Abstract
A nutritious food is prepared from semen Pisi Sativi protein powder, rhizoma Amorphophalli powder, black currant fiber powder, chia seed, resistant dextrin, inulin, stevioside, oleum Lini powder, oleum Cocois and butter mixed oil powder, alkalized cocoa powder, Plantago ovata seed husk powder, oat fiber powder, arginine, tryptophan, compound mineral substance, compound vitamin, and edible sea salt. The invention has simple preparation process, low cost and comprehensive nutrition. In addition, the nutritional meal provided by the invention is placed in the shell, and the rotating shaft and the stirring rod are arranged in the shell, so that the caking phenomenon of the nutritional meal after being placed for a long time can be prevented, and the edible taste is ensured.

Preferably, the preparation method comprises the step of uniformly mixing pea protein powder, konjac powder, blackcurrant fiber powder, chia seeds, resistant dextrin, inulin, stevioside, linseed oil powder, coconut oil and butter mixed oil powder, alkalized cocoa powder, psyllium husk powder, oat fiber powder, arginine, tryptophan, compound minerals, compound vitamins and edible sea salt in parts.
Preferably, the compound mineral comprises calcium lactate, calcium hydrogen phosphate, magnesium sulfate, maltodextrin, ferric pyrophosphate and zinc gluconate.
Preferably, the compound vitamin comprises L-ascorbic acid, maltodextrin, DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate, nicotinic acid, riboflavin, vitamin A, D-calcium pantothenate, thiamine hydrochloride, pyridoxine hydrochloride, folic acid, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin, and selenium yeast.
A preparation method of a nutritional meal comprises the following steps: the preparation method comprises the following steps:
s1: processing raw materials, namely selecting high-quality food materials respectively, cleaning the food materials, airing the food materials at 15-25 ℃, grinding the food materials into powder, and sieving the powder with a 80-mesh sieve for later use;
s2: quantitatively weighing pea protein powder, konjac powder, blackcurrant fiber powder, chia seeds, resistant dextrin, inulin, stevioside, linseed oil powder, coconut oil butter mixed oil fat powder, alkalized cocoa powder, plantain seed husk powder, oat fiber powder, arginine, tryptophan, compound mineral substances, compound vitamins and edible sea salt according to the components;
s3: mixing, namely uniformly mixing pea protein powder, konjac powder, blackcurrant fiber powder, chia seeds, resistant dextrin, inulin, stevioside, linseed oil powder, coconut oil butter mixed oil fat powder, alkalized cocoa powder, plantain seed hull powder, oat fiber powder, arginine, tryptophan, compound mineral substances, compound vitamins and edible sea salt in parts;
s4: baking, namely baking the uniformly mixed powder at 200 ℃ for 20-30 minutes.

Preferably, a motor for driving the rotating shaft to rotate is arranged on the second moisture-proof pad.
Preferably, the rotating upper end is connected with a second moisture-proof pad in an inserting mode through a second groove, and the bottom end of the rotating shaft is connected with a first moisture-proof pad in an inserting mode through a first groove.

Example 2:
30 parts of pea protein powder, 10 parts of konjac flour, 6 parts of blackcurrant fiber powder, 16 parts of chia seed, 5 parts of resistant dextrin, 8 parts of inulin, a small amount of stevioside, 1 part of linseed oil powder, 1 part of coconut oil butter mixed fat powder, 12 parts of alkalized cocoa powder, 5 parts of psyllium husk powder, 7 parts of oat fiber powder, 0.7 part of arginine, 0.3 part of tryptophan, 2 parts of compound mineral substances, 1 part of compound vitamin and 1 part of edible sea salt, placing the uniformly mixed powder at 200 ℃ for baking for 25 minutes, and subpackaging according to 48 boxes, 5 bags and 50 g by weight of one box.

32 parts of pea protein powder, 10 parts of konjac powder, 5 parts of blackcurrant fiber powder, 18 parts of chia seed, 4 parts of resistant dextrin, 7 parts of inulin, a small amount of stevioside, 2 parts of linseed oil powder, 2 parts of coconut oil butter mixed fat powder, 10 parts of alkalized cocoa powder, 5 parts of psyllium husk powder, 5 parts of oat fiber powder, 0.7 part of arginine, 0.3 part of tryptophan, 2 parts of compound mineral substances, 1 part of compound vitamin and 1 part of edible sea salt, placing the uniformly mixed powder at 200 ℃ for baking for 30 minutes, and subpackaging according to 48 boxes, 5 bags and 50 g by weight of one box.

The nutrition meal is stored in the shell 1, as shown in fig. 1, the shell 1 comprises a first moisture-proof pad 2 arranged at the lower end of the shell 1 and a second moisture-proof pad 3 arranged at the upper end of the shell 1, a rotating shaft 5 is arranged on the first moisture-proof pad 2 in the shell 1, and a first stirring rod 10, a second stirring rod 9, a third stirring rod 8 and a fourth stirring rod 7 for stirring are arranged on the rotating shaft 5. First stirring rod 10 is including locating terminal portion 12 of bending and the first connecting portion 11 and the second connecting portion 6 that cup joint with rotation axis 5, rotation axis 5 both sides are located to first stirring rod 10 and third stirring rod 8, second stirring rod 9 and fourth stirring rod 7 are central symmetry setting with third stirring rod 8. And the second moisture-proof pad 3 is provided with a motor 4 for driving the rotating shaft 5 to rotate. The upper end of the rotating shaft 5 is connected with the second moisture-proof pad 3 through a second groove 401 in an inserting mode, and the bottom end of the rotating shaft 5 is connected with the first moisture-proof pad 2 through a first groove 201 in an inserting mode. A third moisture-proof pad 101 for moisture-proof is arranged on the inner side of the shell 1.
When the food mixing machine is used specifically, food mixing powder is placed in the shell 1, and the motor 4 is started to drive the rotating shaft 5 to rotate during eating, so that the first stirring rod 10, the second stirring rod 9, the third stirring rod 8 and the fourth stirring rod 7 are driven to rotate. First puddler 10 and third puddler 8 locate 5 both sides of rotation axis, second puddler 9 and fourth puddler 7 are central symmetry setting with third puddler 8 to guarantee the stirring of nutrition meal powder. In addition, the tail ends of the second stirring rod 9 and the fourth stirring rod 7 are provided with pointed ends, the first stirring rod 10 comprises a bending part 12 arranged at the tail end and a first connecting part 11 and a second connecting part 6 which are sleeved with the rotating shaft 5, and the bending part 12 is bent, so that the caking part of meal replacement powder can be rapidly crushed into powder in the stirring process. In addition, the first moisture-proof pad 2, the second moisture-proof pad 3 and the third moisture-proof pad 101 can also play a role in preventing moisture.

The nutritional meal is characterized by comprising 20-35 parts of pea protein powder, 10-20 parts of konjac powder, 3-10 parts of blackcurrant fiber powder, 9-20 parts of chia seed, 2-10 parts of resistant dextrin, 3-8 parts of inulin, 0-3 parts of stevioside, 1-4 parts of linseed oil powder, 1-5 parts of coconut oil butter mixed oil powder, 8-15 parts of alkalized cocoa powder, 3-9 parts of Plantago ovata seed husk powder, 3-10 parts of oat fiber powder, 0.3-1.2 parts of arginine, 0.1-0.8 part of tryptophan, 1-5 parts of composite mineral substances, 0.1-3 parts of composite vitamins and 0.3-2 parts of edible sea salt.
2. The nutritional meal of claim 1 wherein the complex minerals comprise calcium hydrogen phosphate, magnesium sulfate, maltodextrin, ferric pyrophosphate, and zinc gluconate.
3. The nutritional meal of claim 1, wherein the multivitamins comprise L-ascorbic acid, maltodextrin, DL-a-tocopheryl acetate, niacin, riboflavin, vitamin A, D-pantothenate, thiamine hydrochloride, pyridoxine hydrochloride, folic acid, cholecalciferol, and cyanocobalamin.
4. A preparation method of a nutritious food is characterized in that: the preparation method comprises the following steps:
s1: processing raw materials, namely selecting high-quality food materials respectively, cleaning the food materials, airing the food materials at 15-25 ℃, grinding the food materials into powder, and sieving the powder with a 80-mesh sieve for later use;
