Description

Shielding temporary plugging agent and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a shielding temporary plugging agent and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
In the drilling process, the shielding temporary plugging technology can effectively avoid fluid loss and effectively protect a reservoir, and the like, and is widely applied in recent years. In order to enhance the plugging capability of the drilling fluid on permeable formations, the most commonly used method is physical bridging. The temporary plugging material used for physical bridge plugging is characterized in that the permeability of a plugging layer is reduced due to the fact that the existing solid-phase particle plugging agent in a drilling fluid system enters a stratum, an effective shielding ring is formed in the front of a reservoir stratum, the reservoir stratum is prevented from being further damaged, the plugging can be effectively removed during production, and the permeability of the reservoir stratum is recovered, so that the reservoir stratum is effectively protected.
The commonly used plugging materials at present comprise high-water-loss plugging materials (such as percolation materials, fibrous materials, diatomite, porous inert materials, filter aids, coagulant and the like), hard-soft plugging materials, inorganic gelling plugging agents, temporary plugging materials, chemical plugging materials, high-temperature plugging materials, composite plugging materials, bridging materials and the like. The conventional bridging material has a good application effect in the actual use process, but also has some problems. For example, the non-deformable materials (such as mica and the like) utilize high concentration of solid particles with certain particle size distribution to generate bridging and blocking effects at cracks, but the high concentration of solid phase particles has obvious influence on the rheological property of the drilling fluid; the solid-phase particle shielding temporary plugging of the reservoir requires that the particle size is matched with the cracks or gaps of the stratum, but the effective matching of the exploratory well or the stratum with unknown widths of the cracks and the gaps is difficult to achieve. Bitumen temporary plugging materials usually have fluorescence, interfere with subsequent logging, and affect accurate judgment of reservoirs.
From the application status of the shielding temporary plugging material, the current shielding temporary plugging material is mainly subjected to physical plugging through particle size distribution and by virtue of material properties such as particle shape, material elasticity and the like.
