The measuring assembly comprises a coordinate sensing mechanism (11), two coordinate sensing mechanisms (11) are respectively matched with the charging seat (10), a lithium battery (13) is arranged at the bottom of each coordinate sensing mechanism (11), a circuit board (14) is mounted above each lithium battery (13) in each coordinate sensing mechanism (11) through bolts, a data processing module (15), a central processing module (16), a wireless signal module (17) and a gps positioning module (18) are integrated on the surface of each circuit board (14), and a coordinate sensor (19) is mounted on the top of each coordinate sensing mechanism (11) in an embedded mode;
the application method of the intelligent measuring tool for the building electromechanical installation engineering comprises the following steps:
1. in the actual use process, a person hangs the tool on a body through a hanging belt (5), when the tool is required to be used, the tool is placed at a fixed position, then two groups of coordinate sensing mechanisms (11) in the box body (1) are taken out, if the linear distance is measured, the two groups of coordinate sensing mechanisms (11) are directly placed at two ends of the electromechanical device in the aspect of heating ventilation or electric, original coordinates are set through a PLC (3), then the coordinate sensing mechanisms (11) are opened based on the original coordinates, the coordinate sensing mechanisms (11) detect the coordinates, the coordinate sensing mechanisms (11) transmit detection information to the PLC (3) in an electric signal mode, the PLC (3) calculates the coordinates, and then the PLC (3) rapidly calculates the distance between the two groups of coordinates, so that the linear length and width data of the electromechanical device are calculated; if the measurement path is the measurement path, firstly, one coordinate sensing mechanism (11) is placed at one end of the electromechanical device in the aspect of heating ventilation or electric, then a GPS positioning module (18) is used for obtaining the action path until the other coordinate sensing mechanism (11) is moved to the other end of the electromechanical device in the aspect of heating ventilation or electric through a tool, the coordinate sensing mechanism (11) detects a coordinate, the coordinate sensing mechanism (11) transmits detection information to a PLC (3) in an electric signal mode, the PLC (3) calculates the coordinates, and then the PLC (3) rapidly calculates the distance between two groups of coordinates, so that the path length data of the electromechanical device is calculated;
2. the method comprises the steps that through setting of a PLC (3), a power key (306) is turned on, the PLC (3) starts to work, original coordinates are set through an operation panel (302) on the PLC (3), then a first confirmation button (303) and a second confirmation button (304) are pressed, two groups of coordinate sensing mechanisms (11) measure coordinates at a detection position, then the two groups of coordinate sensing mechanisms (11) transmit detection data to the PLC (3), then a measurement button (305) is pressed, the PLC (3) calculates the distance between the two groups of coordinates, the obtained data is linear measurement data of electromechanical equipment, one coordinate sensing mechanism (11) is positioned firstly, the first confirmation button (303) is pressed, then the second confirmation button (304) is pressed for a long time, the action route of the other coordinate sensing mechanism (11) is tracked in a positioning mode, after the detection position is reached, the second confirmation button (304) is pressed for a long time, then the two groups of coordinate sensing mechanisms (11) transmit the detection data to the PLC (3), the measurement button (305) is pressed, the coordinate sensing mechanism (11) calculates the linear measurement data of the electromechanical equipment, and the movement of the coordinate sensing mechanism (3) can receive the movement information, and the movement path (307) can be received by the wireless sensor, and the wireless information can be received;
3. the electric energy is provided for the tool through the storage battery (201), the first circuit protection board (202) is used for protecting charge and discharge of the storage battery (201), the charging port (203) is convenient for charging the storage battery (201), and the sealing cover (204) seals the charging port (203) to achieve the effect of dust prevention;
4. the charging seat (10) is mainly used for charging the coordinate sensing mechanism (11), when the coordinate sensing mechanism (11) is inserted into the socket (1001), the electric inserting rod (1302) is inserted into the charging hole (1002) to be in contact with the electric terminal (1003), and therefore the storage battery (201) charges the lithium battery (13);
5. through the arrangement of the fixing mechanism (12), after the top cover (6) is closed, the spring (1203) is compressed, the bottom plate (1201) is propped against the top of the coordinate sensing mechanism (11), so that the coordinate sensing mechanism (11) is fixed, the coordinate sensing mechanism (11) is prevented from falling off from the charging seat (10), and the protection pad (1202) mainly protects the coordinate sensing mechanism (11);
6. the two sets of coordinate sensors (19) are controlled to work through the control switch (1102), then the first confirmation button (303) and the second confirmation button (304) are pressed, the two sets of coordinate sensors (19) detect position coordinates of the electromechanical device in the aspect of heating ventilation or electric, then detection information is transmitted to the PLC (3), then the measurement button (305) is pressed, the PLC (3) calculates the distance between the two sets of coordinates, the obtained data are measurement data of the electromechanical device, after detection, the coordinate sensing mechanism (11) is inserted into the charging seat (10) to be charged, the top cover (6) is covered, and the fixing mechanism (12) fixes the coordinate sensing mechanism (11).
