The use method of the lifting type hip joint reduction device provided by the embodiment is as follows:
when a patient needs hip joint reduction, firstly the supporting plate 2 is inserted below the femoral head to ensure that the femoral head enters the arc-shaped groove 27;
then, holding the hand-held parts at two sides of the main support main body 15 by two hands, lifting the main support 1 upwards, further driving the supporting plate 2 to lift the femoral head through the connecting plate 11 until the height of the supporting plate 2 is higher than that of the acetabulum, and moving the device to move the supporting plate 2 to a proper position above the acetabulum;
and then the lifting rod 31 is slowly lifted upwards, so that the supporting plate 2 is converted into a second turnover state from the first turnover state, and the contact area between the femoral head and the supporting plate is gradually reduced along with the conversion of the state of the supporting plate 2 until the femoral head falls into the acetabulum, and the reduction is completed.

a main support (1) having a certain length;
the supporting plate (2) is arranged below the main support (1), is connected with the middle part of the main support (1), can be overturned, and has a first overturning state suitable for being inserted below a femoral head and a second overturning state suitable for pushing the femoral head out of the supporting plate (2);
a lifting piece (3) for lifting the supporting plate (2) to switch between the first overturning state and the second overturning state;
two parallel and opposite connecting plates (11) are fixedly arranged below the middle part of the main support (1), and the supporting plate (2) is arranged between the two connecting plates (11) in a turnover manner;
the main bracket (1) is provided with a strip-shaped through hole (12) extending along the length direction of the main bracket;
one ends of the two connecting plates (11) are respectively and fixedly connected with the bottoms of the main brackets (1) positioned at two sides of the strip-shaped through hole (12);
the pulling element (3) comprises:
one end of the lifting rod (31) is rotatably connected with the right end (22) of the supporting plate (2), and the other end of the lifting rod extends upwards into the strip through hole (12);
the limiting rod (32) is transversely arranged above the long through hole (12) and is fixedly connected with one end, extending out of the long through hole (12), of the lifting rod (31);
and the lifting handle (33) is fixedly arranged on the limiting rod (32).
2. The pull-up hip reduction device according to claim 1, wherein:
the two connecting plates (11) are arranged along the width direction of the main bracket (1);
the supporting plate (2) is provided with a left end (21) and a right end (22) which are arranged along the length direction of the main support (1), and a front end (23) and a rear end (24) which are arranged along the width direction of the main support (1);
the front end (23) and the rear end (24) of the supporting plate (2) are respectively connected with the two connecting plates (11) in a turnover mode.
3. The pull-up hip reduction device according to claim 2, wherein:
the left end (21) of the supporting plate (2) is basically flush with the corresponding side edges of the two connecting plates (11);
the bottom surface of the supporting plate (2) is basically flush with the bottom surfaces of the two connecting plates (11);
the position of the front end (23) close to the left end (21) is rotatably connected with the connecting plate (11) at the corresponding position through a first rotating shaft (25);
the position of the rear end (24) close to the left end (21) is rotatably connected with the connecting plate (11) at the corresponding position through a second rotating shaft (26);
the first rotating shaft (25) and the second rotating shaft (26) are coaxially arranged.
4. The pull-up hip reduction device according to claim 3, wherein: the middle part of the supporting plate (2) is downwards sunken to form an arc-shaped groove (27) extending along the length direction of the main bracket (1).
5. The pull-up hip reduction device according to claim 1, further comprising:
the limiting holes (13) are a pair and are formed in the main support (1) on two sides of the strip-shaped through hole (12);
the limiting through hole (34) is correspondingly formed in the limiting rod (32);
the limiting shaft (35) penetrates through the limiting through hole (34) and then is inserted into the limiting hole (13) to limit the limiting rod (32);
when the limiting rod (32) is limited by the limiting shaft, the supporting plate (2) is in the first overturning state.
6. The pull-up hip reduction device according to claim 2, wherein:
a connecting block (28) is arranged at the right end (22) of the supporting plate (2), and a first connecting through hole (29) is formed in the connecting block (28);
one end of the lifting rod (31) is provided with a U-shaped opening (36), and the side wall of the U-shaped opening (36) opposite to the two ends of the first connecting through hole (29) is provided with a second connecting through hole (37);
after the connecting rotating shaft (38) penetrates through the second connecting through hole (37) and the first connecting through hole (29), the rotatable connection between the connecting block (28) and the lifting rod (31) is realized.
