本发明公开了一种具有换热微通道的光热发电组件,包括太阳能聚热板,太阳能聚热板通过流道与循环主机相连,循环主机与盘管换热器相连,盘管换热器置于储热水箱内,储热水箱与汽轮发电机相连,所述的太阳能聚热板包括顶层的高透背板,高透背板下层设有微通道换热器,微通道换热器为扁平管,扁平管内设有若干个小隔板,扁平管沿蛇形阵列分布,微通道换热器与流道相连,微通道散热器下层设有铝集热基板。本发明设计巧妙,微流道换热器体积小,换热系数大,换热效率高,能够更有效地将太阳光的热量储存并传导至汽轮发电机,从而使汽轮发电机的产能更高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有换热微通道的光热发电组件。
背景技术
太阳能光热发电是指利用大规模阵列抛物或碟形镜面收集太阳热能,通过换热装置提供蒸汽,结合传统汽轮发电机的工艺,从而达到发电的目的,微通道,也称为微通道换热器,就是通道当量直径在10-1000μm的换热器。这种换热器的扁平管内有数十条细微流道,在扁平管的两端与圆形集管相联。集管内设置隔板,将换热器流道分隔成数个流程。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决以上现有技术的不足,提供一种连接方便的一种具有换热微通道的光热发电组件。
一种具有换热微通道的光热发电组件,包括太阳能聚热板,太阳能聚热板通过流道与循环主机相连,循环主机与盘管换热器相连,盘管换热器置于储热水箱内,储热水箱与汽轮发电机相连,所述的太阳能聚热板包括顶层的高透背板,高透背板下层设有微通道换热器,微通道换热器为扁平管,扁平管内设有若干个小隔板,扁平管沿蛇形阵列分布,微通道换热器与流道相连,微通道散热器下层设有铝集热基板。
作为进一步改进,所述的盘管换热器的材料为铜。
作为进一步改进,所述的储热水箱上设有热水出口和冷水进口,储热水箱内设有感温探头,热水出口与汽轮发电机相连。
作为进一步改进,所述的微通道换热器的材料为铝。
作为进一步改进,所述的微通道散热器与流道通过焊接方式相连。
作为进一步改进,所述的流道的材料为不锈钢。
有益效果:
本发明设计巧妙,微流道换热器体积小,换热系数大,换热效率高,能够更有效地将太阳光的热量储存并传导至汽轮发电机,从而使汽轮发电机的产能更高。

如图1~3所示,一种具有换热微通道的光热发电组件,包括太阳能聚热板1、循环主机2、储热水箱3、汽轮发电机4、热水出口5、冷水进口6、盘管换热器7、感温探头8、高透背板9、微通道散热器10和铝集热基板11。
一种具有换热微通道的光热发电组件,包括太阳能聚热板1,太阳能聚热板1通过流道与循环主机2相连,循环主机2与盘管换热器7相连,盘管换热器7置于储热水箱3内,储热水箱3与汽轮发电机4相连,所述的太阳能聚热板1包括顶层的高透背板9,高透背板9下层设有微通道换热器10,微通道换热器10为扁平管,扁平管内设有若干个小隔板,扁平管沿蛇形阵列分布,微通道换热器10与流道相连,微通道散热器10下层设有铝集热基板11,所述的盘管换热器7的材料为铜,所述的储热水箱3上设有热水出口和冷水进口,储热水箱3内设有感温探头8,热水出口与汽轮发电机4相连,所述的微通道换热器10的材料为铝,所述的微通道散热器10与流道通过焊接方式相连,所述的流道的材料为不锈钢。
低温低压的工质由循环主机2进入太阳能聚热板1,在流经太阳能聚热板1的微通道换热器10后完成吸热过程,工质由液态换为气态并返回循环主机2,高温高压的气体工质由循环主机2进入储热水箱3底部的盘管散热器7,与冷水进行热交换,汽轮发电机4通过热水蒸汽进行发电,散热后的工质重回循环主机2进行二次循环。

1.一种具有换热微通道的光热发电组件,其特征在于,包括太阳能聚热板,太阳能聚热板通过流道与循环主机相连,循环主机与盘管换热器相连,盘管换热器置于储热水箱内,储热水箱与汽轮发电机相连,所述的太阳能聚热板包括顶层的高透背板,高透背板下层设有微通道换热器,微通道换热器为扁平管,扁平管内设有若干个小隔板,扁平管沿蛇形阵列分布,微通道换热器与流道相连,微通道散热器下层设有铝集热基板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有换热微通道的光热发电组件,其特征在于,所述的盘管换热器的材料为铜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有换热微通道的光热发电组件,其特征在于,所述的储热水箱上设有热水出口和冷水进口,储热水箱内设有感温探头,热水出口与汽轮发电机相连。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有换热微通道的光热发电组件,其特征在于,所述的微通道换热器的材料为铝。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有换热微通道的光热发电组件,其特征在于,所述的微通道散热器与流道通过焊接方式相连。
