Claims (10)

1. The rail changing operation train set is characterized by comprising a rail changing train set, an integrated welding train set and an off-line welding train section, wherein the rail changing train set, the integrated welding train set and the off-line welding train section can be disassembled or connected; the rail replacing vehicle set comprises a power vehicle section and a rail replacing vehicle section, wherein the rail replacing vehicle section is used for dismantling an old steel rail bar and installing a new steel rail bar; the joint welding vehicle group comprises a power vehicle joint and a joint welding vehicle joint, and the joint welding vehicle joint is used for joint welding connection of the steel rail; and the off-line welding joint is used for performing off-line welding connection on the steel rail.
2. The weld change work consist as recited in claim 1, further comprising at least one flatbed section, the rail change consist being coupled to one of the flatbed sections.
3. The weld change work consist according to claim 1, wherein the integrated weld consist further comprises at least one flatbed joint, the integrated weld joint being attached to one of the flatbed joints.
4. A method of changing rails, comprising:
unloading the new steel rail to the position of the rail section to be replaced of the rail;
running the change welding work vehicle consist of any of claims 1 to 3 to a location of a section of the track to be changed;
disassembling a rail changing vehicle group, an integrated welding vehicle group and an off-line welding vehicle section of the welding changing operation vehicle group;
welding the new steel rail into a unit steel rail by using an off-line welding knuckle;
replacing the old steel rail bar of the section to be replaced of the track with a unit steel rail bar by using the rail replacing vehicle set;
performing on-line welding by using the joint welding vehicle group to connect the unit steel rail bar with the steel rail bar of the track;
and recovering the old steel rail bar detached from the rail section to be replaced of the rail.
5. The method of claim 4 wherein the inline welding with the inline welding carriage assembly to join a unit steel rail bar with a rail bar of the track comprises:
driving the integrated welding vehicle group to the starting position of the section to be rail-replaced of the track, and performing online flash welding at the starting position to connect one end of the unit steel rail bar with the steel rail bar of the track;
stretching the unit steel rail at the end point of the section of the track to be replaced;
fixing the unit steel rail bar in a rail bearing groove of a sleeper of the rail by using a fastener after stretching;
and driving the integrated welding vehicle group to the terminal position, and performing on-line flash welding at the terminal position to connect the other end of the unit steel rail bar with the steel rail bar of the track in an insertion welding manner.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein said securing the new rail in the rail receiving groove of the rail tie by a plurality of fasteners comprises;
uniformly fastening a part of the fastener after stretching;
and performing on-line flash welding at the end position to enable the other end of the unit steel rail bar to be connected with the steel rail bar of the track in an insertion welding mode, and then fastening the rest fasteners.
7. A method of changing rails according to claim 4, wherein an unloading train is used to unload a new rail to the location of the section of the track to be changed, the method comprising:
and loading the new steel rail bar by adopting the rail unloading train, driving from a station positioned behind the rail section to be replaced of the track to the rail section to be replaced, unloading the new steel rail bar, and then driving to a station positioned in front of the rail section to be replaced.
8. The method of claim 7, comprising:
and after the rail unloading train is driven out of a station behind the rail section to be changed for a preset time, the welding change operation vehicle group is driven out of the station behind the rail section to be changed and driven to a position away from the rail section to be changed by a preset distance, and then disassembly is carried out.
9. The method of claim 7, comprising:
and after the on-line welding is carried out by utilizing the integrated welding vehicle group to connect the unit steel rail bar with the steel rail bar of the track, the rail changing vehicle group, the integrated welding vehicle group and the off-line welding vehicle joint are connected and hung, and then the vehicle runs to a station positioned in front of the rail changing section.
10. A method of changing rails according to claim 4, wherein a rail retraction train is used to retrieve old steel rails removed from the section of the track to be changed, the method comprising:
and the rail collection train at the station behind the rail section to be changed runs to the original rail section to be changed after the rail is changed, loads the old steel rail bar and then runs to the station behind the rail section to be changed.
