The appearances of the phrase "in one embodiment" in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment, nor are separate or alternative embodiments mutually exclusive of other embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a near-electric induction acousto-optic alarm safety helmet, which includes a safety helmet main body 100 and a near-electric early warning device 200.
The helmet body 100 has a conventional helmet structure, and has a top portion provided with an inner and outer through fixing hole K.
The electric approaching early warning device 200 includes a warning unit 201 installed in the fixing hole K and a main control unit 202 fixed on the inner sidewall of the helmet body 100.
The main control unit 202 includes a control module 202a and a sensing detection module 202b connected to the control module 202a, and the alarm unit 201 is connected to the control module 202 a.
The control module 202a adopts the existing logic controller or single chip microcomputer, and an alarm threshold value is preset in the control module; the sensing detection module 202b adopts an existing electric field sensing sensor, and the sensing detection module 202b can acquire a monitoring signal (electric field information) of an external environment in real time and send the monitoring signal to the control module 202 a; when the control module 202a determines that the monitoring signal from the sensing module 202b reaches the preset threshold, the control module 202a controls the alert unit 201 to perform a corresponding response action. The warning unit 201 is used for making a corresponding acousto-optic response according to a command of the control module 202a, and is used for warning field personnel.
The invention combines the near-electricity induction function with the safety helmet and adds an acousto-optic early warning prompting mode, effectively reminds operators and accompanying personnel when the operators are near electricity, and reduces the electric shock risk of electric power operation.
Further, the warning unit 201 includes a connection post 201a inserted into the fixing hole K, a light emitting diode 201b fixed at an outer end of the connection post 201a, and a speaker 201c fixed at an inner end of the connection post 201 a.
The connecting column 201a is a short column structure with the outer diameter matched with the fixing hole K, is used for installing and fixing the light emitting diode 201b and the loudspeaker 201c, and is made of insulating materials.
The led 201b and the speaker 201c are electrically connected to the control module 202a through respective wires 201 d; when the control module 202a determines that the monitoring signal from the sensing detection module 202b reaches the preset threshold, the control module 202a controls the light emitting diode 201b to emit light and controls the speaker 201c to emit sound.
Therefore, when the safety helmet is close to electricity, the alarm sound is sent out from the loudspeaker to remind a worker wearing the safety helmet; meanwhile, the diode emits flashing red warning light, and other personnel can confirm that the operator is near to the electricity through light alarm.
Further, the warning unit 201 further includes a first pressing cover 201e detachably connected to the outer end of the connecting column 201a and a second pressing cover 201f detachably connected to the inner end of the connecting column 201 a. In addition, the edge of the fixing hole K is provided with a threading groove K-1 which extends radially and can be opposite to the outer port of the threading channel 201 a-2.
One end of the pair of wires 201d is fixed in the threading channel 201a-2 and passes through the threading slot K-1, and the lead frame inserted into the insertion hole 201a-1 can contact with the end of the pair of wires 201d to realize electrical connection.
The second cover 201f has a second window 201f-1 at the center for releasing the sound of the speaker 201 c. The outer side wall of the second gland 201f is provided with a through threading port 201f-2, and a pair of electric wires 201d connected with the loudspeaker 201c can penetrate through the threading port 201f-2 outwards.
Furthermore, each module of the main control unit 202 of the present invention may be separately fixed on the inner sidewall of the helmet main body 100, or may be integrated on a circuit board, and fixed on the inner sidewall of the helmet main body 100 through the circuit board itself or through a housing covering the periphery thereof.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 to 9, the electric wire 201d of the present invention is two segments connected to each other, wherein one segment is connected to the led 201 b/speaker 201c, and the other segment is connected to the control module 202a, and the two segments of electric wire 201d respectively form a bare electric wire connection end, and are detachably connected through the wire connector 300, so as to implement a modular design of circuit connection, and facilitate assembly/replacement of modular electronic devices.
Specifically, the electrical connector 300 includes a housing 301 having a receiving space M therein, and a pair of power modules 302 symmetrically disposed inside the housing 301 along a longitudinal direction.
The housing 301 is a slot structure with an opening at one side, and is made of an insulating material (such as plastic), and includes a pair of first side plates 301a parallel to each other, a pair of end plates 301b respectively disposed at two ends of the first side plates 301a, and a second side plate 301c connected between edges of the two first side plates 301 a.
The end plates 301b at both ends of the housing 301 have a first opening and a second opening, respectively. The first opening and the second opening are respectively provided with a partition board 301d extending inwards along the longitudinal direction to divide the first opening and the second opening into a pair of first plug wire ports M-1 and a pair of second plug wire ports M-2 for inserting exposed wire connecting ends. The partition 301d enables two electric wires inserted into the same end of the housing 301 not to be short-circuited.
The two power connection sets 302 are symmetrically fixed in the accommodating space M along the longitudinal direction, and the two power connection sets 302 are respectively located at two sides of the partition 301 d.
The electric connection set 302 includes an engagement section 302a embedded and fixed on the inner side of the first side plate 301a, and a first elastic extrusion head 302b and a second elastic extrusion head 302c symmetrically disposed at two ends of the engagement section 302a along the transverse direction. The engaging section 302a and the first and second elastic squeezing heads 302b and 302c at both ends thereof are preferably integrally formed metal copper members, the engaging section 302a extends longitudinally in the first side plate 301a, and a groove 301a-1 matched with the engaging section 302a is provided in the first side plate 301a for embedding the engaging section 302 a.
A pair of power connection units 302 located on both sides of the partition 301d together include four elastic extrusion heads, specifically: the first elastic extrusion heads 302b of the two power connection sets 302 respectively correspond to a pair of first plug wire ports M-1 at one end of the housing 301, and the second elastic extrusion heads 302c of the two power connection sets 302 respectively correspond to a pair of second plug wire ports M-2 at the other end of the housing 301. The elastic extrusion heads are in one-to-one correspondence with the plug wire ports, so that the electric wire connecting ends inserted into the plug wire ports can be connected with the corresponding elastic extrusion heads, and the electric connection is realized.
Threading spaces M-3 are formed between the first elastic pressing heads 302b and the second elastic pressing heads 302c and the second side plate 301c of the housing 301, and are used for laterally pressing and fixing the inserted electric wire connection ends by the elastic pressing heads, and the side surfaces of the first elastic pressing heads 302b and the second elastic pressing heads 302c corresponding to the threading spaces M-3 are partially provided with check coatings T. The non-return coating T is made of flexible anti-slip materials (such as silica gel and rubber) and used for preventing the anti-slip and anti-drop of the wire connecting end.
Preferably, the first elastic extrusion head 302B and the second elastic extrusion head 302c have the same structure, and both of them include a slope plate B-1 fixed to the end of the engagement section 302a and extending inward, and a pressing plate B-2 fixed to the end of the slope plate B-1; the slope board B-1 and the pressing board B-2 can both generate elastic deformation, and the joint of the slope board B-1 and the pressing board B-2 is bent to form an obtuse angle. The non-return coating T is arranged at the joint of the slope plate B-1 and the pressure plate B-2, and a threading space M-3 exists between the pressure plate B-2 and the second side plate 301c of the shell 301.
Therefore, after the electric wire connecting end is inserted into the threading space M-3 from any wire inserting port, the corresponding slope plate B-1 can be jacked open and is contacted with the pressing plate B-2; when the wire 201d tends to retreat and fall off, the elastic extrusion head can extrude the wire 201d in the lateral direction more compactly by the friction force of the non-return coating T, and the wire 201d cannot fall off. The invention thus defines: the width of the threading space M-3 is smaller than the outer diameter of the wire core of the wire connecting end.
Further, in order to facilitate the insertion of the electric wire connection end into the threading space M-3 through any wire insertion port, the present invention provides the outer edge of each partition 301d with an edge shape for wire splitting and guiding (the pair of electric wires 201d are divided into two paths, and inserted into the corresponding threading space M-3 through two first wire insertion ports M-1/a pair of second wire insertion ports M-2 at the same end, respectively).
Further, a fastener 303 is disposed between the power modules 302.
The fastener 303 includes an elastic curved plate 303a that spans between the two end plates 301b and a push plate 303b fixed at the center of the elastic curved plate 303 a.
The two ends of the elastic arc-shaped plate 303a are respectively fixed (preferably integrally formed or fixed by ultrasonic welding) with the edges of the two end plates 301b of the housing 301, and the material of the elastic arc-shaped plate is the same as that of the housing 301 and is made of tough plastic. The elastic arc-shaped plate 303a longitudinally spans the outer side of each elastic extrusion head and is positioned between the connecting sections 302a of the two power receiving groups 302 to form an arc-shaped structure, which can form different convex/concave states through outward/inward deformation. When the elastic arc-shaped plate 303a is in the concave shape, all the elastic extrusion heads can be pressed simultaneously to uniformly apply lateral confining pressure.
The pushing plate 303b is integrally formed with the elastic arc-shaped plate 303a, and is perpendicular to the center of the elastic arc-shaped plate 303a, and is isolated between the first elastic extrusion head 302b and the second elastic extrusion head 302c of each power connection set 302.
The second side plate 301c is provided with a through hole 301c-1 matched with the push plate 303 b.
In addition, an L-shaped elastic angle plate B-3 is fixedly connected between the slope plate B-1 and the pressing plate B-2 (one end of the L-shaped elastic angle plate B-3 is integrally formed on the inner side face of the slope plate B-1, the other end of the L-shaped elastic angle plate B-3 is integrally formed at the tail end of the pressing plate B-2), and the L-shaped elastic angle plate B-3 forms an angle B-31 facing the elastic arc-shaped plate 303 a. When the elastic arc-shaped plate 303a is concave, the break angle B-31 of the L-shaped elastic angle plate B-3 can be extruded, and at the moment, the pressure can be respectively transmitted to the slope plate B-1 and the pressing plate B-2 through the L-shaped elastic angle plate B-3, so that the pressing plate B-2 can be more tightly pressed on the outer side surface of the wire connecting end.
In summary, the wiring process of the wire connector 300 of the present invention is as follows: when the wire connecting ends of two segments of wires 201d are inserted into the corresponding threading spaces M-3 from the first wire plugging port M-1 and the pair of second wire plugging ports M-2 at the two ends of the wire connector 300, respectively, the wire connecting ends can contact with the pressing plate B-2, and the elastic arc-shaped plate 303a can be concavely deformed by pressing the outward-protruding elastic arc-shaped plate 303a and pressed on the folding angle B-31 of the L-shaped elastic angle plate B-3, and meanwhile, the pressing plate 303B can penetrate out of the through opening 301 c-1.
It should be noted that: when the pressure of the fastening member 303 on each elastic extrusion head needs to be removed, only the end of the pushing plate 303b extending out of the through hole 301c-1 needs to be pressed to push the elastic arc-shaped plate 303a and make it return to the convex shape (at this time, the elastic arc-shaped plate 303a is separated from each elastic extrusion head).
