the anti-blocking rotating wheel is arranged at the connection place of the flushing pipe, the drain pipe and the sewer pipe and comprises a rotating shaft, a paddle-shaped cutting blade is arranged on the rotating shaft, and a protection ring is arranged outside the paddle-shaped cutting blade.
