At present, the dental floss is mainly used in two modes, one mode is that a user directly winds a section of dental floss around fingers to directly clean the surfaces and gaps between teeth, and the other mode is that a dental floss rod is adopted to fix the dental floss on a supporting frame. There is a floss pick with a detachable floss holder, but the user needs to cut out a floss section of a suitable length on a whole ring of floss by himself with an auxiliary tool such as scissors and then mount the floss section on the holder. When no auxiliary tool suitable for cutting is available at hand, a user is inconvenient to cut a new dental floss segment so as to replace the used dental floss on the supporting frame. In view of the above, the present invention provides a tooth cleaning device, referring to fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the tooth cleaning device 100 comprises:
a bracket 110 having two support parts 111 disposed opposite to each other;
a dental floss 120, including a dental floss application section 121 movably connected to the supporting portion 111, the dental floss application section 121 being configured to rub against a surface of a tooth to clean the tooth; and
the cutting member 130 is provided on the support portion 111.
According to the technical scheme of the invention, the cutting piece 130 is arranged on the bracket 110, so that when a user needs to replace the dental floss between the supporting parts 111, the dental floss 120 can be directly cut into a proper length by using the cutting piece 130. For example, when the user faces a new piece of floss independent from the holder 110, the user can use the new piece of floss by pulling out the floss to a certain length, cutting out a proper length of floss by using the cutting member 130, and then mounting the floss on the supporting portion 111. When the user uses the support 110 with a certain length of new dental floss, the user only needs to pull the old dental floss out of the support 111, and search a proper position between the new dental floss and the old dental floss for cutting, so that the old dental floss can be separated to leave the new dental floss, and then the free end of the new dental floss is fixed on the support 111 of the support 110 again for use. Time is saved for the user to specifically find an auxiliary tool such as scissors, and there is no need for the user to specifically have an auxiliary tool, such as carrying the tooth-cleaning device 100 and scissors out of the door at the same time. Moreover, the cutting part 130 is arranged on the supporting part 111 which is also used for connecting the dental floss using section 121, so that a user can conveniently pull out a new dental floss with a short length to enable the new dental floss to be close to the cutting part 130, the problem that the new dental floss is pulled out for a long time to be cut and then is recovered again is avoided, the new dental floss is kept clean better, and the user experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3 and 7, in order to prevent the cutting member 130 from accidentally injuring the user when the dental floss is used, in the present embodiment, the supporting portion 111 is further provided with a cutting groove 111b for the dental floss to pass through, the cutting member 130 is provided in the cutting groove 111b, and the cutting member 130 has a sharp edge portion exposed in the cutting groove 111 b. By housing the sharp edge portion in the cutting groove 111b, it is possible to prevent the cutting member 130 from accidentally injuring the user when the dental floss is used. However, the design is not limited to this, in other embodiments, the supporting portion may be provided with a protective cover capable of being turned and fastened corresponding to the cutting member, the cutting member is exposed on the supporting portion when the protective cover is at the opening position, and the cutting member is covered by the protective cover when the protective cover is at the fastening position.
Alternatively, the cutting member 130 is a blade having a blade edge disposed toward the notch of the cutting groove 111b, and the blade edge portion of the blade is a sharp edge portion. The blade is used for cutting the dental floss, the fast and simple operation effect can be well met, and the blade fixing structure are simple, so that the manufacturing cost can be reduced. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the saw teeth may be saw blades with saw teeth facing the notch of the cutting slot.
Alternatively, the cutting groove 111b is disposed outside the supporting portion 111, the cutting groove 111b extends in a direction parallel to the axial direction of the using section 121 of dental floss, and the sharp edge portion is disposed out of plane with the using section 121 of dental floss. It should be noted that parallel refers to parallel and near parallel. The cutting groove 111b is arranged parallel to the axial direction of the dental floss using section 121, and the dental floss using section 121 can naturally extend into the cutting groove 111b after being drawn out from the supporting part 111, so that the cutting operation convenience of a user is improved. The sharp edge is not coplanar with the dental floss using section 121, when the dental floss using section 121 extends into the cutting groove 111b, the sharp edge is easy to cut the boundary point between the upper old dental floss section and the new dental floss section, and a user can conveniently cut along the radial direction of the dental floss using section 121, so that the cutting operation convenience of the user is improved. However, the design is not limited to this, in other embodiments, the cutting groove may be disposed outside the supporting portion, the extending direction of the cutting groove is perpendicular to the axial direction of the dental floss using segment, and the sharp edge portion is coplanar with the dental floss using segment.
In order to improve the convenience of assembling and disassembling the cutting member 130 with the bracket 110, in the embodiment, optionally, the bracket 110 includes a first shell portion 110b and a second shell portion 110c which are spliced together, the cutting groove 111b is formed at the spliced position of the first shell portion 110b and the second shell portion 110c, and the cutting member 130 is detachably connected to the first shell portion 110b and the second shell portion 110 c. The bracket 110 is formed by splicing the first shell part 110b and the second shell part 110c, so that the installation and fixation structure of the cutting piece 130 can be simplified, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and meanwhile, the later maintenance and replacement of the cutting piece 130 are facilitated. However, the design is not limited to this, in other embodiments, the cutting member may be fixed in a mounting post, the end of the mounting post away from the bracket is provided with a cutting groove, and the mounting post may be clamped on the supporting portion.
Optionally, the outer wall surface of the first shell portion 110b is convexly provided with a first protrusion 110d, and the outer wall surface of the second shell portion 110c is convexly provided with a second protrusion 110 e; the first and second protrusions 110d and 110e have an interval therebetween in a splicing direction of the first and second shell portions 110b and 110c, and a cutting groove 111b is formed at the interval. The cutting groove 111b can be raised by the first protrusion 110d and the second protrusion 110e, that is, the cut piece 130 in the cutting groove 111b can be raised, thereby making it more convenient for the user to use the cut piece 130. In addition, the cutting groove 111b is formed between the first and second shell portions 110b and 110c, so that the forming structure of the cutting groove 111b is simpler, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost. However, the design is not limited to this, in other embodiments, the cutting member may be fixed in a mounting post, the end of the mounting post away from the bracket is provided with a cutting groove, the mounting post may be clamped on the supporting portion, and part of the mounting post protrudes out of the side surface of the supporting portion.
Optionally, a cutting groove 111b is provided on a side of the support 111 facing away from the floss. It can be understood that the side of the supporting portion 111 facing away from the dental floss has a larger operation space, and by disposing the cutting groove 111b on the side of the supporting portion 111 facing away from the dental floss, the user can have a larger hand operation space when pulling the dental floss to the cutting groove 111b for cutting. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the cutting groove may be disposed on a side of the supporting portion facing the dental floss.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in order to protect the bracket 110 and the floss body section mounted thereon from contamination, optionally, the tooth cleaning device 100 further comprises a housing 140 having a receiving groove 140a, the bracket 110 is movably connected to the housing 140 and has an adjustable receiving position in which the bracket 110 is received in the receiving groove 140a and an operating position in which the supporting portion 111 is located outside the housing 140. By receiving the holder 110 in the receiving groove 140a, the holder 110 and the floss use section 121 thereon can be kept clean. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the tooth-cleaning device may include a storage box having a storage space, and the holder may be engaged with the storage space.
Further, the bracket 110 further has a connecting portion 113 connecting the two support portions 111, the connecting portion 113 extends with a rotating portion 114 in a direction away from the support portions 111, and the rotating portion 114 is rotatably connected to the housing 140. By extending a section of the rotating portion 114 from the connecting portion 113, the effective length of the bracket 110 can be increased, i.e. the supporting portion 111 and the dental floss thereon can be extended into the oral cavity. In addition, the support 110 is rotated to achieve storage and expansion, which is more suitable for the general operation habit of the user, and is beneficial to the storage groove 140a to be isolated from other spaces inside the housing 140, i.e. the sealing performance inside the housing 140, so as to protect the devices inside the housing 140 or avoid the sanitary problem caused by the dirt and the dirt stored inside the housing 140. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the connecting portion may have a sliding portion extending in a direction away from the supporting portion 111, and the sliding portion is slidably connected with the housing.
Referring to fig. 2 to 5, further, the dental cleaning device 100 further includes a rotating shaft 150 rotatably connected to the rotating portion 114, a winding drum 160 connected to the rotating shaft 150, and a ratchet mechanism 170 connected between the rotating shaft 150 and the housing 140, wherein the winding drum 160 is used for receiving the dental floss; when the take-up drum 160 rotates in the first direction, the floss on the take-up drum 160 may be delivered outwardly, and when the take-up drum 160 rotates in the second direction, the floss on the take-up drum 160 may be rewound; the ratchet mechanism 170 is used to limit the rotation of the take-up drum 160 in the second direction. The first direction and the second direction may be a clockwise direction and a counterclockwise direction, respectively, or the first direction and the second direction may be a counterclockwise direction and a clockwise direction, respectively. Since the ratchet mechanism 170 limits the rotation of the take-up drum 160 in the second direction, a delivery support force can be provided to the floss via the take-up drum 160, avoiding the situation that the floss use segment 121 is automatically rolled back when not secured to the support 111. In addition, the dental floss is stored in the winding drum 160, so that the dental floss can be stored more neatly on the winding drum 160, and a user can conveniently pull and take the dental floss. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the tooth-cleaning device further includes a rotating shaft rotatably connected to the rotating portion, and the dental floss is wound around an outer wall surface of the rotating shaft.
Referring to fig. 2 to 5 and 7, further, a floss mounting groove 111a is further formed on the supporting portion 111 having the cutting groove 111b, and the floss using section 121 is detachably connected to the floss mounting groove 111 a; the ratchet mechanism 170 includes a ratchet 171 sleeved on the rotating shaft 150, a pawl 172 slidably abutting against the ratchet 171, and an elastic element 173 connected between the pawl 172 and the housing 140, wherein the elastic element 173 is used for enabling the pawl 172 to have a tendency of rotating along a first direction; the arc length of the take-up drum 160 during the movement of rotating a ratchet wheel 171 is larger than the distance between the cutting member 130 and the floss mounting groove 111 a. It should be noted that the angle of rotation of the ratchet 171 is referred to as a stroke. It will be appreciated that when the pawl 172 is slidably engaged with an outer wall surface of one ratchet tooth of the ratchet gear 171, it can slide in either the first direction or the second direction, for example, sliding in the first direction will eventually abut against the outer wall surface of the ratchet tooth and the inner wall surface of the previous ratchet tooth, and sliding in the second direction over the apex of the ratchet tooth will enter the groove formed by the inner wall surface of the ratchet tooth and the outer wall surface of the next ratchet tooth. When the user pulls the floss for a certain length for cutting, the dividing point of the new and old floss segments just can be on the cutting element 130, because the arc length of the take-up drum 160 during the movement of rotating a ratchet wheel 171 is larger than the distance between the cutting element 130 and the floss mounting groove 111a, the pawl 172 also slides on the inner wall surface of a ratchet tooth. When the user loosens the cut dental floss, the free end of the dental floss is not pulled by the user, the pawl 172 can slide and reset to the groove formed by the outer wall surface of the ratchet and the inner wall surface of the previous ratchet under the action of the elastic element 173, and stops sliding along the first direction, so that the length of the dental floss which can be automatically rolled back is just the arc length corresponding to the movement of the winding drum 160 rotating a ratchet wheel 171. The ratchet mechanism 170 provides a force for automatically winding the dental floss back, so that the dental floss which is pulled out after being cut can be automatically wound back until the length of the exposed dental floss is just equal to or slightly longer than the distance between the two supporting parts 111, namely the installation length of the dental floss using section 121, and the use convenience of the dental cleaning device 100 is improved.
Alternatively, the elastic element 173 is a spring with two ends abutting against the pawl 172 and the housing 140, respectively. The spring has the advantages of simple structure, reliable elastic force and long service life. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the elastic element may also be a metal bent elastic sheet with two ends respectively abutting against the pawl and the housing.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in order to facilitate the user to position the rotating bracket 110, in the present embodiment, the tooth cleaning device 100 further includes a position limiting member 180 movably connected to the housing 140, the position limiting member 180 has a first position and a second position, the first position is the position limiting member 180 connected to the bracket 110 in the working position, and the second position is the position limiting member 180 separated from the bracket 110. The rotation of the bracket 110 is limited by the limiting member 180, so that the bracket 110 can be prevented from rotating towards the accommodating position under the action of external force, and the normalization of the use functions of the bracket 110 and the dental floss is further ensured. And the position limiting member 180 is movably connected to the housing 140, so that the user can conveniently limit the position of the rotating bracket 110.
Optionally, the housing 140 is provided with a sliding hole 140b extending toward the bracket 110 corresponding to the limiting member 180, the rotating portion 114 is provided with a limiting notch 114a, and when the bracket 110 is at the working position, the limiting member 180 is slidably inserted into the limiting notch 114a along the sliding hole 140b to be at the first position. The limiting piece 180 is matched with the limiting notch 114a on the rotating part 114 in a plugging and pulling manner, so that the limiting piece 180 can limit or release the rotation of the bracket 110, and the matching structure is simple and the operation is reliable. However, the present disclosure is not limited to this, in other embodiments, the housing may further include a pin through hole extending toward the bracket corresponding to the limiting member, the limiting member is a pin movably passing through the pin through hole, the rotating portion has a limiting hole corresponding to the pin, and when the bracket is located at the working position, the pin is movably inserted into the limiting hole to be located at the first position.
Referring to fig. 5, 8 and 9, optionally, the sliding hole 140b has two laterally extending limiting grooves 140c, the two limiting grooves 140c are spaced apart from each other in a direction toward the bracket 110, and the limiting member 180 is provided with a limiting protrusion 181 corresponding to the limiting groove 140 c; when the limiting member 180 is located at the first position, the limiting protrusion 181 is engaged with the limiting groove 140c close to the bracket 110, and when the limiting member 180 is located at the second position, the limiting protrusion 181 is engaged with the limiting groove 140c far from the bracket 110. When the limiting protrusion 181 is engaged with the limiting groove 140c close to the bracket 110, the limiting member 180 can be inserted into the limiting notch 114a to effectively clamp the bracket 110, thereby avoiding the failure of the rotation of the limiting bracket 110 due to the sliding of the limiting member 180 out of the limiting notch 114 a. When the limiting protrusion 181 is engaged with the limiting groove 140c far from the bracket 110, the limiting member 180 will not slide toward the bracket 110 after separating from the limiting notch 114a, thereby avoiding the problem of abnormal sound caused by the impact of the limiting member 180 on the bracket 110. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, two limiting protrusions may be protruded from the inner wall of the sliding hole, and a limiting groove is formed on the limiting member corresponding to the limiting protrusion.
Optionally, the limiting member 180 is provided with a hollow deformation groove 180a corresponding to the limiting protrusion 181. The hollow deformation groove 180a facilitates the deformation of the limiting protrusion 181 and facilitates the entering or the coming-off of the limiting groove 140c, so that the user can operate the limiting member 180 to limit the rotation of the bracket 110. However, the design is not limited to this, in other embodiments, two cantilever beams may be convexly disposed on the inner wall of the sliding hole, the two cantilever beams are distributed at intervals along the direction toward the bracket, a limiting protrusion is disposed at one end of the cantilever beam away from the inner wall of the sliding hole, and a limiting groove is disposed on the limiting member corresponding to the limiting protrusion.
Optionally, the limiting member 180 has a touching portion 182 slidable in the sliding hole 140b, one end of the touching portion 182 located in the housing 140 extends laterally to form a limiting step portion 183, and the limiting step portion 183 abuts against the inner wall surface of the housing 140. The limiting step 183 can limit the limiting member 180, so as to prevent the limiting member 180 from coming off from the sliding hole 140b and being separated from the housing 140. However, the design is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, a sliding groove may be disposed on an inner wall surface of the sliding hole, and the limiting member may be slidably abutted in the sliding groove.
Referring to fig. 3 and 9, in order to facilitate the rotational assembly of the rotating part 114 and the housing 140, in this embodiment, optionally, the housing 140 includes an upper housing 141 and a lower housing 142 connected to the upper housing 141, the rotating part 114 rotates between the upper housing 141 and the lower housing 142, the upper housing 141 is convexly provided with a limiting post 143 facing the lower housing 142, and the rotating part 114 is provided with a limiting hole 114b for slidably connecting the limiting post 143; the position-limiting hole 114b extends along the circumferential direction of the rotating portion 114 and has two opposite end walls, when the bracket 110 is at the storage position, the position-limiting pillar 143 abuts against one of the two opposite end walls, and when the bracket 110 is at the working position, the position-limiting pillar 143 abuts against the other of the two opposite end walls. The housing 140 is split into upper and lower housings for splicing, so that the rotating part 114 can be conveniently installed between the upper and lower housings and can be rotatably assembled with the housing 140. Through the cooperation of the limiting column 143 and the limiting hole 114b, the bracket 110 is rotated between the storage position and the working position without exceeding the storage position or the working position, so that the bracket 110 is more reliably rotated and stored. In addition, the limiting posts 143 cooperate with the limiting holes 114b to provide sufficient supporting force for the support 110 when the support 110 works, i.e., the support 110 and the dental floss can bear larger external force, which is beneficial to improving the cleaning effect of the dental floss. However, the design is not limited to this, in other embodiments, two limiting protrusions are convexly arranged on the inner wall of the shell towards the rotating part, and a limiting groove is arranged on the rotating part corresponding to the limiting protrusions; the two limiting clamping protrusions are distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the rotating portion, when the support is located at the containing position, the limiting groove is clamped in one of the two limiting clamping protrusions, and when the support is located at the working position, the limiting groove is clamped in the other of the two limiting clamping protrusions.
Referring to fig. 5 and 7, in order to increase the connection strength between the upper and lower housings, in this embodiment, the tooth-cleaning device 100 may further include a fastener 190, and the fastener 190 may be connected to the stopper 143 through the lower housing 142. Since external forces experienced by the dental floss during use are transmitted to the upper and lower housings through the rotating part 114, and the rotation of the rotating part 114 itself also generates forces on the upper and lower housings 142, the external forces or forces have a tendency to break the connection relationship between the upper and lower housings. In order to prevent the upper and lower cases from being separated at the position of the rotating part 114, and thus causing product failure, the upper and lower cases are locked at this position using the fastening member 190. In addition, the existing limiting column 143 structure is connected with the fastener 190, so that the internal structure of the product can be simplified, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the lower housing may be provided with a connection column protruding toward the upper housing, and the fastener penetrates through the lower housing to connect with the connection column.
Optionally, the fastener 190 is a self-tapping screw. The self-tapping screw can directly lock the limiting column 143 without specially forming a threaded hole in the limiting column 143, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the fastening member 190 may also be a common screw or a bolt and nut pair, and the nut is embedded in the limiting column 143.
Referring to fig. 3, 5 and 7, in order to keep the dental floss clean, in the present embodiment, optionally, the lower housing 142 is provided with a mounting groove 142a for the take-up drum 160 to receive, and an inner wall of the mounting groove 142a is provided with an avoiding notch 142b disposed toward the connecting portion 113; the connecting part 113 and the supporting part 111 are provided with a first conveying cavity 113a and a second conveying cavity 111f which are communicated, a conveying cavity outlet 111g communicated with the second conveying cavity 111f is arranged on one side surface of one of the two supporting parts 111 facing to the other side surface, and the mounting groove 142a is sequentially communicated with the avoiding notch 142b, the first conveying cavity 113a, the second conveying cavity 111f and the conveying cavity outlet 111 g; one end of the dental floss may pass through the avoiding gap 142b, the first delivery cavity 113a, the second delivery cavity 111f and the delivery cavity outlet 111g from the installation groove 142a in sequence, and be connected to the other of the two supporting portions 111. The dental floss is placed in the delivery cavity for delivery, so that the problem that the dental floss is exposed outside and polluted can be avoided, and the new dental floss which is not used is kept clean all the time. However, the design is not limited to this, in other embodiments, a flexible tube may be externally connected between the winding drum and the supporting portion, and the dental floss may pass through the interior of the flexible tube from the winding drum to the position of the supporting portion.
Optionally, the first conveying cavity 113a has a conveying cavity inlet 113b facing the avoidance gap 142b, and a central angle occupied by the avoidance gap 142b along the circumferential direction of the rotating portion 114 is greater than or equal to 180 °; when the support 110 is in the storage position, the inlet 113b of the delivery chamber corresponds to one end of the avoidance notch 142b, and when the support 110 is in the working position, the inlet of the input chamber corresponds to the other end of the avoidance notch 142 b. When the connecting portion 113 rotates along with the rotation of the rotating portion 114 on the housing 140, the dental floss can slide through the avoiding gap 142b without being rubbed and obstructed by the inner wall surface of the avoiding gap 142 b. However, the design is not limited to this, in other embodiments, the first conveying cavity may have a conveying cavity inlet facing the avoiding gap, the inner wall surface of the avoiding gap is provided with a rotatable roller, and the dental floss may be pressed on the rolling surface of the roller to be connected with the roller in a rolling manner.
In order to improve the convenience of the user to replace the roll-up drum 160, in this embodiment, the tooth cleaning device 100 further includes a mounting cover 210 for covering the mounting recess 142a, and the mounting cover 210 is detachably connected to the lower housing 142. The user may replace the spent cartridge 160 with the removal cap 210, or may replace the cartridge 160 with a new floss roll after the cartridge 160 is removed and a new floss roll is wound. This avoids the cumbersome operation of removing the upper and lower shells and other accessories to replace the take-up drum 160, which improves user experience. And product failure caused by misoperation when a user disassembles the product is avoided, and the service life of the product is prolonged.
Optionally, the lower shell 142 is provided with an installation through hole 142c corresponding to the winding drum 160, the installation cover 210 is rotatably connected with the lower shell 142 in the installation through hole 142c, a sliding block extends laterally from one end of the installation cover 210 facing the winding drum 160, and an abdicating notch is formed on the inner wall of the installation through hole 142c corresponding to the sliding block; after the slider movably passes through the abdicating notch, the slider rotates to abut against the inner wall surface of the lower shell 142. However, the design is not limited to this, in other embodiments, the lower housing may be provided with an installation through hole corresponding to the winding drum, the installation cover is provided with a buckle protruding towards one end of the winding drum, and the buckle is movably connected with the lower housing after passing through the installation through hole.
Referring to fig. 2, 4 and 6, in order to reduce the risk of the floss using section 121 being separated from the bracket 110, in this embodiment, further, the bracket 110 is further provided with a receiving space 111c communicated with the floss mounting groove 111a, the floss mounting groove 111a has a first notch on the end surface of the supporting portion 111, the tooth cleaning device 100 further comprises an anti-drop member 290 arranged in the receiving space 111c, the anti-drop member 290 comprises a hook portion 291 exposed in the floss mounting groove 111a, and an opening of the hook portion 291 is arranged away from the first notch; after the using section 121 of dental floss is loaded into the mounting groove 111a via the first slot, the using section 121 of dental floss abuts against a side of the hook 291 facing away from the first slot. Without loss of generality, when a user holds the bracket 110 and rubs the floss use section 121 against the tooth surface, the floss use section 121 is easily detached from the bracket 110 in a force-bearing direction. It can be understood that the main force direction of the floss using section 121 is coplanar with the plane of the supporting portion 111 and the connecting portion 113, that is, the floss using section 121 is installed in the floss mounting groove 111a and then abuts against the side of the anti-releasing member 290 away from the first notch, so that the anti-releasing member 290 can better bear the external force borne by the floss using section 121 and transmitted thereto, thereby avoiding the problem that the floss using section 121 is separated from the bracket 110 during use. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the user may pass one end of the using section of dental floss through the mounting groove for multiple times to wind the using section of dental floss around the supporting portion for multiple times, and tie the using section of dental floss with the supporting portion to fasten the using section of dental floss.
Further, a fixing portion 292 extends from one end of the hook portion 291 along the first notch, and the fixing portion 292 is connected to the supporting portion 111; the other end of the hook 291 is exposed in the floss mounting groove 111a and the outer wall surface has a cylindrical surface section, the generatrix of the cylindrical surface section is parallel to the axial direction of the floss using section 121, and the cylindrical surface section protrudes laterally into the accommodating space 111 c. During the process of loading the floss use section 121 into the floss installation groove 111a from the first notch, the floss use section 121 encounters the cylindrical surface section of the hook 291 and slides along the cylindrical surface section, so that the abutted and sliding partial floss sections are displaced in the accommodating space 111c towards the lateral direction of the floss installation groove 111a, and the partial floss sections at the two ends of the floss use section 121 are still kept in the middle of the floss installation groove 111a and are subjected to pulling force from the two ends. As can be appreciated, this pulling force may be a pulling force from the user's fingers when the user holds both ends of the floss use section 121 to load the floss use section 121 into the floss mounting slot 111 a. The pulling force causes the abutting sliding local dental floss segment to generate a tendency of displacement towards the middle of the dental floss mounting groove 111a after sliding through the cylindrical surface segment, so that the local dental floss segment more smoothly enters the concave part of the hook 291 and abuts against one side of the hook 291 departing from the first notch. However, the design is not limited to this, in other embodiments, one end of the hook portion may extend along the lateral direction of the floss mounting groove to form a fixing portion, the fixing portion is connected to the supporting portion, the other end of the hook portion protrudes into the receiving space, and the outer wall surface of the hook portion abuts against the inner edge of the first notch.
Optionally, the mounting groove includes a guide groove section 111d communicating with the first notch, and a relief groove section 111e communicating with the guide groove section 111d and extending laterally relative to the guide groove section 111d, and the other end of the hook 291 is exposed in the relief groove section 111 e. Through set up at the other end of hook 291 and give way slot segment 111e, can make the gliding local dental floss segment of butt cylindrical surface segment after sliding cylindrical surface segment, the displacement when rebounding towards the middle part of dental floss mounting groove 111a is not blockked by the side slot wall of mounting groove, and then makes this local dental floss segment can more smoothly enter into the interior concave department of hook 291.
