the information obtained according to the network access license of the call initiating terminal a1 is: the IMI numbers are: 12 xxxxx; the telephone number is: 1388076 xxx; the IMSI number is: 129793739817 xxx.
The information obtained from the network access license of the call receiving terminal B1 is: the IMI numbers are: 11 xxxxx; the telephone number is: 1363345 xxx; the IMSI number is: 136546346678 xxx.
Then, according to the IMI number in the device information of the call initiating terminal a1, it can be found that the phone number corresponding to the call initiating terminal a1 is: 1388076 xxx; the IMSI number is: 129793739817 xxx; similarly, according to the IMI number in the device information of the call receiving terminal B1, it can be found that the phone number corresponding to the call receiving terminal B1 is: 1363345 xxx; the IMSI number is: 136546346678 xxx.
Through the steps S103-S105, the voice communication signals corresponding to the two parties can be searched, so that a call basis is provided for the subsequent voice call.
After the voice communication signals of both parties of the call are obtained, the voice communication signals can be sent to the IMS platform through the call center platform, so that the IMS platform establishes voice call connection of a call initiating terminal and a call receiving terminal according to the voice communication signals; as shown in steps S106 to S113 below.
And S106, the call center platform sends the voice communication signals of the two parties of the call to the IMS platform.
And S107, the IMS platform receives the voice communication signals of the two parties of the call sent by the call center platform.
Step S106 and step S107 are the forwarding process of the voice communication signal, and since the voice call can only be performed through the operator, the voice communication signal needs to be sent to the IMS platform to establish the voice call connection between both communication parties.
In the embodiment, the ims (ip Multimedia subsystem) platform substantially includes: a multimedia control and/or call control platform on a Packet Switch (PS) domain in an operator core network, supporting conversational and non-conversational multimedia services; the invention is mainly responsible for the establishment of the voice call.

And S111, the call receiving terminal receives a second voice call request sent by the IMS platform.
And S112, the call receiving terminal generates a second voice call response request according to the second voice call request and sends the second voice call response request to the IMS platform.
And S113, the IMS platform receives a first voice call response request sent by the call initiating terminal and receives a second voice call response request sent by the call receiving terminal so as to establish voice call connection between the call receiving terminal and the call initiating terminal.
The principle of the above steps S108 to S113 is: after acquiring the voice communication signals of both parties of the call, the IMS platform can be used as calling equipment to respectively call the call initiating terminal and the call receiving terminal, namely the voice communication signals of the call receiving terminal are used for calling the call initiating terminal (namely a first voice call request is sent to the call initiating terminal); similarly, the voice communication signal of the call initiating terminal is used for calling the call receiving terminal (namely, a second voice call request is sent to the call receiving terminal); as long as the calling requests are accepted by both parties of the communication, corresponding calling response requests can be generated and sent to the IMS platform; then, after receiving the call response request sent by both communication parties, the IMS platform can establish the voice call connection between the call initiating terminal and the call receiving terminal.
For example, on the basis of the above example, taking a telephone number to make a call as an example:
if the IMS platform calls the call recipient terminal B1 using the phone number of the call originator terminal a1 (i.e., 1388076xxx) (i.e., the second call request is a call using the phone number of the call originator terminal a 1), the phone number of the call originator terminal a1 is displayed on the interface of the call recipient terminal B1.
Similarly, for the call originating terminal a 1; the IMS platform calls the call originating terminal a1 using the phone number of the call receiving terminal B1 (i.e., 1363345xxx) (i.e., the first call request is a call using the phone number of the call originating terminal B1); the phone number of the call origination terminal B1 is displayed on the interface of the call reception terminal a 1.
After the user A of the call initiating terminal A1 answers the click, and the user B of the call receiving terminal B1 answers the click, a call response request can be generated and sent to the IMS platform; at this time, after receiving the call response requests from the call originator terminal a1 and the call recipient terminal B1, the IMS platform can connect the voice call between the call originator terminal a1 and the call recipient terminal B1.
Through the steps S106 to S113, the invention can establish the voice call connection between the two parties of the call by using the voice communication signal, thereby realizing the voice call.

The principle of steps S114 to S120 is as follows: as long as either one or both of the call initiating terminal and the call receiving terminal clicks the call ending button on the corresponding call interface, the call initiating terminal and/or the call receiving terminal can send a call ending request to the IMS platform; the IMS platform can judge that the voice call is ended as long as the IMS platform receives a call ending request sent by any one terminal or two terminals; the IMS platform generates voice call information and sends the voice call information to both parties of the call through the call center platform.
Through the design, the two parties in the call can know the basic information of the call conveniently.
As shown in fig. 3, a second aspect of this embodiment provides a hardware device for implementing the voice call method based on 4G or 5G in the first aspect of this embodiment, taking the hardware device as a call initiating terminal as an example, including: the device comprises a detection unit, an operation response unit, a first sending unit and a first receiving unit.
The detection unit is used for detecting voice call click operation performed by a user on the operation interface.
And the operation response unit is used for responding the voice call click operation and acquiring equipment information of both parties of the call, wherein the both parties of the call comprise a call initiating terminal and a call receiving terminal.
The first sending unit is configured to send device information of both parties of a call to a call center platform, so that the call center platform obtains voice communication signals of both parties of the call according to the device information of both parties of the call, and sends the voice communication signals of both parties of the call to an IMS platform, so that the IMS platform sends a first voice call request to the call initiating terminal according to the voice communication signals of both parties of the call, and sends a second voice call request to the call receiving terminal, where the voice communication signals include a telephone number and/or an international mobile subscriber identity.
The first receiving unit is configured to receive a first voice call request sent by the IMS platform.
The first sending unit is further configured to generate a first voice call response request according to the first voice call request, and send the first voice call response request to the IMS platform, so that the IMS platform establishes a voice call connection with the call receiving terminal after receiving the first voice call response request.
In one possible design, the response unit includes: the method comprises the steps of calling a subunit, obtaining the subunit and searching the subunit.
And the calling subunit is used for calling a VCA software thread so as to read the equipment information of the call initiating terminal by using the VCA software thread.
The acquiring subunit is configured to acquire, by using a VCA software thread, the identity of the call receiving terminal.

The second receiving unit is further configured to receive the voice communication signals of the two parties to the call, which are sent by the operator data platform.
The second sending unit is further configured to send the voice communication signals of the two parties of the call to an IMS platform, so that the IMS platform sends a first voice call request to the call initiating terminal according to the voice communication signals of the two parties of the call, and sends a second voice call request to the call receiving terminal.

the second receiving unit is further configured to receive voice call information sent by the IMS platform.

detecting voice call clicking operation performed by a user on an operation interface;
responding to the voice call click operation, and acquiring equipment information of two parties of communication, wherein the two parties of communication comprise a communication initiating terminal and a communication receiving terminal;
sending the equipment information of the two parties to the call center platform, so that the call center platform obtains the voice communication signals of the two parties according to the equipment information of the two parties to the call, and sends the voice communication signals of the two parties to the IMS platform, so that the IMS platform sends a first voice call request to the call initiating terminal according to the voice communication signals of the two parties to the call receiving terminal, and sends a second voice call request to the call receiving terminal, wherein the voice communication signals comprise telephone numbers and/or international mobile subscriber identification codes;
receiving a first voice call request sent by the IMS platform;
and generating a first voice call response request according to the first voice call request, and sending the first voice call response request to the IMS platform, so that the IMS platform establishes voice call connection with the call receiving terminal after receiving the first voice call response request.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining device information of both parties in a call in response to the voice call click operation comprises:
calling a VCA software thread so as to read the equipment information of the call initiating terminal by using the VCA software thread;
acquiring the identity of the call receiving terminal by using a VCA software thread;
utilizing a VCA software thread to search equipment data corresponding to the identity in a database corresponding to the VCA software thread;
and using the device data as the device information of the call receiving terminal.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving voice call information sent by the IMS platform, wherein the voice call information comprises call duration, a call object, a call number, call starting time and call ending time;
and displaying the voice call information on the operation interface.
4. A voice communication method based on 4G or 5G is characterized in that the method is applied to a call center platform and comprises the following steps:
receiving equipment information of two parties of a call, which is sent by a call initiating terminal, wherein the two parties of the call comprise the call initiating terminal and a call receiving terminal;
sending the equipment information of the two parties of the call to an operator data platform so that the operator data platform obtains voice communication signals of the two parties of the call according to the equipment information;
receiving voice communication signals of both parties of communication sent by the operator data platform;
and sending the voice communication signals of the two parties of the call to an IMS platform so that the IMS platform sends a first voice call request to the call initiating terminal and sends a second voice call request to the call receiving terminal according to the voice communication signals of the two parties of the call.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving voice call information sent by an IMS platform;
and sending the voice call information to the call initiating terminal and the call receiving terminal so that the call initiating terminal and the call receiving terminal display the voice call information on corresponding operation interfaces after receiving the voice call information.
6. A voice call method based on 4G or 5G is characterized in that the method is applied to an IMS platform and comprises the following steps:
receiving voice communication signals of two parties of a call sent by a call center platform, wherein the two parties of the call comprise a call initiating terminal and a call receiving terminal;
sending a first voice call request to the call initiating terminal according to the voice communication signal of the call receiving terminal, and sending a second voice call request to the call receiving terminal according to the voice communication signal of the call initiating terminal;
receiving a first voice call response request sent by the call initiating terminal and receiving a second voice call response request sent by the call receiving terminal so as to establish voice call connection between the call receiving terminal and the call initiating terminal.

The method of claim 6, wherein sending a first voice call request to the call origination terminal according to the voice communication signal of the call reception terminal, and sending a second voice call request to the call reception terminal according to the voice communication signal of the call origination terminal, comprises:
sending a first voice call request to the call initiating terminal through a 4G network or a 5G network according to the voice communication signal of the call receiving terminal; and
and sending a second voice call request to the call receiving terminal through a 4G network or a 5G network according to the voice communication signal of the call initiating terminal.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein the method further comprises:
judging whether the voice call connection is finished or not;
if so, generating voice call information;
and sending the voice call information to the call center platform so that the call center platform sends the voice call information to the call receiving terminal and the call initiating terminal, so that the call initiating terminal and the call receiving terminal can display the voice call information on corresponding operation interfaces after receiving the voice call information.
9. A 4G or 5G based voice call system, comprising: the system comprises a call initiating terminal, a call receiving terminal, a call center platform and an IMS platform;
the call receiving terminal is in communication connection with the call center platform and is used for responding to the voice call click operation after detecting the voice call click operation of a user on an operation interface so as to acquire equipment information of both parties of a call and sending the equipment information of both parties of the call to the call center platform;

the call receiving terminal is used for generating a second voice call response request according to the second voice call request after receiving the second voice call request sent by the IMS platform, and sending the second voice call response request to the IMS platform;
the IMS platform is further configured to establish a voice call connection between the call receiving terminal and the call initiating terminal after receiving the first voice call response request and the second voice call response request.
