in order to simplify the operation steps of the device, when the position of the needle head is adjusted, the blood drawing action can be operated by one key of the touch screen display 8, a virtual key which is correspondingly operated on an operation interface on the touch screen display 8 is touched, the second electric push rod 401 automatically works to drive the needle head to pierce into the arterial blood vessel of the patient, the infrared sensor 416 is contacted with the skin on the limb of the patient, at the moment, the second electric push rod 401 stops working, the needle head can be prevented from piercing too deeply, the strength of the arterial pulse of the patient can be tested when the pulse sensor 417 is contacted with the skin on the limb of the patient, meanwhile, the third electric push rod 406 automatically works to drive the handle 412 to drive the piston inside the injector 410 to move away from the needle head, the purpose of drawing the blood is realized, the tested pulse data is displayed by the touch screen display 8, and the third electric push rod 406 is moved to, the lower jaw 414 is moved away from the upper portion of the handheld board 411, the upper jaw 413 is moved away from the handle 412, and then the virtual key corresponding to the reset on the operation interface of the touch screen display 8 is touched, so that the second electric push rod 401 and the third electric push rod 406 are automatically reset.
