In some embodiments, the circuit 13 is a main circuit of the headset 1, and includes a speaker, a circuit board, a chip, a bluetooth module, a peripheral circuit, and the like.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the headset 1 may further include a conductive connection portion 14, and the conductive connection portion 14 electrically connects the first metal housing 111 and the second metal housing 121. In some embodiments, the circuit 13 is separately electrically fed to the first metal housing 111 and the second metal housing 121. The battery compartment 11 and the circuit compartment 12 of the earphone disclosed by the present disclosure each include a metal housing, so that the earphone has a metal body, and in addition, the circuit 13 is respectively connected to the first metal housing 111 and the second metal housing 121 through feeding, so that the first metal housing 111 and the second metal housing 121 become radiation antennas, and the conductive connection portion 14 becomes a ground, on one hand, the circuit, the battery, and the like of the earphone are wrapped inside the first metal housing 111 and the second metal housing 121, thereby shielding the influence of stray signals of the circuit 13, the battery, and the like on the antenna performance, and effectively protecting the antenna; on the other hand, because an additional earphone antenna is not arranged in the circuit bin 12, the internal space of the earphone is saved, and the cost of the earphone is also reduced. In addition, since the first metal housing 111 and the second metal housing 121 of the earphone 1 are made to be radiation antennas, the area of the antennas is maximized, which is beneficial to improving the radiation efficiency of the antennas.
In some embodiments, the circuit compartment 12 is physically connected to the battery compartment 11, either directly or indirectly. In some embodiments, the conductive connection 14 may be part of the circuit compartment 12 or the battery compartment 11, and the circuit compartment 12 and the battery compartment 11 may be considered to be directly physically connected. In some embodiments, the circuit compartment 12 and the battery compartment 11 may be indirectly physically connected through a conductive connection 14 or an insulating material (e.g., a non-metallic structural member as described below). In some embodiments, the ground line of the circuit 13 is electrically connected to the conductive connection 14.
In some embodiments, the first metal shell 111, the second metal shell 121 and the conductive connection portion 14 may be made of low-density high-strength alloy, but other suitable metal materials, such as gold, silver, nickel, etc., may be used.
In some embodiments, conductive connection 14 is hollow, and the batteries in battery compartment 11 are electrically connected to circuitry 13 via power cords to provide power to the circuitry, wherein the power cords are encased in conductive connection 14. In some embodiments, the conductive connection portion 14 has a hollow tubular shape through which the power cord passes to electrically connect the battery and the circuit 13. By wrapping the power supply line in the conductive connection portion 14, signal interference of the power supply line to the first metal case 111 and the second metal case 121 as the antenna is avoided. In some embodiments, the power line includes a metal wire, a metal screw, or a metal spring. In some embodiments, the material of the power supply line may include any suitable metal such as aluminum, copper, and the like.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the circuit 13 is connected to the first metal case 111 and the second metal case 121 by feeding through the first signal line 15 and the second signal line 16, respectively. In some embodiments, the first signal line 15 and the second signal line 16 each independently comprise a metal wire, a metal screw, or a metal spring. In some embodiments, the material of the first signal line 15 and the second signal line 16 may include any suitable metal material such as copper, aluminum, and the like. In some embodiments, the first signal wire 15 and the second signal wire 16 may be wrapped in a metal tube. In some embodiments, the metal tube may comprise any suitable metal, such as aluminum, copper, and the like. In some embodiments, the first signal wire 15 and the second signal wire 16 may be encased in the same metal tube. In some embodiments, the first signal wire 15 and the second signal wire 16 may be wrapped in different metal tubes. By wrapping the first signal line 15 and the second signal line 16 in the metal tube, interference of the first signal line and the second signal line with the antenna of the earphone is avoided.
In some embodiments, the battery compartment 11 and the circuit compartment 12 are physically connected by a non-metallic structural member. In some embodiments, the non-metallic structural member may surround the conductive connection 14. In some embodiments, the conductive connection 14 may be plated around the non-metallic structural member. In some embodiments, the non-metallic structural members may comprise plastic, resin (e.g., FR4 resin), or other suitable material. In this manner, the non-metallic structural member and the conductive connection 14 collectively function as a structural support and connection.
In some embodiments, the battery compartment 11, the circuit compartment 12, and the conductive connection 14 are integrally formed. By integrally forming the battery compartment 11, the circuit compartment 12 and the conductive connecting part 14, the overall structural strength of the earphone 1 is improved, and the aesthetic degree of the earphone 1 is also improved. In addition, the conductive connection 14 serves as a short-circuit point of the radiator, which is equivalent to an inductance of the ground, and forms a conventional IFA antenna. In addition, the integrated design of the antenna and the body of the earphone 1 also reduces the cost of the earphone.
In some embodiments, the surfaces of the first and second metal cases 111 and 121 are formed with an insulating film. In some embodiments, the insulating film is formed on the outer surfaces of the first and second metal cases 111 and 121 by plating the insulating film. In some embodiments, the metal case of the headset 1 does not conduct electricity with the human body when worn by forming an insulating film on the surfaces of the first metal case 111 and the second metal case 121.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the metal body of the earphone (i.e., the first metal case 111 and the second metal case 121) is an antenna itself, and no additional antenna material is required. Fig. 3 shows a schematic resonance diagram of the antenna of the present disclosure, and it can be seen from the diagram that the earphone antenna provided in this embodiment covers a frequency band from 2.4GHz to 2.5GHz, and has a better radiation characteristic. It should be understood that the first metal housing 111 and the second metal housing 121 as the antenna of the present disclosure may be used not only for radiating a signal but also as an antenna for receiving a signal. Further, the antenna of the headset 1 of the embodiment of the present disclosure is based on the bluetooth antenna design, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
