Claims (10)

1. A dispute event processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring description information of a current dispute event, and determining the current type of the current event according to the description information;
inquiring the rank score of the party and all historical dispute events of the party, and counting the number of dispute events belonging to a preset dispute type in the historical dispute events;
when the current type is the preset dispute type, the grade score is smaller than a threshold score, and the number exceeds a threshold number, determining that the current dispute event is a dispute event to be mediated;
and inquiring the moderator matched with the current type according to the current type.
2. The dispute event handling method according to claim 1, wherein the step of querying a moderator matched thereto according to the current type comprises:
inquiring all target mediators processing the dispute events of the current type, and determining the capacity level of each target mediator processing the dispute events of the current type;
and determining the moderator of the current dispute event according to the capability level of each target moderator for processing the dispute event of the current type.
3. The dispute event handling method according to claim 2, wherein the step of determining the level of capability of each of the target mediators to handle the current type of dispute event comprises:
obtaining the grade of each target moderator for processing each dispute event of the current type, and calculating the average value of the grades of each target moderator;
and determining the ability level of each target moderator according to the score average value, wherein the higher the score average value is, the higher the corresponding ability level is.
4. The dispute event handling method according to claim 3, further comprising:
and after the current dispute event is processed, acquiring the score of the current moderator who processes the current dispute event, and updating the capability level of the current moderator for processing the current type of dispute event according to the acquired score.
5. The dispute event handling method according to claim 2, wherein the step of determining the moderator of the current dispute event according to the capability level of each of the target regulators handling the dispute event of the current type comprises:
acquiring the current workload of each target regulator;
and determining the moderator of the current dispute event according to the capability level of each target moderator for processing the dispute event of the current type and the current workload of each target moderator.
6. The dispute event handling method of claim 1, wherein the step of querying the rank scores of the parties and all historical dispute events of the parties is preceded by the step of:
acquiring basic information of a party, extracting information of each grade index from the basic information, and determining the weight and the score of each grade index according to the extracted information;
and calculating the grade of the party according to the weight and the score of each grade index.
7. The dispute event handling method according to claim 1, wherein the step of querying a moderator matched thereto according to the current type further comprises:
and sending the mediation information to the terminal corresponding to the inquired mediation person.
8. A dispute event processing apparatus, comprising:
the first determining module is used for acquiring description information of a current dispute event and determining the current type of the current event according to the description information;
the system comprises a first query module, a second query module and a third query module, wherein the first query module is used for querying the rank score of a party and all historical dispute events of the party and counting the number of dispute events belonging to a preset dispute type in the historical dispute events;
the second determining module is used for determining that the current dispute event is a dispute event to be mediated when the current type is the preset dispute type, the grade score is smaller than a threshold score, and the number exceeds a threshold number;
and the second query module is used for querying the moderator matched with the current type according to the current type.
9. A readable storage medium on which a program is stored, which program, when executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a program that, when executed by the processor, implements the method of any of claims 1-7.
