Abstract
一种铜银系列灭菌除臭鞋及其制作方法和铜银系列辅料,包括:鞋垫材料的面料或整体中掺有灭菌除臭的铜、氧化铜、氧化亚铜、铜盐、载银羟基磷酸锆钠的纳米粉体或母粒中的一种或多种组合即铜系列灭菌剂,并进行多次聚合反应,通过制鞋工艺制成灭菌除臭鞋。

本发明属于鞋类制造技术领域,具体铜铜系列灭菌除臭鞋及其制作方法和铜银系列系列辅料制造技术领域。
背景技术
现有技术的各种鞋存在着穿久了容易出汗,出汗容易滋生各种细菌进而出现臭味,不仅气味难闻,而且长时间不洗鞋容易导致脚指甲出现灰指甲或各种脚气病,对此缺陷一直没有很好的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种铜银系列消毒灭菌除臭鞋及其制作方法和铜银系列材料,其特征在于,包括:鞋底,与该鞋底通过橡胶或塑料粘合的鞋帮,在该鞋底的内层上面设置有减震鞋垫,在该减震鞋垫的面料的原料的粉体或母粒原料中和/或在该减震鞋垫材料整体的原料的粉体或颗粒中和/或在该鞋帮的内层的原料的粉体或颗粒中和/或在该鞋底的原料的粉体或颗粒中掺入灭菌除臭的铜、氧化铜、氧化亚铜、铜盐的纳米粉体或微粒体中的一种或多种组合构成的铜系列灭菌剂、并掺入相容剂、分散剂、抗氧剂,装入高混机进行高混加工和熔融加工成型、冷却后进行裁断作业、大底作业、中底作业、针车作业制得铜系列灭菌鞋底和/ 或铜系列灭菌减震鞋垫面料和/或铜系列灭菌减震鞋垫和/或在铜系列灭菌鞋帮,通过后跟定型机专业、攀鞋作业、定型作业、初磨作业、擦胶及烘底作业、冷却定型作业、拔楦作业整理作业制成铜银系列消毒灭菌除臭鞋。
优选的,在重量百分比为93%-40%的该减震鞋垫面料的涤纶粉体或母粒原料、丙纶粉体或颗粒原料、腈纶粉体或颗粒原料、锦纶粉体或颗粒原料、尼龙粉体或颗粒原料、氨纶粉体或颗粒原料中,分别一一对应掺入重量百分比为1.8%--40%的铜、氧化铜、氧化亚铜、铜盐、载银羟基磷酸锆钠的纳米粉体或微粒中的一种或多种组合形成铜银系列灭菌剂,再加入5%-10%相容剂、0.1%-6%分散剂、 0.1%-4%抗氧剂,各原料组成之和为100%,并分别放入高混机中混合 2-10分钟,将该混合物装入熔融螺杆挤压机,加工温度为160℃-320℃,螺杆转速在180转/分-800转/分,经过熔融分别形成相分散均匀高度相容、互粘连的铜银系列灭菌熔融体,其熔融指数为 0.8-40g/10min,经过挤压和高压喷丝或纺丝、纺丝冷却吹、纺丝上油、卷绕、牵引、收卷制成铜银系列灭菌丙纶丝卷(桶),铜银系列灭菌腈纶丝卷(桶),铜银系列灭菌锦纶丝卷(桶)、铜银系列灭菌尼龙丝卷(桶)、铜银系列灭菌氨纶丝卷(桶),进一步经过气流纺织布机或梭织布机织布织布制成铜银系列灭菌化纤布鞋垫面料:铜银系列灭菌丙纶布鞋垫面料,铜银系列灭菌腈纶布鞋垫面料,铜银系列灭菌锦纶布鞋垫面料、铜银系列灭菌尼龙布鞋垫面料、铜银系列灭菌氨纶布鞋垫面料,该相容剂为聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐 (PP-g-MAH)其熔融指数为1-150g/10min,接枝率为0.5-1%,该分散剂为有机蜡或硬脂酸酰胺,可以是其中任一种单一组分,也可以是混合组分,有机蜡和硬脂酸酰胺,有机蜡包括聚乙烯蜡,混合组分比例为0.1%-99.9%;该抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂或与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂复配,其受阻酚类抗氧剂为1010,受阻酚类抗氧剂与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂复配为1:1的1010/168。
优选的,将铜银系列灭菌丙纶布鞋垫面料,铜银系列灭菌腈纶布鞋垫面料,铜银系列灭菌锦纶布鞋垫面料、铜银系列灭菌尼龙布鞋垫面料、铜银系列灭菌氨纶布鞋垫面料分别与PU减震鞋垫或记忆海绵减震鞋垫或聚合物减震鞋垫或pp丙纶减震鞋垫、聚酯型TPU 减震鞋垫、聚醚型TPU减震鞋垫、聚碳酸酯型TPU减震鞋垫、端羟基聚丁二烯型TPU减震鞋垫进行上胶和电热烘箱粘合加固处理制成表面铜银系列灭菌减震鞋垫。

一种铜银系列消毒灭菌除臭鞋,在鞋底和/或鞋帮和/或减震鞋垫的面料和/或整体材料中熔合有灭菌除臭的铜、氧化铜、氧化亚铜、铜盐、载银羟基磷酸锆钠的纳米粉体或微粒体中的一种或多种组合灭菌剂构成铜和/或银系列消毒灭菌除臭鞋。
有益效果
本发明的铜系列消毒灭菌除臭鞋包括所有鞋类产品,大类如男鞋、女鞋,细分为运动鞋、平底鞋、高跟鞋、皮鞋、布鞋、休闲鞋、凉鞋保暖鞋、皮靴等采用新工艺制成铜银系列系消毒灭菌列鞋底和/或铜银系列系列消毒灭菌除臭鞋帮和/或铜银系列系灭菌列鞋垫,将铜银系列系列消毒灭菌鞋底和/或铜银系列系列消毒灭菌鞋帮和 /或铜银系列系列灭菌除臭鞋垫按照传统制鞋工艺整合制成铜系列灭消毒灭菌菌除臭鞋,穿着此铜系列消毒灭菌除臭鞋,可有效杀灭鞋内因为汗脚引发的细菌繁殖甚至出现汗臭味,和有效杀灭鞋底外层踩到的地面病毒细菌,有效杀灭鞋帮外面触碰到的病毒细菌,起到消毒灭菌除臭保护人体和脚部健康的有益效果。

一种铜银系列消毒灭菌除臭鞋,在鞋底和/或鞋帮和/或减震鞋垫的面料和/或整体材料中熔合有灭菌除臭的铜、氧化铜、氧化亚铜、铜盐、载银羟基磷酸锆钠的纳米粉体或微粒体中的一种或多种组合灭菌剂构成铜和/或银系列消毒灭菌除臭鞋。

1.一种铜银系列消毒灭菌除臭鞋及其制作方法和铜银系列材料,其特征在于,包括:鞋底,与该鞋底通过橡胶或塑料粘合的鞋帮,在该鞋底的内层上面设置有减震鞋垫,在该减震鞋垫的面料的原料的粉体或母粒原料中和/或在该减震鞋垫材料整体的原料的粉体或颗粒中和/或在该鞋帮的内层的原料的粉体或颗粒中和/或在该鞋底的原料的粉体或颗粒中掺入灭菌除臭的铜、氧化铜、氧化亚铜、铜盐的纳米粉体或微粒体中的一种或多种组合构成的铜系列灭菌剂、并掺入相容剂、分散剂、抗氧剂,装入高混机进行高混加工和熔融加工成型、冷却后进行裁断作业、大底作业、中底作业、针车作业制得铜系列灭菌鞋底和/或铜系列灭菌减震鞋垫面料和/或铜系列灭菌减震鞋垫和/或在铜系列灭菌鞋帮,通过后跟定型机专业、攀鞋作业、定型作业、初磨作业、擦胶及烘底作业、冷却定型作业、拔楦作业整理作业制成铜银系列消毒灭菌除臭鞋。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铜银系列消毒灭菌除臭鞋及其制作方法和铜银系列材料,其特征在于:在重量百分比为93%-40%的该减震鞋垫面料的涤纶粉体或颗粒原料、丙纶粉体或颗粒原料、腈纶粉体或母粒原料、锦纶粉体或母粒原料、尼龙粉体或颗粒原料、氨纶粉体或母粒原料中,分别一一对应掺入重量百分比为1.8%--40%的铜、氧化铜、氧化亚铜、铜盐、载银羟基磷酸锆钠的纳米粉体或微粒中的一种或多种组合形成的铜银系列灭菌剂,再加入5%-10%相容剂、0.1%-6%分散剂、0.1%-4%抗氧剂,各原料组成之和为100%,并分别放入高混机中混合2-10分钟,将该混合物装入熔融螺杆挤压机,加工温度为160℃-320℃,螺杆转速在180转/分-800转/分,经过熔融分别形成相分散均匀高度相容、互粘连的灭菌系列熔融体,其熔融指数为0.8-40g/10min,经过挤压和高压喷丝或纺丝、纺丝冷却吹、纺丝上油、卷绕、牵引、收卷制成灭菌系列丙纶丝卷(桶),灭菌系列腈纶丝卷(桶),灭菌系列锦纶丝卷(桶)、灭菌系列尼龙丝卷(桶)、灭菌系列氨纶丝卷(桶),进一步经过气流纺织布机或梭织布机织布织布制成铜银系列灭菌化纤布鞋垫面料:铜银系列灭菌丙纶布鞋垫面料,铜银系列灭菌腈纶布鞋垫面料,铜银系列灭菌锦纶布鞋垫面料、铜银系列灭菌尼龙布鞋垫面料、铜银系列灭菌氨纶布鞋垫面料,该相容剂为聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐(PP-g-MAH)其熔融指数为1-150g/10min,接枝率为0.5-1%,该分散剂为有机蜡或硬脂酸酰胺,可以是其中任一种单一组分,也可以是混合组分,有机蜡和硬脂酸酰胺,有机蜡包括聚乙烯蜡,混合组分比例为0.1%-99.9%;该抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂或与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂复配,其受阻酚类抗氧剂为1010,受阻酚类抗氧剂与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂复配为1:1的1010/168。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铜银系列消毒灭菌除臭鞋及其制作方法和铜银系列材料,其特征在于:将铜银系列灭菌丙纶布鞋垫面料,铜银系列灭菌腈纶布鞋垫面料,铜银系列灭菌锦纶布鞋垫面料、铜银系列灭菌尼龙布鞋垫面料、铜银系列灭菌氨纶布鞋垫面料分别与PU减震鞋垫或记忆海绵减震鞋垫或聚合物减震鞋垫或pp丙纶减震鞋垫、聚酯型TPU减震鞋垫、聚醚型TPU减震鞋垫、聚碳酸酯型TPU减震鞋垫、端羟基聚丁二烯型TPU减震鞋垫进行上胶和电热烘箱粘合加固处理制成表面含铜银系列灭菌剂的减震鞋垫。
4.根据权利要求1所述的铜银系列消毒灭菌除臭鞋及其制作方法和铜银系列材料,其特征在于:在重量百分比为93%-40%的该减震鞋垫整体PU材料或记忆海绵或聚合物或pp丙纶或聚酯型、聚醚型、聚碳酸酯型、端羟基聚丁二烯型的TPU的纳米粉体或母粒原料中,分别一一对应掺入重量百分比为1.8%--40%的铜、氧化铜、氧化亚铜、铜盐、载银羟基磷酸锆钠的纳米粉体或微粒中的一种或多种组合构成的铜银系列灭菌剂,再加入5%-10%相容剂、0.1%-6%分散剂、0.1%-4%抗氧剂,各原料组成之和为100%,并分别放入高混机中混合2-10分钟,将该混合物装入熔融螺杆挤压机,加工温度为160℃-320℃,螺杆转速在180转/分-800转/分,经过熔融分别形成相分散均匀高度相容、互粘连的灭菌系列熔融体,其熔融指数为0.8-40g/10min,经过挤压和/或注塑和/或注压成型制得整体含铜银系列灭菌剂的PU减震鞋垫或整体含铜银系列灭菌剂的记忆海绵减震鞋垫或整体含铜银系列灭菌剂的pp丙纶减震鞋垫或整体含铜银系列灭菌剂的TPU减震鞋垫。
5.根据权利要求1所述的铜银系列消毒灭菌除臭鞋及其制作方法和铜银系列材料,其特征在于:在重量百分比为93%-40%的该鞋帮材料涤纶或腈纶或聚合物或pp丙纶或松紧绒或平绒或灯芯绒或毛毡或人造毛或线呢的原料的纳米粉体或母粒原料的中分别一一对应掺入重量百分比为1.8%--40%的铜、氧化铜、氧化亚铜、铜盐、载银羟基磷酸锆钠的纳米粉体或微粒中的一种或多种组合的铜银系列灭菌剂,再加入5%-10%相容剂、0.1%-6%分散剂、0.1%-4%抗氧剂,各原料组成之和为100%,并分别放入高混机中混合2-10分钟,将该混合物装入熔融螺杆挤压机,加工温度为160℃-320℃,螺杆转速在180转/分-800转/分,经过熔融分别形成相分散均匀高度相容、互粘连的灭菌系列熔融体,其熔融指数为0.8-40g/10min,经过和高压喷丝拉伸收卷或纺丝收卷织布制成制成铜银系列灭菌涤纶鞋帮里层面料或铜银系列灭菌腈纶鞋帮里层面料或铜银系列灭菌聚合物鞋帮里层面料或铜银系列灭菌pp丙纶纺粘鞋帮里层面料或铜银系列灭菌松紧绒鞋帮里层面料或铜银系列灭菌平绒鞋帮里层面料或铜银系列灭菌灯芯绒鞋帮里层面料或铜银系列灭菌毛毡鞋帮里层面料或铜银系列灭菌人造毛鞋帮里层面料或线铜银系列灭菌线呢鞋帮里层面料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的铜银系列消毒灭菌除臭鞋及其制作方法和铜银系列材料,其特征在于:在重量百分比为93%-40%的该减震鞋垫整体PU材料或记忆海绵原料或聚合物或pp丙纶或聚酯型、聚醚型、聚碳酸酯型、端羟基聚丁二烯型的TPU纳米粉体或母粒原料中,分别一一对应掺入重量百分比为1.8%--40%的铜、氧化铜、氧化亚铜、铜盐、载银羟基磷酸锆钠的纳米粉体或微粒体中的一种或多种组合形成铜银系列灭菌剂,再加入5%-10%相容剂、0.1%-6%分散剂、0.1%-4%抗氧剂,各原料组成之和为100%,并分别放入高混机中混合2-10分钟,将该混合物装入熔融螺杆挤压机,加工温度为160℃-320℃,螺杆转速在180转/分-800转/分,经过熔融分别形成相分散均匀高度相容、互粘连的铜银系列灭菌熔融体,其熔融指数为0.8-40g/10min,经过挤压和/或和高压喷丝成型或拉伸针刺成型或注塑成型制成铜银系列灭菌聚合体无纺布或铜银系列灭菌pp丙纶纺粘布或铜银系列灭菌PU材料或铜银系列灭菌记忆海绵或铜银系列灭菌聚醚型TPU或铜银系列灭菌聚碳酸酯型TPU或铜银系列灭菌端羟基聚丁二烯型的TPU,经过冲压成型或电脑控制裁床切割成型或辊压焊接剪切成型或制成单层铜银系列灭菌除臭减震鞋垫。
7.根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6所述的铜银系列消毒灭菌除臭鞋及其制作方法和铜银系列材料,其特征在于:将铜银系列消毒灭菌橡胶材质的鞋底裁断作业、大底作业、中底作业,将铜银系列灭菌涤纶鞋帮里层面料和/或铜银系列灭菌腈纶鞋帮里层面料和/或铜银系列灭菌聚合物鞋帮里层面料和/或铜银系列灭菌pp丙纶纺粘鞋帮里层面料和/或铜银系列灭菌松紧绒鞋帮里层面料或铜银系列灭菌平绒鞋帮里层面料和/或铜银系列灭菌灯芯绒鞋帮里层面料和/或铜银系列灭菌毛毡鞋帮里层面料或铜银系列灭菌人造毛鞋帮里层面料和/或铜银系列灭菌线呢鞋帮里层面料与鞋帮外面料经过针车作业制得铜银系列灭菌鞋帮,将经过裁断作业、大底作业、中底作业的铜银系列消毒灭菌鞋底与制得的铜银系列灭菌鞋帮通过后跟定型机专业、攀鞋作业、定型作业、初磨作业、擦胶及烘底作业、冷却定型作业、拔楦作业、整理作业制成铜银系列消毒灭菌除臭鞋。
8.一种铜银系列消毒灭菌除臭鞋,其特征在于:在鞋底和/或鞋帮和/或减震鞋垫的面料和/或整体材料中熔合有灭菌除臭的铜、氧化铜、氧化亚铜、铜盐、载银羟基磷酸锆钠的纳米粉体或微粒体中的一种或多种组合灭菌剂构成铜和/或银系列消毒灭菌除臭鞋。
