In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 9, the winding device comprises: a third handle 601, a first supporting rod 602 is rotatably connected to the lower part of the third handle 601, the third handle 601 can be lifted up and pushed down to push the first supporting rod 602 to be pressed down or lifted up, a spring 608 is sleeved on the outer side of the first supporting rod 602, the spring 608 can enable the third handle 601 to be stopped after being pressed to a certain position, a third sleeve 603 is sleeved on the outer side of the lower part of the first supporting rod 602, the third sleeve 603 is connected with a third supporting plate, the first supporting rod 602 moves up and down in the third sleeve 603, a second supporting rod 604 is connected to the lower part of the first supporting rod 602, the second supporting rod 604 moves up and down under the pushing of the first supporting rod 602, and a binding needle 605 is arranged at the lower part of the second supporting rod 604 and used for binding a rubber band into a rubber ring 7; the lower part of the binding needle 605 is provided with a binding clip 606, the binding clip 606 is provided with a binding needle 605 through hole, when binding, the binding clip 606 is opened, the binding part of the rubber belt is manually placed into the binding clip 606, then the binding needle 605 is pushed under the driving of the component, and the binding needle 605 is bound into the rubber belt to form a rubber ring 7; the binding clip 606 is mounted on a third support rod 607, the third support rod 607 serves as a cushion, the third support rod 607 comprises a third telescopic rod 6071, the third telescopic rod 6071 can be used for telescopically adjusting the height of the third support rod 607, and a binding table 6073 is arranged on the outer side of the upper part of the third telescopic rod 6071; a channel of a third telescopic rod 6071 is arranged in the binding table 6073 and is used as an outer sleeve of the third telescopic rod 6071; an adjusting nut 6072 is sleeved on the outer side of the lower portion of the third telescopic rod 6071, the adjusting nut 6072 is used for adjusting the length of the third telescopic rod 6071, the lower portion of the third telescopic rod 6071 is connected with a fourth supporting rod 6074, the fourth supporting rod 6074 is used for supporting the third telescopic rod 6071, the lower portion of the fourth supporting rod 6074 is fixed on a first supporting plate 6016, the first supporting plate 6016 serves as a support, two fifth supporting rods are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the first supporting plate 6016, a second supporting plate 6015 is connected to the upper portion of the fifth supporting rod, a spring 608 is sleeved on the outer side of the fifth supporting rod, and a sixth supporting rod 609 is connected to the upper side of the second supporting; the upper part of the sixth supporting rod 609 is connected to a third bracket plate, and the sixth supporting rod 609 is fixed on the third bracket plate through a supporting rod nut 6011; as shown in fig. 10, the third supporting plate is further connected with a seventh supporting rod 6010 through a supporting rod nut 6011; the seventh supporting rod 6010 is fixed at a fixed position to keep the winding device stable, a first cross rod 6012 is connected to the lower portion of the seventh supporting rod 6010, an eighth supporting rod 6013 is connected to the first cross rod 6012, and a second cross rod 6014 is connected to the lower portion of the eighth supporting rod 6013.
In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 4-6, when the cutting device is used, the rubber ring 7 is manually removed from the winding device 6 and placed in a cutting device 8 for cutting the rubber ring 7, said cutting device comprising: a cutting knife which is arranged in the sliding groove 807 of the cutting table and can slide in the sliding groove 807 of the cutting table; the cutting table is provided with a rubber belt channel, the rubber belt channel comprises a first rubber belt channel 804 and a second rubber belt channel 805, the first rubber belt channel 804 is used for placing a rubber belt, the second rubber belt channel 805 is used for placing a rubber ring 7, and the first rubber belt channel 804 is communicated with the second rubber belt channel 805; still be equipped with a plurality of through-holes 806 on the cutting table, wherein, the cutting knife includes: the rubber belt cutting device comprises a third handle 801, wherein a first sliding rod 802 is connected to the third handle 801, a blade 803 is installed on the lower side of the first sliding rod 802, and the blade 803 is used for cutting a rubber belt.
Through the equipment, a polishing and cleaning device structure is provided, and convenience is provided for polishing and cleaning the rubber belt in life of people; providing a drying and winding device; there is provided a cutting apparatus; brings convenience to the daily life of people; simple structure and convenient operation.

1. A manual rubber band transfer apparatus, comprising:
a grinding device (1);
the cleaning device (2) is connected with the polishing device (1) through a rubber belt;
the wiping device (3) is connected with the cleaning device (2) through a rubber belt;
the winding device (4) is connected with the wiping device (3) through a rubber belt;
the roller device (5) is connected with the winding device (4) through a rubber belt;
the winding device (6) is connected with the roller device (5) through a rubber belt;
and the cutting device (8) is connected with the roller device (5) through a rubber belt.
2. A manual rubber band transfer apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said cleaning device (2) comprises:
a water supply rotating shaft (201);
and a nozzle (202) installed outside the water supply rotating shaft (201).
3. A manual rubber band transfer apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said wiping device (3) comprises:
a first wiping device;
the second drying device is positioned at the lower side of the first drying device;
the first wiping device includes:
a first handle (301);
a first telescopic rod (302) arranged at the lower part of the first handle (301);
the first sleeve (303) is sleeved on the outer side of the middle upper part of the first telescopic rod (302);
the second sleeve (304) is sleeved outside the lower part of the first telescopic rod (302);
the diameter of the first sleeve (303) is larger than the diameter of the second sleeve (304);
the second wiping apparatus includes:
a first seat (305);
a second seat (306) located at the lower part of the first seat (305);
wherein, the lower side of the first telescopic rod (302) and the upper side of the first seat (305) are provided with wiping down fluff.
4. A manual rubber band transfer apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said winding device (4) comprises:
a smoothing unit;
the winding unit is positioned below the smoothing unit;
the smoothing unit includes:
a second handle (401) rotatable;
the second telescopic rod (402) is driven by the second handle (401) to stretch;
a first push rod (403) positioned at the lower part of the second telescopic rod (402);
a slide plate (405) installed at a lower portion of the first push rod (403);
a slide rail (404) on which the slide plate (405) is mounted;
the winding unit includes:
a slide way (407) provided with a rotating shaft hole (4065);
-a winding wheel device (406) mounted in said slide (407);
wherein the winding wheel arrangement (406) comprises:
a winding wheel (4061) provided with a slider (4063) on the inner side;
a rocking handle (4062) fixedly mounted on the outer side of the winding wheel (4061);
a rotating shaft (4064) extending into the rotating shaft hole (4065) through the winding wheel (4061), the rocking handle (4062), and the slider (4063);
the slideway (407) is further provided with a baffle (408), and the baffle (408) is fixedly connected with the slideway (407).
5. A manual rubber band transfer apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said roller means (5) comprises:
a fixing ring (501) mounted on the bracket by a fixing rod;
a roller connecting rod (502) mounted on the lower part of the fixing ring (501);
a roller (503) mounted on the front side of the roller connecting rod (502);
the roller connecting rod (502) is L-shaped, and the roller (503) comprises a wheel (5031) and a rubber belt baffle (5032).

A manual rubber band transfer apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said cutting device comprises: a cutting knife mounted in a chute (807) of the cutting table; the cutting table is provided with a rubber belt channel, the rubber belt channel comprises a first rubber belt channel (804) and a second rubber belt channel (805), and the first rubber belt channel (804) and the second rubber belt channel (805) are communicated; the cutting table is also provided with a plurality of through holes (806);
wherein, the cutting knife includes: the handle comprises a third handle (801), the third handle (801) is connected with a first sliding rod (802), and a blade (803) is installed on the lower side of the first sliding rod (802).
