Thus, features defined as "first", "second", may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of the described features. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless specifically defined otherwise.
The embodiment of the application provides a prompting method, a prompting device, a storage medium and a mobile terminal.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a prompting method provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the prompting method is applied to a mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal is any intelligent electronic device with a mobile communication function, such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, and a smart watch. As shown in fig. 1, the prompting method provided in this embodiment mainly includes steps S101 to S103, which are described as follows:
step S101: and outputting the first clock frequency to a frequency conversion module for converting the first clock frequency to a second clock frequency, wherein the frequency conversion module is arranged on a card holder for mounting the subscriber identity module.
It is easily understood that the mobile terminal performs the installation of the subscriber identity card by inserting the card holder, in which the subscriber identity card is installed, into the card slot of the mobile terminal, and thus, an output contact point, which outputs the first clock frequency to the frequency conversion module when the input terminal of the frequency conversion module is in contact with the output contact point on the card slot, may be provided in the card slot.
In some embodiments, the mobile terminal may output the first clock frequency to the frequency conversion module upon receiving the frequency output instruction. For example, a sensor may be disposed at an opening of the card slot, and when the sensor senses that the card holder enters the card slot, a frequency output command is generated, and in response to the frequency output command, the mobile terminal outputs the first clock frequency to the frequency conversion module. It is worth noting that the sensor can be arranged at a position where the opening of the clamping groove is deep, and the sensor is prevented from sensing mistakenly.
Specifically, the frequency conversion module may convert the first clock frequency into the second clock frequency according to a preset ratio, for example, the frequency conversion module may down-convert the input clock by N times. The first clock frequency is a preset clock frequency, and the preset clock frequency is determined according to a frequency conversion module arranged on a card holder matched with the mobile terminal.
Step S102: and judging whether the card holder of the frequency conversion module is matched with the card slot of the mobile terminal according to the second clock frequency, and executing the step S103 if the card holder of the frequency conversion module is not matched with the card slot of the mobile terminal.
In some embodiments, the clock conversion module may be electrically connected to the subscriber identity module, and step S102 may specifically include: outputting the second clock frequency to the subscriber identity card; judging whether the user identification card works normally or not; if the user identification card works normally, determining that a card holder where the frequency conversion module is located is matched with a card slot of the mobile terminal; and if the subscriber identity module card does not work normally, determining that the card support where the frequency conversion module is located is not matched with the card slot of the mobile terminal.
It is easy to understand that if the subscriber identity card wants to be used normally, the mobile terminal is required to supply power and provide a normal working frequency, so the frequency conversion module can be electrically connected with the subscriber identity card, and when the mobile terminal provides the first clock frequency to the frequency conversion module, the frequency conversion module can convert the first clock frequency into the second clock frequency and output the second clock frequency to the subscriber identity card, so that the subscriber identity card works normally. For example, if the frequency conversion module is used to down-convert the input clock by N times, the clock frequency required by the subscriber identity card to operate normally is P1The first clock frequency should be N times P1
For example, please refer to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a card holder according to an embodiment of the present application, wherein fig. 2 illustrates a direction of a frequency conversion module facing a viewer. As shown in fig. 2, the card holder 100 is provided with a frequency conversion module 101, wherein the position of the frequency conversion module 101 is arranged corresponding to the position of the contact 201 of the subscriber identity card 200, and when the subscriber identity card 200 is mounted on the card holder 100 by a user, the contact 201 is in contact with the frequency conversion module 101, so that the frequency conversion module 101 is electrically connected with the subscriber identity card.
It is easy to understand that the first clock frequency of the mobile terminal input frequency conversion module is preset, and the proportion of the frequency conversion module to frequency conversion is also preset, so if a user uses an unmatched card holder to install a subscriber identification card, the subscriber identification card cannot normally work even if the frequency conversion module inputs the converted second clock frequency to the subscriber identification card, and therefore, whether the card holder is matched with the mobile terminal can be judged by judging whether the subscriber identification card normally works, and if the subscriber identification card is not matched, the user is reminded in subsequent steps, so that the fine deformation of the internal structure of a card slot caused by the fact that the user carelessly uses an incorrect card holder is avoided, and even the mobile terminal is damaged by short circuit.
In some embodiments, step S102 may generally include: acquiring a second clock frequency; judging whether the second clock frequency is a preset clock frequency or not; if the second clock frequency is the preset clock frequency, determining that the card holder where the frequency conversion module is located is matched with the card slot of the mobile terminal; and if the second clock frequency is not the preset frequency, determining that the card support where the frequency conversion module is located is not matched with the card slot of the mobile terminal.
It is easily understood that an input contact may be provided on the card slot, and the second clock frequency is acquired when the frequency conversion module converts the first clock frequency into the second clock frequency. Specifically, the predetermined frequency is determined according to the first clock frequency and a conversion ratio of the frequency conversion module, for example, the conversion ratio of the card holder matched with the first terminal is one fourth, and the predetermined frequency can be predetermined to be two hertz if the first clock frequency predetermined by the first terminal is eight hertz.
In this embodiment, can set up the output contact point and the input contact point on the draw-in groove at the draw-in groove opening part, hold in the palm the one end that gets into the draw-in groove preferentially with the frequency conversion module setting at the card, make when the user installation card holds in the palm, only need hold in the palm the one end that is provided with the frequency conversion module with the card and put into the draw-in groove, and with the output contact point and the input contact point contact on the draw-in groove, alright judge this card at once holds in the palm whether to match with the draw-in groove, if not match, point the user is reminded at once, make the user in time change the draw-in groove, both can improve the speed of judging, can avoid the whole damage of putting into the draw-in groove to the draw-in groove structure of card support again.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is another schematic structural diagram of the card holder provided in the embodiment of the present application, wherein fig. 3 illustrates a direction of the frequency conversion module facing a viewer. The frequency conversion module 102 of the card holder 100 is disposed at an end of the card holder 100 that preferentially enters the card slot, and does not contact the contacts 201 of the subscriber identity card 200. If the card slot opening is provided with the output contact point and the input contact point, when the user installs the card holder 100, when one end of the card holder 100, where the frequency conversion module 102 is installed, is inserted into the card slot and contacts with the output contact point and the input contact point, it can be immediately determined whether the card holder 100 is matched with the card slot of the mobile terminal, so that the determination speed and efficiency are improved.
In some embodiments, the prompting method may further include: and if the card support where the frequency conversion module is located is not matched with the card slot of the mobile terminal, stopping supplying power to the user identification card carried by the card support.
Specifically, when it is detected that the card holder is not matched with the card slot, the power supply to the user identification card carried by the card holder is stopped, so that the user can be prompted to replace the card holder in time. In order to avoid that the user mistakenly thinks that the user identification card is damaged, the user can be prompted when the power supply to the user identification card carried by the card holder is stopped.
In some embodiments, in order to avoid that the power supply to the subscriber identification card is stopped when the user needs to use the card holder urgently currently, which may affect the use of the user, before the step "stop the power supply to the subscriber identification card carried by the card holder", the method may further include: displaying a prompt dialog box, wherein the prompt dialog box comprises an event display area and a selection area, the event display area is used for inquiring whether a user stops supplying power to a user identification card carried by the card holder, and the selection area is provided with a first button and a second button; and if the user clicks the first button, the power supply is continuously supplied to the user identification card carried by the card support. And if the user clicks the second button, stopping supplying power to the user identification card carried by the card support.
For example, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a prompt dialog box provided in the embodiment of the present application, before power supply to a subscriber identity card is stopped, a mobile terminal 1000 displays the prompt dialog box 300, where the prompt dialog box 300 includes an event display area 310 and a selection area 320, where characters for inquiring whether a user stops power supply to the subscriber identity card carried by a card holder are displayed on the event display area 310, a first button 321 and a second button 322 are disposed on the selection area 320, if the user clicks the first button 321, it may be considered that the user needs to use the card holder urgently, power supply to the subscriber identity card lying across the card holder is continued, and if the user clicks the second button 322, power supply to the subscriber identity card is stopped.
Step S103: and prompting the user to replace the card holder.
Specifically, if the card holder is not matched with the card slot of the mobile terminal, fine deformation of the internal structure of the card slot may be caused, and further, the mobile terminal may have conditions of bad SIM card contact, intermittent card falling, and the like, which may seriously affect user experience, so that when it is determined that the card holder is not matched with the card holder of the mobile terminal, the user is prompted to change the card holder,
in some embodiments, step S103 may specifically include: and displaying a preset text box on the terminal screen, wherein prompt information for prompting a user to replace the card support is displayed on the preset text box.
For example, as shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a preset text box provided in the embodiment of the present application, and when it is determined that a currently installed card holder does not match with a card slot of a mobile terminal, the preset text box 400 is displayed on a user interface of the mobile terminal 1000, and a prompt message for prompting a user to replace the card holder is displayed in the preset text box 400.
It is easy to understand that when the user performs the operation of installing the card holder, the user may not pay attention to the terminal screen, and therefore, when the preset text box and/or the prompt dialog box is displayed, the user may be reminded to pay attention to the terminal screen along with auxiliary modes such as vibration, sound generation and the like.
So, the user can be held in the palm when receiving mobile terminal's suggestion information and change the card to can reduce because the user uses the card of incorrect support and the card slot inner structure that leads to is slight warp, make the condition of mobile terminal short circuit damage even take place.
Therefore, the prompting method provided by the embodiment is applied to the mobile terminal, and is characterized in that the first clock frequency is output to the frequency conversion module for converting the first clock frequency to the second clock frequency, the frequency conversion module is arranged on the card holder for installing the subscriber identity module, then whether the card holder where the frequency conversion module is located is matched with the card slot of the mobile terminal is judged according to the second clock frequency, if the card holder where the frequency conversion module is located is not matched with the card slot of the mobile terminal, the user is prompted to replace the card holder, so that the situation that the internal structure of the card slot is slightly deformed due to the fact that the user uses the incorrect card holder, and even the mobile terminal is damaged due to short circuit is reduced.
According to the method described in the above embodiment, this embodiment will be further described from the perspective of the prompting device, and the prompting device may be specifically implemented as an independent entity, and may also be implemented by being integrated in a mobile terminal.
