The residual water refers to the water remained in the water outlet pipeline 3 between the outlet end of the pump assembly and the nozzle 4 after the previous use, and the residual water in the emptying pipeline is the water in the water outlet pipeline 3 at the section discharged by the nozzle 4.
It should be understood that the modifications shown in the present embodiment can be applied to various types of dental rinsers, and thus the present embodiment is not limited to a specific type of dental rinser, for example, the dental rinser may be a hand-held portable type dental rinser having an internal water tank 15 as shown in FIG. 1, or a household type dental rinser having an external base and an external water tank 15 as shown in FIG. 2.
The structure of the tooth washing device and the method for emptying the residual water in the pipeline are further explained by the following figures.
In some embodiments, the pump assembly is a set of pump structure, for example, the pump structure is composed of a driving motor 9, a switching gear set 10, a piston post 11 and a piston cavity 12, or an air pump is used as the pump structure, and the pump structure is used for simultaneously realizing the functions of residual water discharge and tooth washing water discharge during normal operation.
In other embodiments, the pump assembly includes a first pump structure and a second pump structure. For example, referring to fig. 3 or fig. 4, the waterway structure of the dental scaler mainly includes a water inlet pipe 6, a water outlet pipe 3, a first pump structure and a second pump structure, wherein the water inlet pipe 6 is connected to a water tank 15, the first pump structure is connected to the water inlet pipe 6 and the water outlet pipe 3 for allowing water to flow in from the water inlet pipe 6 and flow out from the water outlet pipe 3, a nozzle 4 is disposed at an outlet of the water outlet pipe 3, and the first pump structure is connected to the water outlet pipe 3 for allowing residual water in the water outlet pipe 3 to be discharged through the outlet of the water outlet pipe 3. Wherein the first pump structure is used for operating at a first power in a first operation mode to drive high-pressure water to be discharged through the water outlet pipeline 3 and the nozzle 4, and the second pump structure is used for operating at a second power for a preset time in a second operation mode to drain residual water in the water outlet pipeline 3.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, a water inlet check valve 5 is disposed on the water inlet pipe 6, such that water can only flow forward through the water inlet pipe 6 and cannot flow back, for example, the water inlet check valve 5 is disposed at a communication position of the water inlet pipe 6 and the first pump structure.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, a heating element 14 is further disposed on the water inlet line 6 for heating the water flowing through the water inlet line 6 for better performing the subsequent tooth washing operation.
In some embodiments, the first pump structure comprises a driving motor 9, a switching gear set 10, a piston post 11 and a piston cavity 12, the driving motor 9 is matched with the piston post 11 through the switching gear set 10 and can drive the piston post 11 to move, the piston post 11 is matched in the piston cavity 12, and the piston cavity 12 is connected with the water inlet pipeline 6 and the water outlet pipeline 3. When the driving motor 9 drives the piston post 11 to move, the pressure in the piston cavity 12 can be changed, so that water can flow in from the water inlet pipeline 6 and flow out from the water outlet pipeline 3.
In some embodiments, the second pump structure comprises an air pump 7, and the air pump 7 is connected to the water outlet pipeline 3 for discharging residual water in the water outlet pipeline 3 through the outlet of the water outlet pipeline 3 before or after tooth washing. Further, an air inlet check valve 2 is arranged between the air pump 7 and the water outlet pipeline 3, so that the pressure air can only flow from the air pump 7 to the water outlet pipeline 3 and cannot flow reversely. Therefore, by driving the air pump 7, the residual water in the water outlet pipeline 3 can be sprayed out of the tooth washing device through the water outlet pipeline 3, so that the pipeline is cleaned and/or the problem of poor use effect caused by low initial water temperature in the next use is solved.
In some embodiments, a one-way outlet valve 8 is provided in the outlet pipe 3, so that water can only flow forward through the outlet pipe 3 and cannot flow back, for example, the one-way outlet valve 8 is provided at the communication between the outlet pipe 3 and the second pump structure.
In some embodiments, the dental scaler further comprises a control mechanism 13 in signal connection with the control circuit board, wherein the control mechanism 13 is configured to receive an input command from a user and transmit the input command to the control circuit board, so that the pump assembly can operate according to the input command from the user. For example, the control mechanism 13 includes a first button for controlling a first operation mode and a second button for controlling a second operation mode, the first operation mode is a tooth washing mode, and the second operation mode is a residual water draining mode. The control circuit board of the tooth washing device is connected with the first key and the second key through signals, and the control circuit board is connected with the pump assembly through signals, so that the pump assembly is started and closed through the control over the first key and the second key, and the operation of emptying the pipeline residual water is realized. The first button and the second button can be set as the same control button or different control buttons, for example, as shown in fig. 5, when the first button and the second button are set as the same control button, the functions of opening and closing the tooth washing device and opening and closing the drainage can be respectively realized by different operation modes of the buttons through presetting programs in the control circuit board of the tooth washing device. The different operation modes can be long pressing and short pressing, long pressing and multiple times of clicking and the like.
And in the preset time after the user switches to the second working mode through the second key, the control circuit board controls the pump assembly to operate so as to drain the residual water in the water outlet pipeline 3. The preset time may be determined according to a previous test, and may be, for example, 3 seconds. And, when the operation of removing the residual water is carried out, the pump assembly works with the second power, which is lower than the first power during the normal work, so that the pressure applied by the pump assembly is smaller than the pressure applied by the pump assembly during the normal operation of the tooth washing device, and the outflow pressure and outflow rate of the residual water are lower than the outflow pressure and outflow rate during the normal tooth washing, so that the user can distinguish the state of removing the residual water from the state of the normal tooth washing device.
The present embodiment also provides a computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, wherein the computer program is configured to execute the following method when running: and controlling the pump assembly to work at a second power lower than the first power for a preset time in the second working mode so as to empty the residual water in the water outlet pipeline. Thus, when the user operates the operating mechanism 13, the dental scaler can be operated in the first working mode or the second working mode correspondingly.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be within the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical solutions and novel concepts according to the present invention should be covered by the scope of the present invention.
