Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the description is illustrative only, and is not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention.
It should be noted that: like reference numerals refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, it may not be further defined and explained in subsequent figures.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the terms "upper", "lower", "front", "back", "inner", "outer", etc. indicate the orientation or position relationship that the product is usually placed when using, and are based on the orientation or position relationship shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplification of description, but do not indicate or imply that the device or element that is referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
The traditional electric saw can be used for cutting firmer and stronger abrasive materials such as stone materials, metal and concrete walls. In view of the above problem that the saw chain is easily broken, the present embodiment provides a novel saw disc device 100 and a power saw, and the specific technical solution is as follows:
the power saw comprises a power device and a saw disc device 100, wherein the power device drives the saw disc device 100, and the power saw also comprises a rechargeable battery or an external power supply which supplies energy to the power device.
In practical use, the power saw provided by the invention is used for sawing wood, lightweight bricks, horseshoes, cow hoofs and other similar objects.
The power saw provided by the invention develops a new application range, brings great convenience for sawing wood materials in many working occasions, and greatly improves the working efficiency compared with a manual saw.
As will be specifically explained for the saw disc device 100 of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the saw disc device 100 includes a first saw disc unit 10 and a second saw disc unit 20; the two saw disc units constitute a disc body assembly 30, and when an object is actually cut, the disc body assembly 30 performs a cutting work as a whole.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the first saw disc unit 10 of the saw disc device 100 includes a first disc body 11 formed by integrally punching and a plurality of first cutting blades 12 uniformly distributed on an outer edge of the first disc body 11.
As shown in fig. 3 and 6, the second saw disc unit 20 includes a second disc body 21 formed by integrally punching and a plurality of second cutting bits 22 uniformly distributed on an outer edge of the second disc body 21.
The cutting tool bit at the edge of the disc body is used for cutting an object to be cut, and the cutting tool bit is integrally formed on the disc body, so that the structure of the saw disc unit is optimized, the step of additionally assembling a chain assembly is omitted, and the process is simplified; moreover, the phenomenon that the chain component is frequently additionally broken in the prior art can be avoided.
And because the disc body and the cutting tool bit in the embodiment are integrally formed, a saw gap formed after the two saw disc units are overlapped is small, so that the sawing efficiency of the saw disc device is improved. As shown in fig. 7, the distance between the first plane p1 on which the blade vertex of the first cutting head 12 of the first disc unit 10 is located and the second plane p2 on which the blade vertex of the second cutting blade 22 of the second disc unit 20 is located is 2.5-4 mm; the distance between the first face p1 and the second face p2 is a kerf. The preferred saw cut is about 3.2 +/-0.3 mm, and the cutting efficiency is improved.
The first tray body 11 and the second tray body 21 are coaxially and fixedly stacked to form the tray body assembly 30, and the opposing faces of the first tray body 11 and the second tray body 21 are in close contact. The saw gap during cutting is small, and the saw cutting efficiency is high. When the sawing disc device works, the two disc bodies are overlapped to be integrated to cut an article, so that the cutting strength of the sawing disc device for cutting the article is improved, and the cutting effect is further optimized; and after the two discs are coaxially overlapped, the first cutting head 12 and the second cutting head 22 are uniformly arranged on the outer edge of the disc assembly 30 at intervals, and as shown in fig. 4 and 7, the first cutting head 12 and the second cutting head 22 are arranged in the first order.
It should be noted that, the cutting head in this embodiment is integrally formed at the edge of the disc body, so that the structure is simpler, the chain assembly is prevented from being additionally installed, and the problem of breakage of the chain assembly is avoided. After the two saw disc units are coaxially mounted up and down to form the disc body assembly, the first cutting tool bit and the second cutting tool bit are uniformly arranged on the outer edge of the disc body assembly at intervals, the saw disc device is simple to assemble, the overall structure is more optimized, and the double-layer saw disc units which are overlapped up and down further improve the cutting effect.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 7, the first cutting insert 12 in this embodiment has an edge orientation that is opposite to the edge orientation of the second cutting insert 22. So as to further cut the object to be cut in multiple directions.
In addition, as shown in fig. 4 and 7, the cross-sectional areas of the first tray 11 and the second tray 21 after being overlapped are matched, so that the two trays are overlapped with each other, and the appearance smoothness of the saw disc device 100 is improved.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, 5 and 6, in the present embodiment, the first disc 11 is provided at an outer edge thereof with a first limiter tooth 13 for limiting the cutting amount of the first cutting tip 12, and the second disc 21 is provided at an outer edge thereof with a second limiter tooth 23 for limiting the cutting amount of the second cutting tip 22; the existence of limit material tooth avoids cutting tool bit in the cutting process, and direct striking takes place for its whole all direct and hard object that waits to cut, further avoids cutting tool bit's main part to break. That is, the material limiting teeth can play a role in buffering, and preferably, the material limiting teeth in the embodiment include an arc buffering surface formed by outward and upward arc-shaped extension of the outer edge of the annular disc body, when the saw disc device works, the disc body can rotate and cut on an object to be cut more smoothly by the arc buffering surface, and the top ends of the material limiting teeth do not exceed the outer edge of the cutting tool bit, so that the material limiting teeth are prevented from influencing the cutting work of the cutting tool bit. Preferably, the cutting bit is 0.3-2mm higher than the limiter tooth.
Correspondingly, a first auxiliary tooth 14 coinciding with the second metering tooth 23 is provided on the outer edge of the first disk 11, and a second auxiliary tooth 24 coinciding with the first metering tooth 13 is provided on the outer edge of the second disk 21. The auxiliary teeth are mainly used for being completely and correspondingly overlapped with the corresponding material limiting teeth, so that the overall appearance of the disc body assembly 30 is more integral and attractive. Moreover, the auxiliary teeth are overlapped with the material limiting teeth, so that the material limiting teeth can be abutted, and the strength of the material limiting teeth is enhanced when hard objects are cut.
Preferably, the material limiting teeth are toothed projections close to the cutting tool bit, and the toothed projections extend outwards along the outer edge of the disc body.
In actual mounting, the outer edge between the first tray body 11 and the second tray body 21 is fixed by spot welding. Specifically, the centers of the first tray body 11 and the second tray body 21 are both provided with shaft holes p, and the first tray body 11 and the second tray body 21 are both provided with positioning holes t so as to be overlapped. Preferably, two positioning holes t are respectively formed in the two symmetrical sides of the shaft hole p of the disc body so as to preliminarily overlap and position the two disc bodies, and then the two disc bodies are fixedly installed through the shaft hole p. Two disk bodies are coaxially fixed, so that the whole concentricity of the two saw disk units is higher, the jumping is avoided during the cutting of articles, the saw disk units formed integrally can also avoid the slipping phenomenon of a saw chain, and the operation is more stable.
Preferably, the number of cutting bits on the first disc 11 or the second disc 21 in this embodiment is 6, 8 or 10.

the second saw disc unit comprises a second disc body formed by integrally stamping metal and a plurality of second cutting tool bits uniformly distributed on the outer edge of the second disc body;
the first disc body and the second disc body are coaxially, closely and fixedly overlapped to form a disc body assembly, opposite surfaces of the first disc body and the second disc body are in close contact, and the first cutting tool bit and the second cutting tool bit are uniformly arranged on the outer edge of the disc body assembly at intervals.
2. The saw disc device for cutting wood according to claim 1 wherein the cutting edge of said first cutting tip is oppositely oriented to the cutting edge of said second cutting tip.
3. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first body and the second body have a cross-sectional area that is matched to achieve an overlap of the first body and the second body.

The saw disc device for cutting wood according to claim 1, wherein the first disc body is provided at an outer edge thereof with first cutting teeth for limiting a cutting amount of the first cutting head, and the second disc body is provided at an outer edge thereof with second cutting teeth for limiting a cutting amount of the second cutting head; correspondingly, a first auxiliary tooth which is overlapped with the second material limiting tooth is arranged on the outer edge of the first tray body, and a second auxiliary tooth which is overlapped with the first material limiting tooth is arranged on the outer edge of the second tray body.
5. Saw disc device for cutting wood according to claim 4, wherein the limiter teeth are toothed projections adjacent to the cutting head.
6. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the outer edge between the first and second discs is fixed by spot welding.
7. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first and second discs each have a central axial hole and at least one locating hole for alignment.
8. A saw disc device for cutting wood according to claim 1 wherein the number of cutting bits on the first disc or the second disc is 6, 8 or 10.
9. The saw disc device for cutting wood according to claim 4, wherein the cutting head is 0.3-2mm higher than said limiter teeth.
10. Saw disc device for cutting wood according to claim 1, characterised in that the distance between the plane of the edge vertex of the first cutting insert of the first saw disc unit and the plane of the edge vertex of the second cutting insert of the second saw disc unit is 2.5-4 mm.
