Abstract
本发明公开了一种多功能的弱酸性洁面水及其制备方法,属于化妆品领域,包括以下质量百分比的组分:水:30wt%~90wt%、多元醇:0.001%wt~50wt%、烷基葡糖苷:0.001wt%~50wt%、葡糖酸内酯或葡糖酸内酯的盐:0.001wt%~15wt%、甘草酸的盐或酯:0.001wt%~5wt%、水解羊毛脂或甘油酯类:0.001wt%~5wt%。洁面水具有洁面、卸妆、修复三效合一的特征,更特别地作为弱酸性配方用于修复皮肤固有的酸性屏障和提高皮肤水化,有助于弱化皮肤清洁过程中的角质细胞肿胀和脱水过程,减轻皮肤刺激,洗后不干燥、不紧绷。

技术领域
本发明属于化妆品领域,具体涉及一种多功能的弱酸性洁面水及其制备方法。
背景技术
洁面水是人们采用洗涤方式去除人体面部表面附着的皮脂、屑片等生理代谢产物以及污垢、化妆品残留物等时所使用的清洁产品。早在一百多年以前科学家就已经发现人体皮肤表面是弱酸性的(pH4至6),但是现有技术中的皮肤清洁产品大都是碱性的,清洁后必然导致皮肤表面pH的碱性化,导致皮肤干燥、紧绷和外油内干,碱性清洁剂与护肤品也是导致皮肤敏感的重要因素。
对清洁剂的pH值与皮肤刺激性的相关性研究发现,大多数推荐给敏感皮肤的产品都有相当大的刺激作用,这与产品的pH值有关。包括清洁后出现的皮肤敏感、干燥、紧绷、红斑、脱屑、皲裂,产品的pH值越高,对皮肤的刺激性越大,越来越多的皮肤科医生推荐弱酸性的、与皮肤生理pH值一致的多效洁面水用于敏感肌肤护理。
因此,需开发一种多功能的弱酸性洁面水及其制备方法,作为弱酸性配方用于修复皮肤固有的酸性屏障和提高皮肤水化,同时兼具洁面、卸妆、修复三效合一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多功能的弱酸性洁面水及其制备方法,以解决皮肤清洁剂的碱性导致皮肤干燥、紧绷和外油内干,以及清洁剂功能单一的问题。
为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案为:一种多功能的弱酸性洁面水,包括以下质量百分比的组分:水:30wt%~90wt%、多元醇:0.001%wt~50wt%、烷基葡糖苷:0.001wt%~50wt%、葡糖酸内酯或葡糖酸内酯的盐:0.001wt%~15wt%、甘草酸的盐或酯:0.001wt%~5wt%、水解羊毛脂或甘油酯类:0.001wt%~5wt%。
作为进一步可选方案,所述多元醇为以下中的一种或多种:双丙甘醇、丙醇、异丙醇、丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、甘油、双甘油、1,2-丁二醇、1,4-丁二醇、2,3-丁二醇、1,2-戊二醇、1,5-戊二醇、二甘醇、三甘醇、1,2-己二醇、1,6-己二醇、壬二醇、1,9-壬二醇、木糖醇、乳糖醇、辛二醇、辛甘醇、戊二醇、乙醇、乙二醇、SD乙醇-38B、SD乙醇-38C、SD乙醇-39C、SD乙醇40、SD乙醇40-A、SD乙醇40-B、变性乙醇。
作为进一步可选方案,所述烷基葡糖苷选自C8-14烷基葡糖苷、C12-16烷基葡糖苷、C12-18烷基葡糖苷、C12-2-烷基葡糖苷、十六烷基葡糖苷、辛基葡糖苷、癸基葡糖苷、辛基/癸基葡糖苷、辛基聚二甲基硅氧烷乙氧基葡糖苷、椰油基葡糖苷、乙基葡糖苷、异硬脂基葡糖苷、月桂基葡糖苷中的一种或多种。

作为进一步可选方案,其组分还包括:泛醇、肌醇、肌醇六磷酸、烟酰胺、吡哆素、吡哆醛、甜菜碱、水杨酸、壬二酸、燕麦活性成分中的任一种或几种组合。
本发明还提供一种如上任一项所述的多功能的弱酸性洁面水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)准备原料;
2)按质量百分比称取各组分;
3)在常温下分别将各组分加入水相锅,混合均匀;
4)半成品检验,检验pH值为4~6;
5)检验合格后依次进行灌装、入库、包装。
全部采用常温下的冷配方工艺,无需加热乳化。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明的洁面水是一种低泡的水性清洁产品,对皮肤温和无刺激,具有洁面、卸妆、修复三效合一的特效;
2.本发明采用非乳化的冷配方工艺,无需加热和乳化,可降低生产成本并防止活性成分的失活;
3.本发明的弱酸性配方可作为pH调节剂用于修复皮肤固有的酸性屏障,防止皮肤表面pH值的碱性化,最终产品的pH值为4至6,有效防止碱性清洁剂所致的过度去脂化;
4.本发明的洁面水可作为保湿剂用于提高皮肤水化,有助于弱化皮肤洁面过程中的角质细胞肿胀与脱水过程,减轻传统碱性清洁剂的皮肤刺激性,洗后不干燥、不紧绷;
5.本发明的洁面水在不含防腐剂的情况下可以在常温贮存36月以上并保持稳定,无微生物生长。

本发明提供的多功能的弱酸性洁面水,包括以下质量百分比的组分:水:30wt%~90wt%、多元醇:0.001%wt~50wt%、烷基葡糖苷:0.001wt%~50wt%、葡糖酸内酯或葡糖酸内酯的盐:0.001wt%~15wt%、甘草酸的盐或酯:0.001wt%~5wt%、水解羊毛脂或甘油酯类:0.001wt%~5wt%。
多元醇和水解羊毛脂作为保湿剂;烷基葡糖苷作为表面活性剂;葡糖酸内酯或葡糖酸内酯的盐作为pH调节剂和稳定剂。
多元醇为以下中的一种或多种:双丙甘醇、丙醇、异丙醇、丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、甘油、双甘油、1,2-丁二醇、1,4-丁二醇、2,3-丁二醇、1,2-戊二醇、1,5-戊二醇、二甘醇、三甘醇、1,2-己二醇、1,6-己二醇、壬二醇、1,9-壬二醇、木糖醇、乳糖醇、辛二醇、辛甘醇、戊二醇、乙醇、乙二醇、SD乙醇-38B、SD乙醇-38C、SD乙醇-39C、SD乙醇40、SD乙醇40-A、SD乙醇40-B、变性乙醇。

本洁面水的组分还包括:泛醇、肌醇、肌醇六磷酸、烟酰胺、吡哆素、吡哆醛、甜菜碱、水杨酸、壬二酸、燕麦活性成分中的任一种或几种组合。作为皮肤美容调理活性成分。
各组分的含量可根据与其它成分的平衡来适当设定,本发明的洁面水具有温和、低泡性和适当的清洁能力,与传统碱性清洁剂相比较对皮脂膜的影响轻微,有助于防止过度去脂化和脂质屏障受损。
实施例1
本实施例的洁面水各组分如下:水:76wt%、双丙甘醇:10wt%、烷基葡糖苷:10wt%、葡糖酸内酯:1.5wt%、甘草酸二钾:1wt%、水解羊毛脂:1.5wt%。可用作敏感肌肤的多效洁面水的制备。
实施例2
本实施例的洁面水各组分如下:水:74.5wt%、双丙甘醇:10wt%、烷基葡糖苷:10wt%、葡糖酸内酯:2wt%、甘草酸二钾:0.5wt%、PEG-6辛酸/癸酸甘油酯类:3wt%。可用作不含羊毛脂的多效洁面水的制备。
实施例3
本实施例的洁面水各组分如下:水:75wt%、双丙甘醇:10wt%、烷基葡糖苷:10wt%、葡糖酸内酯:2wt%、甘草酸铵:0.5wt%、油酸甘油酯:2wt%、泛醇:0.5wt%。可用作面部及头皮清洁的多效洁面水的制备。
实施例4
本实施例的洁面水各组分如下:水:71.2wt%、双丙甘醇:10wt%、烷基葡糖苷:10wt%、葡糖酸内酯:3wt%、甘草酸铵:0.3wt%、辛酸/癸酸甘油酯类:1.5wt%、水杨酸:0.5wt%、烟酰胺:2wt%、肌醇:1wt%、泛醇:0.5wt%。可用作油性、易生粉刺肌肤的多效洁面水的制备。
实施例5
本实施例的洁面水各组分如下:水:82.7wt%、双丙甘醇:5wt%、烷基葡糖苷:5wt%、葡糖酸内酯:1wt%、甘草酸铵:0.3wt%、椰油酸甘油酯类:3wt%、燕麦仁提取物:3wt%。可用作婴幼儿多效洁面水的制备。
本发明的多效洁面水试验:
受试者:5名研究人员,年龄25~55岁,以室内工作为主,无大量日晒史、无光感性疾病史;测量部位无皮肤病、色素沉着、瘢痕或可影响皮肤的全身疾病。
试验材料:取本发明的多效洁面水各200ml,通过添加不同剂量的10%NaOH溶液,分别调制出pH值为4.5、5.5、7.0和7.5的洁面水。
试验设备:角质层含水量测量仪。
试验方法:采用间接法测定皮肤含水量。以本实验室5名研究人员作为受试者,在受试者前臂内侧对等位置各选取一块2cm×2cm大小的皮肤作为试验区并标记,测定皮肤清洁前、清洁后立即及清洁后每隔30分钟测定皮肤含水量,取5名受试者的平均值为记录结果,如下表1。皮肤水分测试比较示意图如图1。

通过表1可以发现:当组合物的pH值为4至6时,皮肤清洁后(0分钟)角质层水化、肿胀明显低于pH值为7或7.5时;当组合物的pH值为4至6时,皮肤清洁后30至180分钟引起的角质层脱水也明显低于pH值为7或7.5时。实验数据说明,本发明的组合物弱化了皮肤洁面过程中的角质细胞肿胀与脱水。
本洁面水在常温贮存36个月无微生物生长。
多效洁面水微生物挑战性试验:
将具有以下菌种的组合物加入洁面水,各菌种的抑菌圈直径如表2。

从表2的抑菌圈直径可以看出,本发明的组合物对常见的革兰阳性菌、阴性菌、真菌有一定的抑菌活性,所以,在未添加反腐剧的情况下常温储存36个月稳定且无微生物生长。
本发明实施例还提供一种如上任一项所述的多功能的弱酸性洁面水的制备方法,全部采用常温下的冷配方工艺,无需加热乳化,包括以下步骤:
1)准备原料;
2)按质量百分比称取各组分;
3)在常温下分别将各组分加入水相锅,混合均匀;
4)半成品检验,检验pH值为4~6;
5)检验合格后依次进行灌装、入库、包装。
与现有技术相比,本发明的制备方法制成的洁面水对皮肤温和无刺激,可作为pH调节剂用于修复皮肤固有的酸性屏障,防止皮肤表面pH值的碱性化,亦可作为保湿剂用于提高皮肤水化,有助于弱化皮肤洁面过程中的角质细胞肿胀与脱水过程,减轻传统碱性清洁剂的皮肤刺激性,洗后不干燥、不紧绷,同时具有洁面、卸妆、修复三效合一的特效。
本发明不局限于上述可选实施方式,应当理解,本领域的普通技术无需创造性劳动就可以根据本发明的构思作出诸多修改和变化。因此,凡本技术领域中技术人员依本发明的构思在现有技术的基础上通过逻辑分析、推理或者有限的实验可以得到的技术方案,皆应在由权利要求书所确定的保护范围内。

1.一种多功能的弱酸性洁面水,其特征在于,包括以下质量百分比的组分:水:30wt%~90wt%、多元醇:0.001%wt~50wt%、烷基葡糖苷:0.001wt%~50wt%、葡糖酸内酯或葡糖酸内酯的盐:0.001wt%~15wt%、甘草酸的盐或酯:0.001wt%~5wt%、水解羊毛脂或甘油酯类:0.001wt%~5wt%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能的弱酸性洁面水,其特征在于,所述多元醇为以下中的一种或多种:双丙甘醇、丙醇、异丙醇、丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、甘油、双甘油、1,2-丁二醇、1,4-丁二醇、2,3-丁二醇、1,2-戊二醇、1,5-戊二醇、二甘醇、三甘醇、1,2-己二醇、1,6-己二醇、壬二醇、1,9-壬二醇、木糖醇、乳糖醇、辛二醇、辛甘醇、戊二醇、乙醇、乙二醇、SD乙醇-38B、SD乙醇-38C、SD乙醇-39C、SD乙醇40、SD乙醇40-A、SD乙醇40-B、变性乙醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多功能的弱酸性洁面水,其特征在于,所述烷基葡糖苷选自C8-14烷基葡糖苷、C12-16烷基葡糖苷、C12-18烷基葡糖苷、C12-2-烷基葡糖苷、十六烷基葡糖苷、辛基葡糖苷、癸基葡糖苷、辛基/癸基葡糖苷、辛基聚二甲基硅氧烷乙氧基葡糖苷、椰油基葡糖苷、乙基葡糖苷、异硬脂基葡糖苷、月桂基葡糖苷中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多功能的弱酸性洁面水,其特征在于,所述葡糖酸内酯的盐为以下中的任意一种:所述葡糖酸内酯的盐包括葡糖酸钙、葡糖酸钴、葡糖酸钾、葡糖酸镁、葡糖酸锰、葡糖酸钠、葡糖酸铜、葡糖酸锌、葡糖酸亚铁。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多功能的弱酸性洁面水,其特征在于,所述甘草酸的盐或酯为以下中的任意一种:甘草酸铵、甘草酸锌、甘草酸钾、甘草酸二钾、甘草酸二钠、甘草酸三钠、甘草亭酸、甘草亭酸锌、甘草亭酸硬脂酸酯、琥珀酰甘草亭酸二钠、硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯、甘草类黄酮。
6.根据权利要求1所述的多功能的弱酸性洁面水,其特征在于,所述水解羊毛脂选自以下天然羊毛脂及其衍生物中的任意一种:羊毛脂、羊毛脂蜡、羊毛脂酸、羊毛脂油、氢化羊毛脂、乙酰化羊毛脂、PEG-5羊毛脂、PEG-7羊毛脂、PEG-20羊毛脂、PEG-24羊毛脂、PEG-27羊毛脂、PEG-30羊毛脂、PEG-35羊毛脂、PEG-40羊毛脂、PEG-50羊毛脂、PEG-55羊毛脂、PEG-60羊毛脂、PEG-75羊毛脂、PEG-85羊毛脂、PEG-100羊毛脂、PEG-150羊毛脂、PEG-20氢化羊毛脂、PEG-40氢化羊毛脂、PEG-70氢化羊毛脂、PEG-75羊毛脂蜡、PEG-75羊毛脂油、PPG-12-PEG-50羊毛脂、PPG-12-PEG-65羊毛脂油、PPG-2羊毛脂醇醚、PPG-20-PEG-20氢化羊毛脂、PPG-5羊毛脂醇醚、PPG-5羊毛脂蜡、羟基化羊毛脂、氢化羊毛脂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的多功能的弱酸性洁面水,其特征在于,所述甘油脂类选自以下中的任意一种或多种:辛酸/癸酸甘油酯类、椰油酸甘油酯类、异硬脂酸/肉豆蔻酸甘油酯类、油菜籽油甘油酯类、油酸/亚油酸/亚麻酸聚甘油酯类、月桂酸/肉豆蔻酸/棕榈酸/硬脂酸甘油酯类、植物甾醇低芥酸菜子油甘油酯类、棕榈油甘油酯、阿魏酰大豆甘油酯、大豆甘油酯类、单酸甘油酯柠檬酸酯、红花油酸甘油酯、葵花籽油甘油酯、葵花籽油甘油酯类、棉籽油酸甘油酯、牛脂酸甘油酯、牛脂酸甘油酯类、妥尔油甘油酯类、小麦胚芽油甘油酯类、PEG-4辛酸/癸酸甘油酯类、PEG-6辛酸/癸酸甘油酯类、PEG-7辛酸/癸酸甘油酯类、PEG-8辛酸/癸酸甘油酯类。
8.根据权利要求1所述的多功能的弱酸性洁面水,其特征在于,其组分还包括:泛醇、肌醇、肌醇六磷酸、烟酰胺、吡哆素、吡哆醛、甜菜碱、水杨酸、壬二酸、燕麦活性成分中的任一种或几种组合。
9.一种如权利要求1-8任一项所述的多功能的弱酸性洁面水的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)准备原料;
2)按质量百分比称取各组分;
3)在常温下分别将各组分加入水相锅,混合均匀;
4)半成品检验,检验pH值为4~6;
5)检验合格后依次进行灌装、入库、包装。
