The nail-pressing tongue has a length of 0.45-0.55cm, a width of 0.45-0.55cm and a thickness of 0.08-0.12 cm. Example 2
This embodiment also provides a stapler, which is combined with fig. 5 to 8, and comprises a forceps body and a stapler.
The stapler comprises a cartridge 3 for accommodating staples 7.
The clamp body comprises a first clamp rod 11 and a second clamp rod 12, the first clamp rod 11 and the second clamp rod 12 are respectively provided with a relative handheld end and a clamping end, the part of the first clamp rod 11, which is close to the clamping end, is hinged with the part of the second clamp rod 12, which is close to the clamping end, the clamping end of the first clamp rod 11 is used as a lower nailing arm 4 of the stapler, and the clamping end of the second clamp rod 12 is used as an upper nailing arm 2 of the stapler. I.e., the relative positions of the clamping end of the first clamping bar 11 and the clamping end of the second clamping bar 12 are opposite to the relative positions of the holding end of the first clamping bar 11 and the clamping end of the second clamping bar 12, as can be understood, for example, by reference to the following: the clamping end of the first clamping bar 11 is positioned at the right side of the clamping end of the second clamping bar 12, and the handheld end of the first clamping bar 11 is positioned at the left side of the handheld end of the second clamping bar 12 through hinging.
The forceps body further comprises a first forceps ear 13 arranged at the handheld end of the first forceps rod 11 and a second forceps ear 14 arranged at the handheld end of the second forceps rod 12. The first clamp bar 11 and the second clamp bar 12 may be both straight bars and curved bars, and in addition, the situation that one of the first clamp bar 11 and the second clamp bar 12 is a straight bar and the other is a curved bar is not excluded.
The nail bin 3 is arranged between the upper stapling arm 2 and the lower stapling arm 4, one end of the nail bin 3 is connected with the hinged part of the first clamp rod 11 and the second clamp rod 12, and a clamping space for clamping a piece to be sutured is formed between the nail bin 3 and the lower stapling arm 4. Preferably, during use of the stapler, the position of the cartridge 3 is not moved, and the distance between the upper stapling arm 2 and the cartridge 3 and the lower stapling arm 4 and the cartridge 3 is adjusted by changing the distance between the first jaw lever 11 and the second jaw lever 12 (changing the degree of opening and closing of the upper stapling arm 2 and the lower stapling arm 4).
The lower stapling arm 4 is further provided with a curved staple groove 5 matched with a staple 7, and one end of the upper stapling arm 2, which is far away from the hinged end, is provided with a staple pressing tongue 21 protruding towards the staple cartridge 3 so as to be used for pressing the staple 7 out of the staple cartridge 3 and matching with the curved staple groove 5 to sew and fix a piece to be sutured.
In reference, the stapler further includes a staple pushing assembly 7, the staple pushing assembly 7 includes a spring 61 and a pusher 62, the pusher 62 is slidably disposed in the staple cartridge 3 (slides along the length direction of the staple cartridge 3), two ends of the spring 61 are respectively connected to the pusher 62 and the upper stapling arm 2, so that the upper stapling arm 2 compresses the spring 61 in the covering process, the pusher 62 is further pushed by the acting force of the spring 61, and the staple 7 is then pushed to the position corresponding to the staple pressing tongue 21 by the pusher 62. The pushing member 62 may be a pushing block, for example.
Further, the stapler in this embodiment may also optionally contain staples 7. It can be understood that: this embodiment can protect the combination comprising the body of the forceps, the stapler but without the staples 7 alone; a combination comprising both the jaw body, the stapler and the staples 7 may also be protected. When protecting the latter, the staples 7 are initially arranged in the nail box 3 when in use, and the staples 7 are separated from the nail box 3 under the pressing action of the staple pressing tongues 21 and are matched with the bent staple grooves 5 to sew and fix the piece to be sewed.
The material of the suturing nail 7 is a high molecular material absorbable by human body, such as gelatin, chitin, hyaluronic acid, cellulose, poly-alpha-hydroxy acid, polyanhydride, polyorthoester or polyphosphazene. The stitching instrument is made of stainless steel.
In the present embodiment, the staple 7 is composed of a shaft 73 and a head 74 connected to each other, and the head 74 has a rim extending from the axial center of the shaft 73 to the radial direction of the shaft 73. The nail rod 73 is provided with a fork passage 731 extending from the nail tip of the nail rod 73 to the nail head 74 direction to divide one end of the nail rod 73 far away from the nail head 74 into a first branch part 732 and a second branch part 733.
The nut 74 may, by reference, be circular or rectangular in cross-section, or may take on other shapes.
The cartridge 3 comprises a base plate 31, a first closure plate 32, a second closure plate 33 and a third closure plate 34. The first enclosing plate 32, the third enclosing plate 34 and the second enclosing plate 33 are sequentially and vertically connected to three sequentially connected edges of the bottom plate 31, one ends, far away from the third enclosing plate 34, of the first enclosing plate 32 and the second enclosing plate 33 are connected to the hinged part, and the first enclosing plate 32, the second enclosing plate 33, the third enclosing plate 34 and the bottom plate 31 jointly enclose a space for containing the suturing nail 7 and the pushing piece 62.
One end of the bottom plate 31 connected with the third surrounding plate 34 is provided with an opening 311 for the falling of the suturing nail 7, and the bent nail groove 5 corresponds to the opening 311 at the setting position of the lower stapling arm 4, so that the suturing nail 7 is pressed out of the nail bin 3 at the position of the opening 311 through the pressing action of the nail pressing tongue 21 and is matched with the bent nail groove 5 to suture and fix the piece to be sutured.
Specifically, the first enclosing plate 32 has a first section 321 and a second section 322 connected with each other, and the second enclosing plate 33 has a third section 331 and a fourth section 332 connected with each other, wherein the second section 322 and the fourth section 332 are both connected with the third enclosing plate 34. The distance between the first section 321 and the third section 331 is less than the largest dimension of the nut 74 and greater than the diameter of the nail shank 73, and the distance between the second section 322 and the fourth section 332 is equal to or greater than the largest dimension of the nut 74.
One end of the bottom plate 31 connected to the third surrounding plate 34 is opened with an opening 311 for the staple 7 to fall down. The openings 311 are sized to be equal to or slightly larger than the size of the staples 7.
When suturing is not performed, the suturing nails 7 and the pushing piece 62 are both arranged in the position, far away from the third push plate, of the nail box 3, and when suturing is required, the suturing nails 7 are pushed towards the third push plate by the pushing piece 62 until the suturing nails 7 are pushed to the openings 311, namely, the suturing nails fall from the openings 311 and are separated from the nail box 3.
The curved nail groove 5 is arranged at one end of the lower stapling arm 4 far away from the hinge joint, and the curved nail groove 5 corresponds to the position of the opening 311 at the arrangement position of the lower stapling arm 4, so that the suturing nail 7 can fall into the curved nail groove 5 through the opening 311 of the bottom plate 31 and be bent in the curved nail groove 5. Specifically, the nailing upper arm 2 drives the pushing piece 62 to move towards the direction of the third enclosing plate 34 through the linkage of the spring 61 in the covering process, and pushes the suturing nails 7 in the nail bin 3 towards the direction of the third enclosing plate 34, when the suturing nails 7 are pushed to the opening 311 position, the suturing nails pass through the opening 311 and pass through the piece to be sutured under the downward pressing action of the nail pressing tongue 21 to realize suturing, then under the action of external force, the nail pressing tongue 21 is in contact with the nail bending groove 5 of the nailing lower arm 4 to form a squeezing action, and under the squeezing action, the stitches 72 of the suturing nails 7 are forced to bend inwards to fix the sutured piece.
In this embodiment, the curved nail slot 5 includes a splitting ridge 53, a first groove 51 and a second groove 52, the extending direction of the splitting ridge 53 matches the direction of the branch passage 731 of the nail rod 73, the first groove 51 and the second groove 52 are respectively disposed at two sides of the splitting ridge 53, and the extending direction of the first groove 51 and the second groove 52 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the splitting ridge 53, so that the two forked parts of the splitting ridge 53 inserted into the branch passage 731 in the process of pressing down the staple 7 are respectively bent outwards along the first groove 51 and the second groove 52 after passing through the piece to be sutured to suture and fix the piece to be sutured.
In addition, a buckle is further arranged on the nail pressing tongue 21, and a clamping groove matched with the buckle is formed in the third enclosing plate 34, so that the nail pressing tongue 21 is clamped with the nail bin 3 after the suturing nail 7 is pressed out, and the nail pressing tongue 21 is not separated from the nail bin 3. The specific structure of the buckle and the clamping groove can refer to the prior art, and will not be described herein.
As a reference, the stapling tongue 21 has a length of 0.5cm, a width of 0.2cm and a thickness of 0.1 cm. The width of the nail bin 3 is 0.3cm, and the height is 0.6 cm. The nail cap 74 has a length of 0.2cm, a width of 0.1cm and a thickness of 0.1 cm. The nail shank 73 has a diameter of 0.1cm and a length of 0.4 cm. The distance between the terminal end of the split and the nail tip may be 0.25 cm. The first groove 51 and the second groove 52 each have a length of 0.25cm, a width of 0.1cm, and a depth of 0.1 cm.
In addition, the above dimensions may be set to other values according to actual needs. Moreover, the sizes of other structures can be correspondingly set according to actual requirements. The diameter of the pin rod is 0.08-0.12cm, and the length of the pin rod is 0.35-0.45 cm. The distance between the terminal of the split and the nail tip is 0.2-0.3 cm. The first groove and the second groove are 0.2-0.3cm long, 0.08-0.12cm wide and 0.08-0.12cm deep.
It should be noted that the structure and principle of the stapler and the forceps body which are not disclosed in the present embodiment can refer to the stapler and the hemostatic forceps respectively in the prior art, and will not be described in detail herein.
The staple 7 of the one-foot rivet type provided by the present embodiment may be more suitable for cartilage stapling than other forms of staple 7. After the forceps clamp the cartilage pieces to be sutured, the first forceps rod 11 and the second forceps rod 12 are closed, the nail pressing tongue 21 applies pressure to penetrate the suturing nail 7 of the single-pin rivet type into the cartilage pieces, the needle point reaches the splitting ridge 53 and is divided into two branches in the left-right horizontal direction, and the needle head and the nail cap 74 are used for tightly fixing the cartilage pieces.
In addition, the suturing device may be configured as a pistol, and the purpose and function of the suturing device may be the same as those of the suturing device of the present embodiment, which is not limited herein.
Example 3
The present embodiment provides an application of the above-described suture instrument: it is used as a suture instrument in costal cartilage augmentation rhinoplasty.
In particular, reference may be made to: after cutting off costal cartilage pieces of augmentation rhinoplasty in the operation, the cartilage pieces to be used and nasal septal cartilage, or after the cartilage pieces are matched with the cartilage pieces, the open augmentation rhinoplasty cartilage support stapler slightly occludes the two cartilage pieces to be sutured and fixed, then clamps the forceps forcibly, namely presses out suturing nails 7 in a nail bin 3 of the stapler, penetrates through the cartilage pieces to be sutured and fixed and tightly nails the cartilage pieces together, can complete suturing and fixing instantly, does not need to be detached after the operation, greatly lightens the labor amount of doctors, accelerates the operation speed, improves the operation efficiency, and simultaneously ensures the operation safety.
Example 4
The present embodiment also provides an application of the above-mentioned suture instrument: it is used as a suture instrument in cosmetic subcutaneous soft tissue suturing.
In conclusion, the suturing instrument provided by the application can be used as a suturing instrument for costal cartilage augmentation rhinoplasty or suturing and fixing of various subcutaneous soft tissues. The stapler of claim 1, further comprising a staple pushing assembly including a spring and a pusher slidably disposed in the staple cartridge, wherein two ends of the spring are respectively connected to the pusher and the upper stapling arm, so that the upper stapling arm pushes the pusher to a position corresponding to the staple pressing tongue through the spring during the covering process.
3. The stapler of claim 2, further comprising a staple for disengaging from the cartridge under the action of the pressing tongue and engaging with the curved staple groove to staple the member to be stapled;
