Description

Cigarette humidifying method and humidifying device
Technical Field
The invention relates to a humidifying method for tobacco products, in particular to a humidifying method for formed cigarette rods.
The invention also relates to a cigarette humidifying device used in the cigarette humidifying method.
Background
Cigarette cigarettes or tobacco products are the basic raw materials for smoking, and the tobacco leaves and tobacco shreds of the tobacco products are all processed by leaves of tobacco plants. Natural tobacco contains a large amount of moisture and is not suitable for direct smoking, and the moisture of the sun-dried and roasted tobacco leaves is reduced, but the over-dried tobacco leaves are also difficult to smoke. For example, it is generally considered that when the moisture content is 10% or less, the dried tobacco leaves are brittle and easily broken and scattered, and thus, fine tobacco surfaces or tobacco powders are generated. During combustion, smaller granular cigarette ash can be generated and enter the oral cavity along with the smoke, and the smoke powder and the smoke surface can block a suction airflow channel. And the smoke generated when the over-dried tobacco products are burnt has a spicy feeling when being sucked, and the taste is not good. Most importantly, the burning temperature of the drier tobacco products causes the high tar content in the smoke and the high smoke temperature.
Tobacco products are therefore generally manufactured, stored, transported and used at preferred temperatures and humidities, especially where humidity is an issue. The optimum smoking humidity of tobacco products such as common cigarette is that the moisture content is between 10 and 15 percent, the dry feeling is generated when the moisture content is lower than 10 percent, and the tobacco products are not easy to burn when the moisture content is higher than 15 percent.
Although the existing cigarette packaging adopts a method of sealing and packaging the cigarettes by tinfoil and plastic films, even if the sealing condition is good, the moisture content gradually evaporates along with the prolonging of the storage time, and the moisture content is reduced, especially in a dry environment.
The cigarette that people smoked at ordinary times, it is very easy to dehydrate dry, someone dips in water before smoking, but the cigarette that dips in water although some water soaks, the moisture distributes unevenly, and the part that does not soak is still dry, and the part that soaks is difficult for lighting again. Some people also insert the filter tip of the cigarette into water and suck air from the other end of the cigarette through a mouth to achieve the purpose of moistening the cigarette through moisture rising, but the method results in that water is directly absorbed into the cigarette filter, so that the method is not elegant, and water is sucked into the filter tip and the cigarette to influence smoking and filtering effects.
In view of the defects, the inventor designs a method for humidifying cigarette rods, which can realize instant humidifying and moisture regaining of dry cigarette rods and achieve better smoking humidity.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments and drawings, but the specific embodiments are only for explaining the technical solutions of the invention, and any description thereof does not affect the limitation of the protection scope.
Example 1:
fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the cigarette humidifying device of the present embodiment, which is a simpler cigarette humidifying device of the present invention.
As shown in figure 1, the main part of the device is a water container 11, clean water 9 is contained in the water container 11, a top sealing cover 6 is arranged on the water container 11, the clean water 9 is sealed in the water container 11 by the top sealing cover 6, a sealed air chamber 8 is formed, air tightness is guaranteed, and air leakage is avoided.
An atomization aeration head 10 which does not need external energy is arranged in the water container 11, and the aeration position of the atomization aeration head 10 is positioned below the water surface of the clean water 9. The atomizing aeration head 10 is a microporous device with a downward opening, and can disperse the gas in the atomizing aeration head 10 into the clean water 9 through micropores, then the dispersed bubbles rise in the clean water 9, and part of the clean water 9 and the gas are mixed and enter the closed air chamber 8 in the rising process to form gas containing water vapor.
The upper end of the atomizing aeration head 10 is connected with an air inlet pipeline 7, and the other end of the air inlet pipeline 7 extends out of the water container 11 through the sealing cover 6 and can be communicated with external air flow.
In addition, the sealing cover 6 of the water container is also provided with an air outlet pipeline 5, one end of the air outlet pipeline 5 extends into the water container 11, but the opening of the air outlet pipeline is positioned in the sealed air chamber 8 above the liquid level of the clean water 9. The other end of the air outlet pipeline 5 is connected with a cigarette butt joint port 4. The cigarette butt joint port 4 shown in the figure is in a disc shape with a central opening, and the inner diameter of the disc is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the corresponding cigarette body 2, so that the cigarette can be axially and hermetically placed in the butt joint port 4. Meanwhile, the diameter of the central opening is smaller than that of the cigarette body 2, which is equivalent to that a clamping and stopping device is arranged for the cigarette to ensure that the cigarette is stably placed and cannot enter the air outlet pipeline 5. Of course, the disc-shaped cigarette butt joint in the drawing can be completely in a circular tube shape so as to ensure that the cigarette is stably placed in the disc-shaped cigarette butt joint. It is also required that the inner diameter of the circular tube shape corresponds to the diameter of a cigarette rod.
The device forms the basic structure of the cigarette humidifying device of the embodiment, when in specific use, clean water 9 is firstly required to be ensured in the water container 11, the water container 11 is placed right, and the air inlet pipeline 7 and the air outlet pipeline 5 are both positioned at the top of the water container 11. The far end (i.e. the exposed end of the tobacco shred) of the cigarette is placed in the cigarette butt joint port 4, and the cigarette paper 3 and the butt joint port 4 are in a sealed butt joint state.
At this time, the suction action can be performed from the position of the filter tip 1, the suction action generates negative pressure suction pressure, the suction pressure passes through the filter tip 1 and the cigarette body 2 of the cigarette, and the cigarette paper 3 of the cigarette body 2 has certain tightness and serves as an airflow channel. The suction negative pressure is transmitted into the closed air chamber 8, the air pressure in the closed air chamber 8 is reduced, along with the reduction of the air pressure, gas enters the atomizing aeration head 10 through the air inlet pipeline 7, is dispersed into small bubbles through the atomizing aeration head 10, enters the clean water 9, and then continuously rises to the closed air chamber 8 to form air flow. The air current that forms at this moment is the air current of passing through water of atomizing aeration head 10, contains a large amount of steam, after moisture-containing air current axial passes through cigarette body 2, alright make the pipe tobacco water content of cigarette body 2 increase, and then can reach the purpose of humidification regain.
The cigarette humidifying process of the device can be realized by suction action, and can also be realized by blowing air into the air inlet pipeline 7 and applying positive pressure. Specifically, after the cigarette is placed on the butt joint port 4, air is blown inwards from the outer end of the air inlet pipeline 7, the blown air flow enters the closed air chamber 8 through the atomization aeration head 10 and the clean water 9, then flows to the cigarette butt joint port 4 through the air outlet pipeline 5 and is blown out through the cigarette body 2, and the moisture-containing air flow also passes through the cigarette tobacco shreds, so that the purpose of humidifying and dampening is achieved.
In the above-mentioned embodiment of the apparatus and method, the content of the moisture in the air stream is increased by natural aeration and atomization through the atomization aeration head 10, so that the content of the moisture in the closed air chamber 8 and the moisture-containing air stream may be relatively insufficient, and the droplets of the moisture may be relatively large, thereby causing the humidification and moisture regain time to be longer. In fact, when the structure is used for humidifying cigarettes containing 5% of water, ten seconds are generally required for humidifying cigarettes containing 10% of water. But basically can meet the purpose of users and achieve the effects of humidification and moisture regaining.
This embodiment also can adopt the structure of simplifying relatively, does not set up sealed lid 6 and gas outlet pipe way 6, with the opening of flourishing water container 10 direct butt joint cigarette far end, gas inlet pipe way 7 gets into from flourishing water container's side, also can realize the effect of this embodiment.

It is necessary to increase the amount and generation rate of the moisture, and therefore, a natural atomizing aeration head 10 structure is not provided, but an electric heating atomizing device 13 is provided in the water container 11. With electric heat atomizing device 13 through the heating with partial clear water 9 vaporization atomizing, increase the steam content in the air current and reduce the water droplet diameter, gas outlet pipe way 5 passes through inner tube 12 with electric heat atomizing device 13 again and is connected, the steam that makes electric heat atomizing device 13 produce directly draws forth cigarette butt joint mouth 4 department through gas outlet pipe way 5, because the steam content in the air current is higher, the granularity is littleer, through the cigarette more easily dispersion when propping up cigarette with adsorbing the pipe tobacco surface, this kind of moisture steam circulation is when propping up cigarette this moment, can be with the water content cigarette of 5% in 2 seconds humidification to 10% water content.
In this structure, the electrothermal atomizing device 13 can be converted into an ultrasonic atomizing device, and the same function and purpose as those of the present embodiment can be achieved. The electric heating atomization device 13, the ultrasonic atomization device and the atomization aeration head 10 can also be used in combination. However, since the electric atomizing or ultrasonic atomizing device is provided, a power supply and a control device are required to be additionally provided.
