the first filtering mechanism comprises a first water filtering device and a sewage communicating pipe for inputting sewage into the first water filtering device; the first water filtering device comprises a plurality of first water filtering mechanisms for filtering sewage, the first water filtering mechanisms are spirally arranged around the outer circumferential surface of the sewage communicating pipe along the axial direction of the sewage communicating pipe, each first water filtering mechanism is provided with a first water inlet into which sewage enters, a plurality of first communicating ports which are in one-to-one correspondence with the first water inlets are formed in the sewage communicating pipe, and the first water inlets are communicated with the first communicating ports; the first water filtering mechanism comprises a first filtering part for filtering sewage, a first sewage guide part for guiding out sewage and a first mounting part for mounting the first filtering part and the first sewage guide part; the first water inlet is formed at the bottom end of the first mounting part, the bottom end of the first mounting part is attached to the outer circumferential surface of the sewage communicating pipe, a third accommodating cavity is formed in the first mounting part, and the first sewage guide part is arranged in the third accommodating cavity; the first filtering part comprises a first filtering membrane and a second filtering membrane; one end of the first mounting part forms a first circulation port through which clean water passes, and the other end of the first mounting part forms a second circulation port through which clean water passes; the first filtering membrane is arranged on the first circulation port in an opening manner, the second filtering membrane is arranged on the second circulation port in an opening manner, and the first dirt guiding part comprises a first dirt guiding part, a second dirt guiding part and a third dirt guiding part; the second dirt guide piece is connected to the top wall inside the first installation part, the first dirt guide piece is connected to the inner side wall of one side of the first installation part, and the third dirt guide piece is connected to the inner side wall of the other side of the first installation part; the first dirt guide piece comprises a first dirt guide plate, a second dirt guide plate and a third dirt guide plate; the first dirt guide plate is obliquely arranged and extends towards the direction of the first water inlet, the second dirt guide plate and the third dirt guide plate are arranged on the end face of the first dirt guide plate, the second dirt guide plate and the third dirt guide plate are oppositely inclined, and the opening of the second dirt guide plate faces the direction of the first water inlet; the second dirt guide piece comprises a fourth dirt guide plate; the fourth dirt guide plate extends towards the first water inlet; the third dirt guide piece comprises a fifth dirt guide plate, a sixth dirt guide plate and a seventh dirt guide plate; the fifth dirt guide plate is obliquely arranged and extends towards the direction of the first water inlet, the sixth dirt guide plate and the seventh dirt guide plate are arranged on the end face of the fifth dirt guide plate, the sixth dirt guide plate and the seventh dirt guide plate are oppositely inclined, and the opening of the sixth dirt guide plate and the seventh dirt guide plate are arranged towards the direction of the first water inlet.
