1. A regional tax-free service supply chain service system, comprising:
the system comprises a management layer, a declaration layer and a transaction end;
the management layer comprises a business middle platform system and a data middle platform system, the business middle platform system is used for comprehensively managing enterprises, products, warehouses and reports, and the data middle platform system is used for monitoring and managing orders, interfaces and logs;
the declaration layer comprises a declaration system;
the transaction end comprises a store transaction system;
the store transaction system sends a verification query instruction to the sea relation system and the public service system according to the acquired identity information and biological characteristic information of the consumer, which are acquired through the terminal;
the shop transaction system determines tax-free purchase qualification and tax-free purchase limit of the consumer according to the received qualification checking and inquiring result, then checks the consumption amount of the consumer, calculates the tax of partial consumption amount higher than the tax-free purchase limit, and finally generates the payment amount of the consumer;
after receiving the payment amount of the consumer, the store transaction system generates a sales order and sends the sales order to the business platform system;
the business middle platform system respectively sends sales declaration requests of the sales orders to the sea relation system and the public service system through the declaration system;
the business central office system pushes the state back to the store transaction system according to the received sales examination and approval receipt of the sales order;
the store transaction system determines whether to allow the customer to pick up and leave the store based on the sales approval receipt.
2. The regional duty-free service supply chain service system according to claim 1, further comprising:
the business central office system receives a sales return bill sent by the store transaction system, generates a sales return message through the declaration system and sends the sales return message to the customs system and the public service system;
after receiving a first sales return receipt returned by the customs system and a second sales return receipt returned by the public service system, the declaration system pushes the state back to the service central station system;
the business center system updates inventory information of a store corresponding to the store transaction system according to the first sales return receipt and the second sales return receipt, and pushes the state back to the store transaction system;
the store transaction system updates inventory information based on the first sales return receipt and the second sales return receipt.
3. The regional duty-free service supply chain service system according to claim 1, further comprising:
the business central office system receives the filing information of a store or a supervision warehouse, generates a first filing message of the store or the supervision warehouse through the declaration system and sends the first filing message to the customs system;
the declaration system receives a first filing examination and approval receipt returned by the customs system and pushes the state back to the service central station system;
and the business center platform system updates the filing information of the store or the supervision warehouse according to the first filing examination and approval receipt.
4. The regional duty-free service supply chain service system according to claim 1, further comprising:
the business middle platform system receives the filing information of the commodity, generates a second filing message of the commodity through the declaration system and sends the second filing message to the customs system and the public service system;
the declaration system respectively receives second filing approval receipt returned by the customs system and the public service system, and pushes the state back to the service central station system;
and the business middle platform system updates the filing information of the commodity according to the second filing examination and approval receipt.
5. The regional duty-free service supply chain service system according to claim 1, wherein the transaction terminal further comprises a purchase-sale-stock system;
the purchase, sale and inventory system is used for purchasing management, sale management and inventory management of commodities.
6. The regional duty-free business supply chain service system of claim 5, further comprising a warehouse tier;
the warehouse layer comprises a warehouse management system and an inventory management system;
the warehouse management system is used for carrying out warehouse entry management, warehouse exit management, report management and exception management on commodities;
the inventory management system is used for carrying out account book management, batch management, multi-bin management and snapshot management on commodities.
7. The regional duty-free service supply chain service system according to claim 6, further comprising:
the business middle platform system receives the commodity warehousing application data, carries out compliance verification and document comparison verification on the commodity warehousing application data, and pushes the commodity warehousing application data to the declaration system after the verification is passed;
the declaration system generates a customs declaration form of the commodity and sends the customs declaration form to the customs system, and after receiving a customs declaration examination and approval receipt returned by the customs system, the declaration system pushes the state of the commodity back to the business central station system;
the business middle platform system sends the warehousing instruction of the commodity to the warehousing management system;
the declaration system generates a tax-free warehousing declaration form of the commodity and sends the tax-free warehousing declaration form to the customs system and the official service system;
the declaration system respectively receives tax-free warehousing examination and approval receipt returned by the customs system and the official service system, and pushes the state back to the service central station system;
and the business center platform system updates the warehousing information of the commodity according to the tax-free warehousing examination and approval receipt.
8. The regional duty-free service supply chain service system according to claim 6, further comprising:
after the business middle platform system receives the daily knot data sent by the store transaction system or the warehousing management system, performing compliance verification on the daily knot data, and pushing the daily knot data to the declaration system after the verification is passed;
the declaration system generates a daily end message of the daily end data and sends the daily end message to the customs system, and after receiving a daily end message examination and approval receipt returned by the customs system, the declaration system pushes the state of the daily end message back to the business middle platform system;
and the business center system updates the inventory data of the store or warehouse corresponding to the store transaction system or the warehouse management system according to the examination and approval of the daily statement.
