hinged to one end of the second link 53, and the other end of the second link 53 is hinged to the mounting bracket 3.
As another exemplary embodiment, the driving mechanism 5 may include a motor, a driving gear, and a driving rack, an output shaft of the motor is fixedly connected to an axis of the driving gear, the driving gear is engaged with the driving rack, the driving rack is fixedly connected to the mounting bracket 3, and the rotational motion of the output shaft of the battery is converted into the linear motion of the mounting bracket 3 through rack-and-pinion transmission.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, the air supply mechanism 4 may further include a blower 42, the blower 42 is disposed in the housing 1, and an air inlet of the air supply pipe 41 is connected to an air outlet of the blower 42. The blower 42 can supply air solely to the vehicle fragrance device described above without being affected by whether the vehicle is started or not.
As an exemplary embodiment, the casing 1 may further include a partition dividing the inside of the casing 1 into a first space and a second space, the fragrance bottle 2, the mounting bracket 3, and the driving mechanism 5 are accommodated in the first space, the blower 42 and a part of the air supply pipe 41 are accommodated in the second space, and the air supply pipe 41 is connected to the mounting bracket 3 through an opening in the partition. The space inside the shell 1 is distinguished through the middle partition plate, and dynamic and static interference can be prevented.
The present disclosure also provides a vehicle comprising the vehicle fragrance device.

Claims (13)

1. A vehicle fragrance apparatus, comprising:
a housing (1) for being disposed inside an instrument panel of a vehicle, the housing (1) having an opening formed therein;
the perfume bottle (2) is used for containing perfume, and a plurality of perfume expansion openings (23) which are communicated with the inside of the perfume bottle (2) and the outside of the perfume bottle (2) are formed in the perfume bottle (2);
the mounting bracket (3) is movably mounted in the shell (1) along the up-down direction, and the fragrance bottle (2) is mounted on the mounting bracket (3);
the air supply mechanism (4) comprises an air supply pipe (41) used for conveying airflow, the air supply pipe (41) is connected with the mounting bracket (3), and an air outlet of the air supply pipe (41) is opposite to part of the fragrance spreading openings (23) in the plurality of fragrance spreading openings (23);
the driving mechanism (5) is connected with the mounting bracket (3) and used for driving the mounting bracket (3) to move so that the vehicle fragrance device has a fragrance expansion state and a storage state, in the fragrance expansion state, the mounting bracket (3) and the fragrance bottle (2) extend out of the shell (1) through the opening, so that the fragrance expansion port (23) and the air outlet of the air supply pipe (41) are located outside the shell (1), and the air outlet of the air supply pipe (41) blows air to the fragrance expansion port (23); in the storage state, the mounting bracket (3) and the fragrance bottle (2) are accommodated within the housing (1).

The vehicle fragrance apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the fragrance bottle (2) comprises an upper bottle body (21), a lower bottle body (26), and a cover (251), wherein the upper bottle body (21) has an upper chamber (21) formed therein, the fragrance diffuser (23) is formed on the upper bottle body (21) and communicates with the upper chamber (21), the lower bottle body (26) has a lower chamber (27) formed therein, the fragrance is contained in the lower chamber (27), and the cover (251) is located between the upper chamber (21) and the lower chamber (27) and can move relative to the upper bottle body (21) and the lower bottle body (26) to communicate with or block off the upper chamber (21) and the lower chamber (27).

The vehicle fragrance apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the upper bottle body (21) comprises a main body (22) and a cover body (25), the main body (22) is connected with the lower bottle body (26) and can move relative to the cover body (25), a baffle plate (24) opposite to the cover body (25) is formed in the main body (22), the upper cavity (21) is defined between the baffle plate (24) and the cover body (25), the cover (251) abuts against the lower part of the baffle plate (24) and is connected with the cover body (25), a through hole (241) is formed in the baffle plate (24), and the cover (251) can cover the through hole (241);
the mounting bracket (3) comprises an outer bracket (31), an outer bracket mounting seat (32) and a fragrance bottle mounting seat (33), the outer bracket (31) is positioned above the outer bracket mounting seat (32) and is mounted on the outer bracket mounting seat (32), the fragrance bottle mounting seat (33) is positioned below the outer bracket mounting seat (32) and is provided with a gap between the outer bracket mounting seat (32), the fragrance bottle mounting seat (33) can move relative to the outer bracket mounting seat (32), the fragrance bottle (2) is mounted on the fragrance bottle mounting seat (33), the driving mechanism (5) is connected with the fragrance bottle mounting seat (33), the outer bracket (31) comprises a top plate (311) and a bottom plate (312) which are oppositely arranged along the up-down direction, and a connecting plate (313) connected between the top plate (311) and the bottom plate (312), the cover body (25) is positioned below the top plate (311) and abuts against the top plate (311);
the vehicle fragrance device also has an extending state in which the outer support mounting seat (32) abuts against the shell (1) and a gap is reserved between the outer support mounting seat and the fragrance bottle mounting seat (33), the outer support (31) and the fragrance bottle (2) both extend outwards from the shell (1), the cover (251) abuts against the baffle (24) and covers the through hole (241) to isolate the upper chamber (21) from the lower chamber (27), in the fragrance expanding state, the fragrance bottle mounting seat (33) abuts against the outer support mounting seat (32), the main body (22) and the lower bottle body (26) move relative to the cover body (25) and the cover (251) to separate the cover (251) from the baffle (24), in the upper chamber (21) is communicated with the lower chamber (27), and in the accommodating state, the top plate (311) covers the opening.

The vehicle fragrance device according to claim 3, wherein the fragrance diffusing port (23) includes a first fragrance diffusing port (231) and a second fragrance diffusing port (232), the lid body (25) is formed with a cylindrical portion (253) that is fitted to the main body (22), the first fragrance diffusing port (231) is formed on the cylindrical portion (253), the second fragrance diffusing port (232) is formed on the main body (22), in the extended state, the first fragrance diffusing port (231) and the second fragrance diffusing port (232) are staggered from each other in the up-down direction, and the main body (22) covers the first fragrance diffusing port (231), the cylindrical portion (253) covers the second fragrance diffusing port (232), and in the fragrance diffusing state, the first fragrance diffusing port (231) and the second fragrance diffusing port (232) are coaxial.

A vehicle fragrance arrangement according to claim 3, wherein the upper surface of the baffle (24) is formed as a downwardly concave surface (242), the lower surface of the baffle (24) is formed as an upwardly convex first convex surface (243), and the upper surface of the cover (251) is formed as an upwardly convex second convex surface (252).
6. The vehicle fragrance arrangement of claim 3, further comprising a first spring (6), the first spring (6) connected between the fragrance bottle mount (33) and the outer bracket mount (32).
7. The vehicle fragrance arrangement according to claim 3, further comprising a second spring (7), the second spring (7) being connected between the cover (25) and the baffle (24).
8. A vehicle fragrance arrangement according to claim 3, wherein the fragrance bottle (2) is removably mounted on the fragrance bottle mount (33) by a magnetic attachment.
9. A vehicle fragrance arrangement according to claim 3, wherein the main body (22) is detachably connected to the lower body (26), and a sealing ring (8) is arranged between the main body (22) and the lower body (26).
10. The vehicle fragrance device according to claim 3, wherein a blower pipe fixing hole (321) is formed in the outer bracket mounting base (32), a blower pipe mounting passage (322) is formed in the outer bracket (31), and the blower pipe (41) is fixed to the blower pipe fixing hole (321) and inserted into the blower pipe mounting passage (322).
11. The vehicle fragrance apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising a guide (11) provided in the housing (1), the guide (11) extending in the up-down direction, the mounting bracket (3) being movably connected to the guide (11), the drive mechanism (5) including a motor (51) and a first link (52) and a second link (53), one end of the first link (52) being connected to an output shaft of the motor (51), the other end of the first link (52) being hinged to one end of the second link (53), the other end of the second link (53) being hinged to the mounting bracket (3).
12. Vehicle fragrance arrangement according to any of claims 1-8, characterized in that the air supply mechanism (4) further comprises a blower (42), the blower (42) being arranged inside the housing (1), the air inlet of the air supply duct (41) being connected to the air outlet of the blower (42).
13. A vehicle comprising the vehicle fragrance apparatus of any of claims 1-12.
