The method is simple and convenient to operate, is beneficial to reducing the air content in a single package in the packaging process, regularly shapes the package while discharging air, and is beneficial to the case and bag packaging of the next procedure.
When the device and the method are installed and used, the mounting frame 1 is connected with the adjusting mechanism 4, the flat pressing system 2 is connected with the mounting frame 1, the heating device 3 is positioned on the inner side of the flat pressing belt 24 and matched with the vertical adjusting roller 22, when the distance between the vertical adjusting roller 22 and the fixed roller 21 is adjusted, the distance between the heating device 3 and the inner side of the flat pressing belt 24 is always kept unchanged, the belt cylinder is regularly pressed into a rectangular structure to be contacted with wet tissues inside when passing through the lower part of the flat pressing belt 24, the heating source 33 of the heating device 3 acts inside the rectangular structure, after sealing, residual heat is cooled to enable two ends to be contacted with the wet tissues, continuous regular and exhaust are formed, the structure shape of a single wet tissue package is stable, the air quantity inside the package is greatly reduced, the package of a case and bag in the next procedure is facilitated, and the operation is simple and convenient.
When in use, the dustproof cover 12 hinged with the upper side of the wall plate 11 is used for preventing dust, and the pushing device 13 is used for regulating the two sides of the belt drum; when in maintenance, the upward lifting force of the lifting handle at one end of the dust cover 12 is applied, and the dust cover 12 can be opened by rotating the other end around the hinged point.

When the device is used, when the linear velocity of the belt drum is higher, the PLC control system controls the flat pressing motor 25 to adjust the rotating speed, so that the rotating speed of the flat pressing belt 24 is consistent with the rotating speed, and when the rotating speed is higher, the PLC control system controls the heating temperature of the heating source 33 to be higher, so that the temperature rise speed of the belt drum in unit time is higher.
When the wet tissue stretching device is used, according to the specification of wet tissues coated in the belt barrel, the PLC control system controls the stretching amount of the vertical electric push rod 26, the distance between the lower side surface of the flat pressing belt 24 and the upper side surface of the belt barrel is adjusted, and at the moment, the horizontal electric push rod 27 synchronously acts to keep the flat pressing belt 24 in a tensioning state.
During installation, the shaft sleeves 32 on the two sides of the fixing plate 31 are matched with shaft necks on the vertical adjusting rollers 22, and the fixing plate 31 moves synchronously with the vertical adjusting rollers 22 in the process of adjusting the height by sliding up and down, so that the distance between the fixing plate 31 and the flat pressing belt 24 is kept unchanged.
