Abstract
The eccentric lifting appliance comprises a lifting plate, lifting bolts, connecting bolts, a plug pin and a fixing bolt, wherein the lifting plate comprises a horizontal transverse plate part and a vertical plate part extending downwards from one end of the transverse plate part, the connecting bolts penetrate through the transverse plate part and are connected with threaded holes in the top of the exhaust valves, the plug pin penetrates through the vertical plate part and is inserted into a hydraulic pipe mounting hole of the exhaust valves, the fixing bolts penetrate through the vertical plate part and are connected with the threaded holes in the hydraulic pipe mounting hole of the exhaust valves, so that the eccentric lifting appliance is fixedly connected with an exhaust valve assembly of a cylinder cover, the lifting bolts are fixedly connected with the transverse plate part through threads, the connecting position is located above the gravity center of the exhaust valve assembly of the cylinder cover, and the eccentric lifting appliance stably and safely lifts the exhaust valve assembly of the cylinder cover with a gas control block through the lifting bolts. The invention solves the problem of the influence of eccentricity on lifting caused by the gas control block, and effectively improves the lifting stability and safety of the cylinder cover exhaust valve assembly with the gas control block.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to hoisting of diesel engine parts, in particular to an eccentric hoisting tool and a hoisting method for a marine high-pressure dual-fuel main engine cylinder cover exhaust valve, and belongs to the technical field of marine diesel engine manufacturing.
Background
With the gradual progress of international emission regulations into the ttii era, manufacturers of marine low-speed diesel engines have introduced dual-fuel hosts capable of simultaneously using diesel oil and natural gas in order to solve the emission problem, and at the same time, pipeline systems for natural gas are added to the hosts. The high-pressure dual-fuel main engine, namely the GI main engine, which is released by MAN manufacturer, adopts a structural form that the fuel gas control block is arranged on the cylinder cover, and the gravity center of the whole cylinder cover exhaust valve assembly deviates to one side close to the control block from the center position due to the fact that the fuel gas control block has larger weight. If the original mode of lifting by using lifting bolts on the exhaust valve is adopted, the whole cylinder cover exhaust valve assembly is unbalanced after being lifted due to eccentricity, and then other parts can be collided in the lifting process, so that the safety of the whole lifting operation is reduced.

The invention aims to provide an eccentric lifting appliance and a lifting method of a marine high-pressure dual-fuel main engine cylinder cover exhaust valve, aiming at a cylinder cover exhaust valve assembly with a gas control block of a MAN series GI main engine, solving the problem of eccentricity caused by lifting by using an exhaust valve with a lifting ring screw, eliminating the inclination of the cylinder cover exhaust valve assembly during lifting, ensuring the stability and reliability of the dual-fuel main engine cylinder cover exhaust valve assembly during lifting, and achieving the effect of improving the operation efficiency.

3) the cylinder cover exhaust valve assembly with the fuel gas control block is stably and safely hoisted through the eccentric hoisting tool;
4) after the hoisting is finished, the eccentric lifting appliance is detached from the cylinder cover exhaust valve assembly, the connecting bolt and the fixing bolt are detached and screwed into the large storage threaded hole and the small storage threaded hole of the lifting plate respectively for storage.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following technical effects:

In a word, the invention solves the problem of the influence of eccentricity on lifting caused by the gas control block, and effectively improves the lifting stability and safety of the cylinder cover exhaust valve assembly with the gas control block.

The transverse plate part of the hanging plate 2 is provided with a large storage threaded hole 23 and four small storage threaded holes 25, and the connecting bolt 3 and the fixing bolt 5 are respectively screwed in and stored when the eccentric hanging tool is not used, so that the eccentric hanging tool is prevented from being lost.
The connection position of the lifting ring screw 1 and the lifting plate 2 is determined according to the calculated gravity center position of the cylinder cover exhaust valve assembly with the gas control block, the connection position is positioned above the gravity center of the cylinder cover exhaust valve assembly, and the eccentric lifting appliance stably and safely lifts the cylinder cover exhaust valve assembly through the eccentric lifting appliance.
The hoisting method of the marine high-pressure dual-fuel main engine cylinder cover exhaust valve comprises the following specific steps:
firstly, on a cylinder cover exhaust valve assembly 02 provided with a gas control block, as shown in fig. 4, a self-provided screw on an original cylinder cover exhaust valve is removed, and the eccentric lifting appliance 01 is lifted;

thirdly, after checking and confirming that the bolts of the eccentric lifting appliance 1 are fastened, hoisting the cylinder cover exhaust valve assembly 02 with the gas control block by using the lifting bolt 1;
and fourthly, after the hoisting is finished, detaching the eccentric hoisting tool 1, detaching the connecting bolt 3 and the fixing bolt 5 at the same time, and screwing the large storage threaded hole 23 and the small storage threaded hole 25 in the hoisting plate 2 for storage.

3) the cylinder cover exhaust valve assembly with the fuel gas control block is stably and safely hoisted through the eccentric hoisting tool;
4) after the hoisting is finished, the eccentric lifting appliance is detached from the cylinder cover exhaust valve assembly, the connecting bolt and the fixing bolt are detached and screwed into the large storage threaded hole and the small storage threaded hole of the lifting plate respectively for storage.
